Wow — I had the best fish and chips of my life at Sammy’s! Perfectly crispy, golden batter with tender, flaky fish inside, served piping hot and full of flavor. The chips were just the right kind of crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside — absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef for nailing every bite! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I was especially impressed by how kid-friendly the place is. Our whole family felt right at home. The staff were kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating — truly five-star service all around. The stunning beachside location only adds to the experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Sammy’s is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Flavorful food in a great location. Went for breakfast at the Cafe on a Sunday. Had the sausage rolls and the mushroom toast (gf). The rolls were a good ratio of flaky crust to sausage mash with an amazing relish. The mushroom toast was bursting with flavor and a hearty portion. The location is unbeatable, go for a stroll on the beach after a meal. The service was fast but the register staff didn't seem to know the menu very well and had an awkward demeanor.

We had lunch here while on a girls trip and visiting my friend’s family in the area. Leo was so welcoming and hospitable even though we were there before the main dining area opened. The food was excellent and the water views spectacular. Outstanding service - I would highly recommend a stop here!

We visited in October so the busy season was over, but we had an amazing Friday night listening to live music and eating wonderful food right on Inch Beach. The bar is cozy and the staff are friendly and the choice to have small plates or mains was lovely.

Stopped in here after my partner ran the Inch Beach parkrun, and very happily surprised to find we could take our dog inside. Only 4 stars for food because they didn't have the salmon bagel that I'd seen other comments mention, I was really looking forward to that 🙄

This place is right on inch beach. Be warned as it's one of the really only places available it's seriously busy. Staff cope really well with this. They informed people that there delays etc.. it's a tight squeeze in the cafe one door in and out. They had a lovely selection of cakes and treats.

Beautiful views!!! Nice outside seating. Prices were high. Service very slow! We ordered two lattes, and a piece of banana cake that looked amazing- but was dry. 🫤 and the frosting and I love frosting, tasted of butter. I would go again. But probably just a cop of tea.

Lovely faded restaurant on the beach. Great seafood filled chowder, brisket burger and fish and chips with a pint of Guinness!

Yelp
Sammy's is a nice, fun place to stop on the beach. The views are nice out the back giving it more character. For our lunch, I had the hamburger. It came with fries and a salad. While it came well-done, and I prefer it to be a little pink, it was tasty. My wife had the soup and salad. The soup was Cream of Tomato and Pepper and she also said it was good. After, we walked down to the beach. It was cool outside (about 65 Fahrenheit) and cloudy. There were swimmers and surfers. Not sure I would do it but they were having a good time.

Yelp
Wow! What a fabulous place. Not only is it on the beach (with parking), but they greet you with a smile, and the food is delish. But that's not all. I am celiac and always looking for gluten-free options. Not only could they make everything on the menu gluten-free, BUT they have gluten-free batter for fish and chips!!! What a treat! I would give it 5 stars just for that! Definitely stop in when you are heading to Inch Beach.

Yelp
Visited here for the first time and the food was delicious, I ordered seafood chowder n Thai Green curry with chicken . This dish was so tasty and nourishing with lots of veggies and rice . If you like curry's I highly recommend this dish . My friend had a chicken dish over mashed potatoes and she also shared wonderful comments on her meal . So kudos to the Chef . Special mention to our very attentive waiter Ivan who was a delight to speak to and always willing to help . Thank you so Much for your hospitality and your excellent service .

Yelp
Our tour guide stopped here for 20 minutes. Just enough time to quickly walk the beach, order some to go food, use the facilities and look in the shop. More time would have been ideal but we had more things to see! We ordered a kids penne and ham/cheese toasted sandwich with chips to go! Inexpensive. Nothing special but tasty for the trip into Dingle Peninsula. Interesting they paired it with salt and vinegar chips! Luckily I love them! The beach alone is worth stopping for. Amazing view! Also- great surfing spot! They do rent equipment here.

Yelp
Service was very slow. She mentioned near the end that it was her first day so that's understandable. Seafood chowder was really good. Fish and chips were not very flavorful and the special was lacking as well. For a quite convenient meal I'd recommend it but don't go out of your way.

Yelp
This little cute spot on the beach is a nice break from the rain or the sun or the wind ending on the day. They offer a goat cheese and beet salad that we had as an appetizer that was excellent. for the Andre I had the same special which is a ham sandwich toasted with cheese and tomato and I thought that was very good too. it is a little overpriced because you are right at the beach but not so overpriced that I wouldn't recommend it.

Yelp
This little gem was such a nice place to stop for lunch (and a couple enormous cookies to go!) on our way back from Dingle. The young lady working the cash register and taking orders, who's name is Shalom, was a highlight - very happy and friendly). We had the pie of the day and open-faced chicken/ Gouda and avocado sandwich - both excellent. The setting is amazing and this affordable, fun little spot is a must on your way to/from Dingle.

Yelp
Super friendly staff! Stopped here on a whim from Dingle to Killorglin to start our Ring of Kerry trek. Root veg soup was lovely and piping hot (and gluten and dairy free). My mom had hers with their traditional soda bread and she said it was the best bread she'd had so far. But the VIEW of Inch Beach today was incredible. Mom also had an Irish Coffee which she said was probably the best she's had so far too. I'm driving so none for me!

Yelp
Stopped here on my way to Dingle. Food menu reflects beach setting-burgers, sandwiches, etc. Soup was fine but nothing special. Wish we'd held out to dine in Dingle. On a day with better weather, probably add a half dtsr. The setting g is fantastic.

Yelp
Good spot for a family meal in the evening. The views from the restaurant can't be beat and the food is quite good, as well. I would recommend they'd add a couple more highchairs, as they only had one available (out of two, as far as I know) for my family and twins. My wife says her salmon was good, but my medium steak didn't have much pink in it. That was thankfully offset by the tasty pepper sauce and a bottle of Stonewell cider. Our boys loved that pepper sauce as well, and there is a kid's menu for those who need one. The restaurant has plenty of space for larger groups and still feels pretty cozy. We might come back again if we're in the area and are visiting the beach.

Yelp
Had the fish and chips, soup, and salted caramel shortbread. The view is amazing with the waves crashing on inch beach and the food was surprisingly great for a little beach cafe.

Yelp
the food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, the view was amazing and the service was so warm and friendly. i would absolutely recommend this spot for lunch, dinner, or just a Guiness, even in the rain this spot is worth the stop

Yelp
Who else can say their beer garden is a beach? The food here is pretty decent. 100% best in the little village. The bar is very restauranty/lacks atmosphere and the barstaff are cold. Strangely there's a huge lack of locals employed there. Maybe only 15% of staff. This makes asking about the history/surrounding area difficult. I'm not a fan of children in pubs/cafes and this place is overrun. So if you've kids give it a go.

Yelp
Tasty food with a lovely pub feeling. The waiters were super nice and a wonderful view on the ocean. Sadly some of the food wasn't available (multiple days). I still was there more than once. Even the prices are reasonable.

Yelp
Sammy's fresh oysters can't be beat. Sammy himself will shuck them and his son, George, will pull you a perfect pint. Plus you are Actually on the most beautiful beach in all of Ireland. Can't be beat.

Yelp
We stayed in Tralee and our waitress recommended we venture out to Sammy's at Inch Beach for a late lunch/early dinner. We ordered the Seafood Chowder and were extremely pleased. It was by far the best I have had anywhere and I would even venture to say it was the best meal we had our entire stay in Ireland. The owner was really friendly and even took time to come over and talk to us personally. I would recommned Sammy's to anyone traveling this way. Great meal - great experience.
