Oh, man...where do I start?
If you are into food, well crafted, proudly made food with zero attitude, this is the place to come. Come hungry. Nibble as you walk. Chat with the purveyors, show them you love what they do. Eat like the locals- standing up at a plank with a plate of wurst, some mustard and a beer. Make a morning of it.
The produce is the most spectacular food I have ever seen. Everything tasted like the best version of itself. It ruined me for anything made or grown in the US.
