We stayed for 2 nights and the staff was very kind and flexible for check in due to last minute delay of our arrival. Conveniently located near train station and there is nearby bus stop. Rooms were clean and were comfortable for 2 nights if you need place to sleep. They have limited rooms on first floor with nice common kitchen with all utilities with good ambience. Bathrooms were clean but need a little renovation. Given cost of room it’s provides you all facilities that one need in hotel. I totally recommend to visit the Samer museum in basement which is free for hotel guests. Airport bus stop is 10-15 min walking distance and also the restaurant and supermarket.

Clean, warm, spacious room. Easy to contact the owner. Clean towels, bedding. Tea, coffee, cookies in the kitchen. Very comfortable to walk everywhere. Hot water.

This accommodation is in the style of a hostel more than hotel- if you adjust your expectations then it's fine. The rooms are OK and have an ensuite bathroom which is good. We stayed on a weekend, and there was no breakfast. A shared kitchen area was available for use by guests, but was small and if people don't clean up after themselves, (which they hadn't) it was not too good. Tea and coffee is available but no milk. The nearest convenience store/supermarket was a 15 min walk (freezing temp and snow), but there are lots of taxis if you prefer. They also only accept cash for the rooms (as you arrive). There is an historical display of Sami life attached to the hotel, which has been carefully done and quite interesting. All in all, OK for one night, clean and comfortable hostel style.

It does fell like a hostel, but is just fine if you don't need luxury. Clean and large room with all the basics, Wifi experiencing problems at times, but still fast and usable. Very easy checkin outside of front desk's opening hours and great contact with the hotel. Good breakfast, sadly only until 9. The museum is an added value.

Positiv: The room was clean, quiet and had everything what you need. The Location was perfect to reach the airportbus. Negativ: at the end of my stay, they charged me a different (higher) price! As I noticed afterwards, that I had payed too much, I got back to them via E-Mail (obviously I wasn't in the country anymore) and showed them all the old emails of the booking process and what price we discussed back then. Long story short, until this day I didn't got the money back. They refuse to answer my Emails. I wouldn't book it again in the fututure because of this incident!

Home of a Sami Musuem, generally lower prices than other hotels in Kiruna, friendly staff took care of our bag while we went away for a 8 day hike (we stayed the night before and after the hike at the hotel), simple breakfast on weekdays. Just note that location is a slight walk to old town center but it is near to the very excellent Stejk Street Food and airport bus stop. Also note that there is no manned staff after 3pm and on weekends but check in is arranged in advance. If you don't see the staff, you need to pay cash or make advance payment through transfer. Just a small inconvenience on this part. Be sure to visit the Sami Museum.

This is a nice hotel and convenient for us as we arrived late and could check ourselves in! We didn't meet anyone during our night here but it was clean and comfortable. The beds were good and we could go to the shop the next day and then use the kitchen to have breakfast and make our sandwiches for our day out. Would stay here again!

This hostel is really clean ! We didn't see the personnel until our Last day because we were there on the week end. Really close to the train station. You have a supermarket 30 mn walk and others little shops closing earlier (4pm) and a bit more expensive. The outside is old but you are sleeping inside and all is good and again : really and perfectly clean ! We had a room with bathroom ! You have a kitchen with a fridge to Cook ! The museum is tiny but cool (but close on week end like the breakfast). We payed less price because we were on week end. Close to the city and the Luossavaara Mountain.
