Samphire

We had lentil soup, the chowder, mussles, and a sticky toffes pudding to share. We stopped in Inverary as part of our tour bus and were able to choose any of the restaurants in town. We decided on here to try the seafood and highly recommend it! The restaurant has very good vibes with friendly and prompt service and the food was very tasty. The restaurant and bathroom were in very good condition. It was a nice spot for lunch

Stopped in Inveraray on a Rabbie's tour for lunch and hoped to have enough time to eat here, which we did. And how fortunate! One of my favourite meals in the 8 days we had in London and Edinburgh. Great service, fresh seafood, can't ask for more. Still dreaming about the langoustines. The fish & chips were incredible too, nice light batter, great mushy peas (we split a portion). Well done and I wish your restaurant the best.

Lovely spot. Food is very very fresh. Service was attentive and quick. They do not have a lot of space inside so call ahead or be there when they open.

I was super impressed with this establishment, not just for the scenic location along Loch Fyne, but the wealth of wonderful seafood options on their menu as well. I got the venison sausages with broccoli and mash while my wife got the king scallops. Everything was so wonderful and I have to give credit to Laura who was running the entire front of the house as a server AND a hostess. Give this place a try and bring your appetite! Highly suggest you get here early to ensure you get a seat, too.

Service was wonderful, we came with a party of five and she accommodated us quickly! All of the food was perfectly cooked but it did take some time to get it to us- BUT it was so worth it! Just be aware if you are on a time crunch. The oyster was truly the best I’ve had in my entire life.

Soooo amazing!! We came for a random weekend lunch and we were so happy we did! The appetizer of scallops was delicious. I had - The fish of the day - sea bass was so meaty and fresh! Hubby had the lobster and it was awesome! Dessert was killer - lemon tart and chocolate dessert with a blood orange sorbet - both fantastic! The service was friendly and quick! We will definitely be back and highly recommend if you love fresh seafood and a lovely dining experience.

This is a new restaurant to Inveraray. The chef/owner uses totally fresh local produce superbly prepared. The staff are very helpful and we'll trained in their duties. It is not particularly inexpensive but not OTT. From the outside the premises are not particularly impressive. It looks quite small but this is indeed a "tardis." Inside it is quite large with ambiance. I have no interest in this business but wish them every success. Well worth a visit.
