This is probably one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at! You get the best of both worlds of staying in an apartment but with the hotel service - they topped up the water, coffee pods and cleaned the apartment every day which was lovely to come back to. The apartment itself has been done to a high standard and was perfect for our short stay. We also loved the complimentary use of the spa at the hotel. But what really makes them stand out, is the level of service. They were always on hand to answer any questions, very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

Words cannot describe the perfection of this place. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. The windows are well oriented and take a lot of light, and have blackout curtains. The a/c is absolutely and completely silent. The bathroom has its own window. All the essential utensils/cutleries/appliances are provided, as well as a daily refill of coffee pods and bottled water. The bed is huge and super comfortable, so are the pillows. Plus the impeccable daily cleaning. The rooftop pool and reception of the neighboring hotel are lovely. What sets it apart and makes it heaven is the service. The staff (shared with the next door hotel) here is incredible, they are always available, incredibly kind and helpful, with a solution for everything. I cannot say enough good things about everyone we interacted with, such gems. From helping us to the car with luggage and to sort out parking, to receiving packages for us, to ensuring we had everything we needed for our daily beach trips. I wish I could have thanked them all in person when we left. Rarely I have found this level and quality of services, even in luxury hotels. Our stay was an absolute dream!

Fantastic place to stay. The staff are absolutely fantastic, there was nothing they couldn't help with and they were incredibly polite. The apartment itself was very well decorated, had everything you need for a short or longer stay. It felt very modern yet comfortable. The location is perfect, it's a quiet area just steps away from all the shopping and great food. Honestly couldn't fault this stay. Highly recommended!!!

Top notch, modern apartments in a central location. Check in by Helios made us feel very welcome indeed. Thanks Helios! All the facilities in the apartment were excellent. It is fully equipped if you wanted to prepare your own meals (we only really used the kettle ourselves!) But is also affiliated with a top class hotel about 90 seconds walk away where you could have breakfast (you would have to pay, obviously) and use the other facilities if you wanted to. Would not hesitate to recommend the Samaritana apartments for a stay in Palma.

Stayed here for a week and just got home. Cannot fault a single thing. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, newly renovated and cleaned daily. The staff are all lovely and go above and beyond, I wish I had taken a few of their names but to be honest every single staff member was amazing! Particularly liked that we were able to use the pool in the sister hotel and the rooftop views in both are what you would expect from a 5* not 4*. Also we’re able to store our luggage in the sister hotel on the last day. Will definitely be returning not just to Mallorca but to Samaritina Suites!

We loved our stay! We loved our apartment, it was split level. It had great space, lovely fittings and furniture, home away from home with luxury. Lift access to all floors. Also hidden find, the communal terrace on the top floor! We ate breakfast up there, stunning views of the city and the cathedral. Check it out. If you need any services, the sister hotel is just a couple or doors up and they are happy to arrange taxis and give any advice. It’s location was great for everything in Palma, easy access to the square and the main walk (within 5 minutes), 15 mins to the harbour and 10 mins to the cathedral. We enjoy walking thou the back roads and alleys exploring. Just stunning architecture! All within minutes; For breakfast pastries go to, Fika Farina Morning coffee, Arabay (just opposite Fika) Lots of nice restaurants near by if you don’t want to walk far. Would happily return.

I stayed here in July 2022 for 3 nights, and it costs me around €650. I really enjoyed my stay, spacious suite and super clean, the shampoo was the best I’ve ever tried, location was great as well.
