Well well well, I had to lower the rate to 2 stars after staying for 2 days. If I were to stay longer, I might need to rate it 1 star. Overall, I just don’t quite like the room we stayed in. It’s room 154, just behind the parking lot so it’s quite noisy.
The room is not clean with small red ants on the bed. I even saw a small insect under the bed sheets and oh boy I advice you not to open the bed sheet to see the mattress protector, you might not want to sleep on it that night after seeing the stains :( it happened to me.
I think they did not change or wash the quilt cover or the bed sheet properly. There are stains with many colors, black, grey, blue, brown, you name it you’ll see it.
The wall is surprisingly thin, I could hear the next door talking and the sound from their TV as a background noise the whole night.
The door chain lock is broken, I called the front office to get it repaired but nothing was done. The shower drainage was a bit clogged you’ll definitely can experience to shower in a puddle of water. Niceee (sarcasm). Free internet, but it’s slow like a dial-up.
House keeping just make up the bed, change towel and top up water, they don’t change the bed sheet, don’t clean the rubbish bin, don’t clean toilet.
Their towel is also worn off quite badly I can see loose threads. Come on, I don’t think it worth 1,3 million rupiah/night. Definitely there are many other better hotel nearby.
The staffs quite friendly, and location is good. Maybe that’s the only positive thing about this hotel. Maybe it was a good hotel last time, maybe our room was bad. But I think they need to improve their cleanliness.
