Salvaggio's Deli

Got this catered at the office. Order was great, nothing was wrong, it came right on time. I had the Italian, it was good, no complaints. It also came with chips and a cookie. I would compare their sandwiches to jersey mikes. Similar flavor and ingredients. Except this isn’t swimming in oil and vinegar like jersey mikes does it. Great place!

Ok let me start by saying this place has some of the best bread ever. The food is good and tasty. But it is the rolls that set them apart. They have some of the best in town. It is a small place but they offer so much. You can grab soup or just a sandwich or a few pounds of lunch meat. They also have a prime rib sandwich that is to die for. However if you do not he there early enough you will not get to taste it. Because it sells out very fast. TheBLT is also another fan favorite. The best part is you can buy the rolls individually for one dollar each. Just be careful because once you taste them you will want more.

Weak AF... the sammy had flavor and the bread was decent but there was a mayor deficit of meats for a sub that cost 13$ ive enclosed photo of both sides of sammy... In my opinion this food has 0 value ate the whole thing. still hungry 🤔

I personally love this deli for lunch and am so thankful to have found it in Boulder. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is fresh and prepared quickly and you have a pretty decent variety of options to customize what you want. My go to is the Roasted Turkey on a roll but do yourself a favor and don't pass up the chocolate chip cookies - they're perfection.

They would have 10 Stars if they were continuing the way they have since 1994. I've been eating here on and off since then. And starting in January of 2021 I was eating everyday one of their roast beef sandwiches. They went very much out of their way to make sure that each sandwich was excellent. And then the last month I keep calling to see if they have roast beef and all I get is a busy signal. I've decided to drive by today and found that most of the equipment is out. My prayers are they really are having them professionally cleaned off site. But my gut tells me that they're just closing. I hope the owner will reply here. I missed the quality and service they are famous for.

Awesome place great sandwiches. Went in today and was helped by a super nice dude at the counter, we chatted about backpacking in Thailand and living in Boulder. My roommate thought he was the owner but I wasn’t sure, so we looked him up and turns out yeah he was! Dope dude so humble running the register while everyone else was running around definitely going back, really good service.

The sandwiches are great at Salvaggio's, but I love these guys for bailing me out at Thanksgiving this year! Seriously, I called on the Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving and even on such short notice, they agreed to make me up a lasagna to pick up the next day. It was absolutely fantastic. Check this shop out. Great food and great people. Love it!

A true NY Deli in Boulder. Their hot sandwiches are delicious, if a bit expensive. The hot pastrami is absolutely amazing, but what truly makes this place is their bread. It’s light and flavorful, while still being robust enough to hold all of the ingredients together.
