Arriving at 11pm, we were met by the reception staff. To avoid disappointment pre book as we saw two people before us were turned away as the hotel was fully booked.||As others have said, you cannot book longer than 12 hours but certainly wouldn't want to be in KLIA airside for longer.||I gave them my boarding pass and we were given a checkout time which was just over an hour prior to our next flight (08:30)||It can be quite confusing to walk up the stairs to find yourself in an airport lounge. Follow the ramp on the right and turning right through the dark wooden doors brings you to the hotel.||Because there are people constantly coming and going, you see a hive of activity with the cleaning staff working through the hours. ||Once at our room, I found it very spacious and a great place to unwind before our next flight. We even got to do a bit of plane spotting but appreciate not all rooms face outwards.||I found the soap and other items to be satisfactory and meant we could freshen up prior to our next flight. The shower was great and we got amazing pressure.||In the morning we paid for breakfast and whilst both coffee machines were broken, a sign would have saved both myself and another 3 or 4 people asking.||Breakfast was a little pricey and more than expected after reading the note in the room (so bring this down for clarification) as 6% tax is added to the final price. For 4 of us we paid 132 MYR when we were told our toddler (under 5) was free and my daughter was half price. As Malaysian ringit isn't my currency I agreed to pay as I've flown via KLIA numerous times and find it difficult to cater to my children. As we only had breakfast I cannot comment on other sittings but the kitchen were able to meet our requests in relation to the types of eggs we wanted.||Overall, it broke up our journey overnight and made us feel relaxed and ready to go the next day. Food options can be very limited in KLIA satellite and with the train not working for the foreseeable future (bus takes at least 10/20 minutes and rumour has it won't be running till June 2025) it might be worth getting the breakfast added with your room as there is hardly any western alternatives unless your happy to eat Malaysian style food or Burger king, which I appreciate may not appeal to everyone's taste and especially children.
