Very nice spot for lunch when you’re visiting the biennial. Food is good. Service was friendly. I enjoyed sitting outside. And then we went back for apero hour.

The best restaurant we went to in Venice. The food was inventive, outstanding and well priced. The owner is very friendly and so is his mascot.

Shared 6 different cichetti, a serving of shrimp, and cheese platter between 3 of us. Food was well presented, tasty and good portioned. Wines by the glass were all great recommendation and paired really well with the food. Staff were affable and know their stuff

The caprese lasagna was delicious. They were pretty crowded, but luckily we were able to sit at the bar by the door. The service was energetic and helpful. The food was delicious.

Fantastic place at the Via Garibaldi which is usually packed (and for good reason!) but we managed to get a table. The atmosphere is soft and dreamy, the cold cuts refined and complex, and the service warm and efficient. A few words in my broken Italian prompted a big smile and some conversation, followed by good food and even more amazing wine. I can definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for a local dining experience, just make a reservation if you can as you might not get a table!

Great small restaurant. All dishes were tasty. Whipped cod is good too.

The beer and cicchetti were nice, but the service really left a bad impression. Our waiter was unpleasant from the start, speaking so softly we could barely understand him. He tried to overcharge us by adding an extra beer to the bill when he saw that we are tourists. When we pointed it out, he seemed annoyed rather than apologetic. It's disappointing when you feel like you're being taken advantage of as a tourist—7 euros isn’t a huge amount, but it’s the principle. Overall, decent food and drink but overshadowed by poor service and a sense of being scammed. Wouldn’t recommend to tourists, otherwise be careful.

Fantastic cicchetti on a main street in a relatively quieter part of Venice. As the name suggests, the cicchetti here has more of a focus on cured meats and cheeses rather than the more typical seafood focused bites found elsewhere. The cicchetti were artfully prepared and visually appetizing even before the first bite. Highly recommend to get some great local foods away from the main drag, or as a welcome break between the two Biennale venues. Best of all, small bites and a glass or two of wine at midday comes out to very affordable prices (€20 for 6x cicchetti and 2x glass of white wine).
