Same Hotel

Having 2 amazing nights here in SAME hotel. Located just few steps from the station malang, this hotel is easy to access. It is also located not far from alun2 and the center of the city. Many culinary spots is not far from here. Including toko oleh2. The service, and front officer was nice. They got basement parking for cars and motorbike. The lift working perfectly when I going up and down to the 7th floor. The room was nice and clean with hot water flow, Tv with various channel and most importantly the swift wifi access. Overall it was nice to stay in this hotel. Recommended!

Staff are very friendy, the location is strategys to go anywhere close to klojen market lot of food there. Unfortunately the room not comfort thr bed is not originaly king bed but twin but make as hollywoood. Also the wifi is so so bad. If looking for hotel for business then this hotel i am not recommend very bad internet connection.

There's a lot we didn't like about this hotel. Bad parts: -dirty. There was a ton of animal poop (maybe from a gecko? Maybe a mouse?) on the window sill and on the desk. -the room smelled like cigarette smoke constantly. Maybe the staff was smoking in the room across from us? It was nonstop smelly. -loud. The calls to prayer are very loud as the sound insulation is poor. -no ramp at the entrance and the staff did not offer to help with heavy bags, which is tough for the mobility impaired. -the wifi frequently stopped working. -you cannot make local calls with the phone. -poorly maintained overall. Things like the safe and the kettle did not work well. Good: -staff were mostly friendly and tried to help whenever we asked for it. -decently affordable. -good restaurants nearby.

Room was very nice. Took me about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money.

To start, my favourite part was walking into the room and immediately smooth jazz began playing. Clean rooms (shower head might need replacing) staff were friendly and offer a breakfast to go if you need to get away at 5am (they must have forgot we ordered it because it took them nearly half an hour to get it). Quite close to the main attractions, walking distance to most.

Excellent experience and affordable prices. The staffs were amicable and helpful. Hotel breakfast was average; it didn't suit my platelet though it had a lot of variety. The room was neat, and clean, with every room amenities you would expect a hotel to have. Overall it was an amazing experience!

During my brief stay here before continuing my trip in Malang, I was in search of a comfortable place to rest and initially believed this hotel would meet those needs. We did encounter a few challenges, such as the showerhead not functioning optimally and the air conditioning unit developing a leak in the middle of our afternoon rest. The staff were very responsive when we reached out and promptly dispatched a technician. While the repair was necessary, it was a tad disruptive during our rest period. On a brighter note, the restaurant's offerings, especially the oxtail soup, were commendable. However, it would be wonderful if the breakfast buffet could maintain the same standard, particularly ensuring that the porridge remains warm and the omelets are freshly prepared upon request.

We stayed here for one night and it was great for the price we paid. The location of the hotel is great; there are so many eateries and a minimarket nearby. |Coffee/tea maker facilities are available. Free flow of mineral water is to be found on each floor. |Breakfast is very enjoyable and the service is excellent. The staffs are always smiling and always eager to assist. |The parking is a bit tricky, but the hotel provides valet service, so it's not a big issue for us.|The room is spacious enough, clean, and has a safe deposit box. Slippers were also provided, another plus point.||We will surely come back to this hotel.
