I just opened a milk jug that was labeled the Nov 22nd, and today is nov 16 and it came out unbelievably spoiled, it was thick like glue and had cheese like strands sticking to the container. Disgusting and unacceptable, waste of cereal and now I have no more milk.

I used to enjoy going to Sam's Club to get a slice of Pizza. But now they require the membership to even go to the cafe something. They changed at the beginning of the year from what I understand you can't even buy a pharmaceuticals without a membership or alcohol from what I was told from an employee.

Sams club saginaw michigan delivery service is as close to useless as it gets. I order weekly for my restaurant in a retirement community. Since my yearly membership was just automatically renewed as i requested, I kept giving it one more try. For the past 10 months I have not been able to get a full month of correct orders. I have even started to order a week in advance of menu needs to try to self correct the issue. The last straw was Friday the 25th of Sept The app told me delivery was on the way. Upon opening tracking I discovered my order had been canceled. Every time I have called customer service I am told it's a glitch. These glitches cost me time I do not have. This time in particular I was placed on a " short hold" of 45 minutes before the phone disconnected. Second time this has happened over said time frame. They did call me back and hour later to connect me to the problem solving team. During connection transfer the phone hung up and I never heard back. Also items I order that are out of stock do not show up as such. I just don't get them. My wonderful staff always puts my orders away so.i don't even realize that the item did not arrive until I go to use it. The time I have wasted running around getting items at last minute, adjusting menus, or making the 20 minute trip to the store to pick up items i already ordered is nonsense. I will just shop at Gordons or Costco since both are between home and work. At least this way I can make sure my guests get the meal they are expecting.

Our experience with Gary Kade in your hearing department was our worst experience in 2 years after receiving my mother's hearing aids. He had back to back appointments and was training an new employee. We felt unheard and patronized. The 2 previous employees (Shane M. and Maggie S.) were so kind and pleasant that we would drive an additional 1.5 hours to be seen by them.

Went to the store and wanted to purchase a laptop they had it on clearance. Of course you have to take the slip up to cash out, get up there and they have only the one on display. What typically wouldnt be a problem but it didn't even work! Contact corporate and they would not honor the price online. I guess big corporations dont need to honor in store prices.

Do not order delivery from them!! Put in a 7 item store to home delivery order as a plus member. Items never arrived that day. Called multiple times the next day and got lots of promises and excuses but no action. Called following day and same thing...promises and excuses but no action. Called corporate and they guarenteed that it would be delivered. Third day order cancelled. Called store and talked to a "manager" and got more excuses. Talked with corporate and got more excuses.

Sam's Club is worth the membership fees if you buy a lot of bulk items. I always find something I didn't think I needed when I come to this store. They offer some amazing deals! They also make delicious and affordable special occasion cakes. Their bakery has been my go to place since 2016, for both of my sons birthday cakes. Half a sheet for $19.99 and they do such a great job! The whipped frosting is sooooo good. Sam's Club Cafe is back to being open! They have amazing meal deals. Only $2.50 for a large pop with a huge slice of pizza meal (usually 2 reg slices). Big fountain drink selection.

Picked up some necessities tonight to find the front of the store was rearranged. The snack aisles were moved the opposite direction and appeared to be intermingled with seasonal goods. Not a bad experience, just a change from the unexpected.

I actually would like to put no star they were not accepting cash cuz they are not smart enough to do it manually so credit only today not fair to people who don't use cards on top of we sat at the checkout for almost 30 minutes waiting for assistance this is bullshit if you can't hire people that can't count you don't need to be open if you can't accept American Cash close your doors cuz hate to break it to you this is Americawe spent 3 hours shopping in that store to waste time and leave with nothing hire people who can count or close your doors

We purchased 7 months ago. When we made a PURCHASE, we made an appointment for installation. At that time, he told us for repairs we didn't need an appointment. We needed a repair today. They had 1 car in the bay. Worker said they were too busy today, they hadn't had lunch yet and there were only 2 of them working. We will give Belle Tire or Costco a try next time we need tires. It will be worth a little more money to get better customer service when you need it

I went to Sam's Club looking forward to getting some yummy tummy samples. I GOT MY SAMPLES!!! They were handing out cream cheese and crackers but I felt something crunchy in the cream cheese and I put it out and it was MOLD!!!!!

I'll start with the positive. The checkout app is phenomenal and makes getting out there quick and easy. The workers are cool most of the time and the prices are fair. I used to hate their checkout lines but this app really helped. Now if you do happen to get out quickly, use that extra time to change your tires, struts, and whatever else breaks off in the parking lots gigantic, car sinking potholes! They never, ever fix them to my knowledge and I'm sure vehicles may have disappeared in one or two of them at some point. The guy running the tire department is probably digging them at night then stopping to twirl his mustache while doing an evil laugh! Muwah hah hah! I wish Costco in Midland would hurry!

We always find "cool" items to try when we go there! We tried two kinds of dips from Sam's this trip, and will buy buy both again! We bought some HUGE strawberries, and (naturally) a cooked chicken from the deli. Yum! The guest service person and cashier were both efficient and pleasant. We will be back again soon!

You must have a membership card. They accept cash, check or card. Honestly, I miss having a Costco nearby. I used to go to Costco when I lived in GR, but the nearest one is too far now. So,,, Sam's Club is my only choice. It's actually pretty clean for something that is connected in a way to Walmart. The items are well stocked, and it smells decent. I wish their produce was fresher. Some of it looked really old. The bakery area looks awesome, but since I don't eat much sugar, I cannot attest to the quality and whatnot. The poor sample giver-outers are always mobbed by little kids and interesting people. You'd think that was their meal of the day or something. Seriously, standing in a mob, waiting 3 minutes for the little old lady with an apron to spread a little cheese on a cracker is ok? No, it is not. It's really odd. So go here if you want to people watch. It isn't as entertaining as Walmart, but you can get some good groceries here, and maybe a bag of tube socks or something.

Stopped by for some items for a last minute dinner party/family gathering. I could not find the potato salad so I asked a young lady for help. She not only stopped what she was doing to ask the person in the correct department, she walked me over to the refrigerator section. We found potato salad but not the exact type I wanted. She then walked over to the bakery area and found what I did want, brought it to me and offered to help me carry it to the checkout because I needed several tubs of it. And to top things off she asked if I needed to look for anything else. I felt like I had a personal shopper. Veronica was her name and she was awesome and a great asset to your location. You location

All is well. We come here often for personal, business and church. Can't beat the prices and now they have a credit card that offers cash back. Not to mention coupons you can load to your account before you go. Please try the click and pull too. Then your cart is all packed and ready for you.

We had to make an emergency stop here to get Enfamil formula for our daughter while traveling. The baby food area was hard to find compared to my regular Sams Club store. However, the staff though was incredibly friendly and helpful! The cashier even saved me $12 as their was a special coupon that day for formulas. If I lived in the area, this would be my location of choice.

My husband went to Sam's Club in Flint, Mi to buy twin mattresses and box springs. They didn't have what we needed so kindly called the SAGINAW store and they had what we required. They were told we would be there in an hour. When my husband arrived they not only did not have them pulled for us like they said they would but had to get them down from above with a forklift. The girl, Yolanda, that was supposed to take care of this for us, told my husband she went to lunch and didn't have time. It took an 1 1/2 hours to finalize this purchase when we were told it would be waiting for us at checkout.

Workers are consistently condescending. They will treat you like you know nothing, or its your first time shopping. To get a worker that is actually helpful and respectful is a rare occurrence. Sam's Club is lucky there is not a Costco around or they may find themselves out of business. Be prepared to show you care at the front door, and again while shopping, and again, before checking out, you will swipe your card at the register, they will initial your recipe, and then check your basket at the exit, all while treating you like a low life that is out on the town for the very first time. Buy in Amazon or online if you can before coming here

Love Saginaw Sam's Club. Ms Millie who usually works the self scan is absolutely a gem. I come there all the time to see her and her interaction with my children is amazing. Love the customer service there from the bakery as well. I have ordered MANY cakes through SAM's as they have proven to be the best tasting for the price and always turn out great!

I have been a business customer for over 25 years. Have always felt the service was mediocre, but tolerable. Prices good for what we bought. I am a 50+ professional woman and my experience today likely made this my last trip to Sams Club-Saginaw (if a Costco existed near here, I would have been long gone anyway). I purchased several items online and had finished at Customer Service. Went back into the store for a few minutes and stopped to look at sunglasses for my husband. Heard 2 young women in the Optical Dept. laughing, "Oh So and So, you have to stop!" giggle, giggle. Turned around and they were very obviously laughing at comments he'd made about me. I made a point of walking directly in front of them and Mr.Judgement (the only man) looked down at the desk and put his hand over his forehead; the 'giggler' looked at me like "Oh ^^%$", she didn't hear that did she?" What has happened to people, especially in a work environment, that they feel they can spew whatever garbage they choose at others? I won't be a party to it and hope all of you reading this won't either. Shame on those who put others down to try to build their own nonexistent self esteem. With employees like this, Sam's Club won't get my money. As an Amazon Prime member, more business is coming their way and items will be shipped to our door as a bonus!

Frustrated with the one day sale on August 5 2017 where you get all through shopping online and go to checkout and find most of the items you wanted aren't available. You can "save them for later" whatever that means, but what it doesn't mean is when they are in stock you'll get them at the sale price. Don't let me put them in my cart then.

Been going to Sam's club bay rd for years. Buy all our supplies from there. The staff even knows me when I come in. I would recommend everyone to have a membership there. The return policy is fantastic also. If you haven't been there go there today.

Sam's club has sanitary wipes in their lobby for customers to use to clean their carts. Four days ago my wife and I went to the checkout lane and we noticed a gentleman in front of us blocking his coughing with his hand then placing his hand back on his cart. Sam's has a policy of unloading your cart and then loading your supplies into the previous customers cart. When I objected to the cashier not to reload my contents into the sick man's cart I was told that it was Sam's store policy and that it had to happen that way. I felt bullyied for a moment but allowed it to happen. I E-mailed Sam's club headquarters complaining that upon entering their store I'm given an opportunity to sanitize my cart, but at checkout I must take another cart of God knows what germs are on it. This makes no sense! I received an E-mail from Sean, a fresh supervisor at the Saginaw Sam's. He stated that many cashiers are new and that he has corrected the problem and apologized. I went in today and the same thing happened with another cashier who insistently grabbed my contents of my cart and went to load them into another. I told her she was not going to do that but she along with Sean later would remind me that it is store policy to unload carts. I demanded that the cashier call Sean the supervisor. He approached and heard my issue and began to also bring to my attention the store policy. I pulled out the E-mail he sent me and I asked him if he was a man of his word or was he just putting down words. He told me he was sincere but that again, it was store policy to rotate carts. In his E-mail I reminded him that he stated that he had corrected the problem. How did he correct the problem if it still exist? He said he can't change store policy but he could tweak it for various situations. Such as? I can bring my own sanitary wipes from the lobby and wipe the next cart in front or He can have someone bring wipes over and wipe the cart for me. What the hell kind a policy is that? One policy offsets another. Who says that he is even going to be there when I'm there? My cart only contained 4 large items. If there was another club competitor I would certainly not shop and Sam's club ever!
