I had the pleasure of dining at Salute for Valentine’s dinner, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The food was phenomenal, and the ambiance added a romantic, cozy touch to the evening.
The Lobster Gnocchi was a standout dish—each bite just melted in my mouth. The gnocchi was pillowy soft, and the richness of the sauce was beautifully complemented by the crispy panko on top. A perfect balance of texture and flavor!
The Steak and Fries and Ossobuco were equally impressive. The ossobuco was cooked to perfection, fall-off-the-bone tender, paired with buttery mashed potatoes and glazed carrots that added a subtle sweetness. The steak was juicy, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the crispy fries. Both dishes were comforting yet elevated in taste.
To end on a sweet note, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was the perfect dessert—warm, rich, and indulgently satisfying.
The only minor hiccup was with our waitress, who didn’t initially mention the specials until we asked. However, she managed to redeem herself with her service afterward.
A big thank you to Chef Randell for crafting such an incredible meal! Salute is definitely a place I’d return to for another memorable dining experience.
