we enjoyed with cooperative staff and service provided by the hotel owner. Clean room. Sakil bhai is so kind person supportive nature.. Good parking facility.

My stay in Sam’s Guest House was indeed wonderful. We arrived at 8 am and the rooms were not ready due to heavy check inn and check out but the land lady was so nice that she arranged a small freshen up room for 3 of us. The room was ready by 9.30 and we were able to get straight into our room which was fabulous. Room was very nice with TV, Refrigerator & bathroom was just about clean. What we paid, it was great value for money. Really close to the baga beach, bars and restaurants. The staff and the owner are very helpful and guide you for all your needs. It was a wonderful experience here..:)

Hi all, this guest house is really good. located at the heart of the city the baga beach, which is just 5 minutes walk. Hospitably is amazing. Drawback is you won't get food here, there is no restaurant you can only order tea/coffee. Baga, calungate, candolim are closest beaches from here. I would rate it 4/5 overall. We paid 1200rs for a day stay for three in a room. Its worth so much what I felt.

After lot of search, we found this accommodation in main market (Calangute-Baga Road). Sitting in Balcony we enjoyed Beer as well as people passing in full joy. Whole night we enjoyed tourists activities. A departmental store just opposite, HDFC ATM & Punjabi food under our room & night clubs at 30 seconds walk. Uncle and Aunt are very cooperative, Clean AC rooms with Fridge. Tea served was excellent. Beach is just opposite from this economical guest House. I will stay again & recommends my friends also..

The best part about sam's guest house is its location, its on the baga-calungute road and 2 mins from both beaches. Take a left after coming out of sams and u reach calungute and take a right u reach baga !! ||Also, tito's lane is like a min away from sam's .. that's y the title of my review '' great place to be if u want to be bang in the middle of all the action||If you are going with your friends and just need a place to crash at night, this is it . The place is reasonably priced, clean rooms and bathrooms and also they have a mini refrigerator for your drinks and cable tv as well.

Lovely place centrally located, lovely owners. Nice option for peak period. Sitting in Balcony we enjoyed Beer lovely place. The beach is a 5 min walk. Can go with family, couple, friends very nice place.

People are very helpful n kind(5 stars for the owners). The rooms were good to look at but the bed felt too hard hence a little uncomfortable to sleep. Looks clean but felt like they haven't dusted the rooms for a long time. I.e. if you closely observe things else it's fine. Bathrooms are huge.

Small family business... Truly good value..Located at the heart of the action... close to the beach, Tito's restaurants and the coffee shops... Baga, calungate, candolim are closest beaches from here. I would rate it 5/5 overall.
