Samaritana Suites

I stayed here for a week with my two young children at the end of November. The hotel location is excellent and within walking distance of everything you want to see in Palma. The staff are exceptional with customer service and went out of their way in every interaction to go above and beyond. They gave excellent recommendations for kid friendly things to do and see each day and anticipated our future needs flawlessly. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I return with my family again to Mallorca next year.

Loved our stay here ! The apartment hotel is adjacent to the sister hotel where you can have breakfast (very good selection of cheese and charcuterie and freshly cooked egg dishes) and use the rooftop pool. You can also make a reservation for dinner and spa services, which we skipped this time. Our charming apartment on the first floor was super clean and, although very well located in the center, super quiet. Staff is kind and thoughtful and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend it and come back.

My stay was superb, the room was beautiful, and the staff were unbelievably nice and welcoming. It's worth noting that staying at Samaritana Suites gives you access to the facilities at the nearby Posada Terra Santa, including a lovely rooftop terrace. The only constructive feedback is that some of the walls have been scratched by door handles or toilet lids, which can be easily remedied with felt pads

The studio are elegant & comfortable, the location ideal for exploring the city & the staff couldn’t have been more helpful :-) Special thanks for the recommendation of Posa Terra; a true culinary highlight. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This is probably one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at! You get the best of both worlds of staying in an apartment but with the hotel service - they topped up the water, coffee pods and cleaned the apartment every day which was lovely to come back to. The apartment itself has been done to a high standard and was perfect for our short stay. We also loved the complimentary use of the spa at the hotel. But what really makes them stand out, is the level of service. They were always on hand to answer any questions, very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

Words cannot describe the perfection of this place. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. The windows are well oriented and take a lot of light, and have blackout curtains. The a/c is absolutely and completely silent. The bathroom has its own window. All the essential utensils/cutleries/appliances are provided, as well as a daily refill of coffee pods and bottled water. The bed is huge and super comfortable, so are the pillows. Plus the impeccable daily cleaning. The rooftop pool and reception of the neighboring hotel are lovely. What sets it apart and makes it heaven is the service. The staff (shared with the next door hotel) here is incredible, they are always available, incredibly kind and helpful, with a solution for everything. I cannot say enough good things about everyone we interacted with, such gems. From helping us to the car with luggage and to sort out parking, to receiving packages for us, to ensuring we had everything we needed for our daily beach trips. I wish I could have thanked them all in person when we left. Rarely I have found this level and quality of services, even in luxury hotels. Our stay was an absolute dream!

Top notch, modern apartments in a central location. Check in by Helios made us feel very welcome indeed. Thanks Helios! All the facilities in the apartment were excellent. It is fully equipped if you wanted to prepare your own meals (we only really used the kettle ourselves!) But is also affiliated with a top class hotel about 90 seconds walk away where you could have breakfast (you would have to pay, obviously) and use the other facilities if you wanted to. Would not hesitate to recommend the Samaritana apartments for a stay in Palma.
