I haven’t even checked in yet, and my experience with this hotel has already been terrible. I had the misfortune of dealing with a manager who was rude, combative, and completely unprofessional. Despite booking a room for two people (my husband and me), the manager insisted that I pay extra for a second guest, which was unnecessary and incorrect.
Instead of resolving the issue calmly, the manager argued with me and showed zero respect for the situation. This kind of behavior from hotel staff is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a hotel and strongly advise others to reconsider staying here if you expect basic customer service.
I will be pursuing this matter further, and I hope that this review warns others about the unprofessionalism I encountered.
