I love that you can choose your preferred type of noodles. I had the pork kidney, which was surprisingly clean-tasting with no smell at all, and super tender. The shrimp in the shrimp soup was big and juicy. I also loved the little sauce bar on the side, especially the pickled chili. So flavorful, and everything was super affordable. Definitely coming back!

*CASH ONLY* Passed by this place many times, but never been inside. Not bad! Sadly, I wanted to get the rice dish for my girlfriend but the chef that normally fries up the wok is out of commission.

Small business restart with great food. Had the #20 which is the house noodle soup, with the soup on the side. . Also ordered the Chinese donut to dip it into the soup. Very filling and I left happy and very satisfied. They also have rice dishes as well. Another gem of a restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley!!! I'll give it 10 diamonds out of 5 stars!!!! Side note, the owner/host speaks English, Cantonese, and Vietnamese from what I was able to pick up while dining there. Update: several months later came back to this gem; still as good as I remember it. Got their special noodles with the Chinese donut. Honestly can't go wrong with that. Got me full. Still very much satisfied with their food!!! 👍👍👍 Further update: came in on a cool August morning. Needed to satisfy my noodle craving. Came back to Sam's noodle station and got the hu tieu dac biet cold (soup on the side) and a side of Chinese donuts. Sam's doesn't disappoint. Family run business, speaking in Cantonese. They have their regulars and randoms like me coming in. It's relatively slow in the morning, granted I came in just around 8am after dropping the kids off from school. The mornings would have kind, elderly people coming in n out. Great place to grab a bowl of noodles and then a coffee at Lee's next door in the same plaza. Maybe grab some fresh baked goods at simply splendid. All n all, a wonderful experience.

Worse soup than kim kee, terrible and rude service. Yanks the tip away right after rushing my friend to leave with the "do you need a box"

Same foods served here as in Mackey Noodle in Duarte. The foods are mostly Chow Zhou style cooking which means a lot of noodle items and pan fried turnip cakes. Since we like the fried rice noodles at Mackey, we ordered the dish here along with fried turnip cake. Both were good and delicious. But the flavors at Mackey is more stand out. I can taste the wok Hei in Mackey’s noodle. Besides the difference in food, Mackey provides a more pleasant dining environment and friendlier service. The surface of the tables here were very sticky and seemed like they had not been clean thoroughly. The server here was also not overly eager to serve us. When we asked a few questions about the food, the server was very impatient, it was like we are bothering her for being there. I guess we would not return here and will just stick with Mackey noodle then.

Got the wonton noodle soup and the bot chien which is good. Solid place for wonton noodle soup. You can get rice noodles and egg noodles dry or wet style. Great service and clean too.

Google
Top 3 noodle places ever! Love the fact that you can mix and match your noodles choices ranging from pho, rice, and egg noodles thick and skinny. There is a huge selection of different types of toppings you can get. You must MUST try the noodles topped with pig liver. It will change your life!!!

Yelp
if you are in the 626 area I definely reccomend stopping by here! I feel like this restraunt is such an underrated gem. my family comes here every weekend to get the bo luc lac (lol we get 3 orders each time) and every time we come it always hits. the portions are HUGE, comes with a soup, tomato rice, and beef cubes. The beef cubes are so tasty and so soft and tender, they quite literally melt in your mouth. omg and the rice is actually so yum. I actually am not the biggest fan of rice, but this rice I can eat like everyday and will not get sick of it. the rice is just so tasty and goes so well with the beef. definely reccomend mixing in some satay and eating jt with the beef and rice.

Yelp
CASH ONLY!! Came here on a Saturday afternoon and was seated for two right away. The place is clean and the restaurant was slowly getting packed for the lunch rush. I ordered the house special noodles with thick egg noodles and it was pretty good! There is a variety of noodles you can select with your order. Size wise, the house special order came with alot of noodles and meat/shrimp. My uncle detected a big of MSG in our orders which I personally did not mind. Although the kidney side order wasn't too flavorful, I enjoyed it. The kidneys was perfectly cooked and came with plenty of chili, ginger and green onions which paired well. Service wise, our waiter was a kind man who spoke English and Chinese. The waitress on the otherhand was a bit rude. There was a miscommunication between us and her attitude was just very off putting (The miscommunication wasn't even my fault, she was at fault). Parking can get super packed here during lunch hours so I would recommend parking at the 168 Market lot next door and then walking over. For two bowl of noodles + a side order, the price was $41 which is pricey but worth the amount of food we had!

Yelp
Our first time trying Sam's Noodle Station. My mom and I went there on the weekend, and it's located inside a strip mall on Valley in Alhambra. Parking can be difficult coz they have many businesses in the plaza. We both ordered their #1 House Special Rice Noodles, and I picked the mixed noodle with round yellow noodles and rice vermicelli. It had 3 shrimps, some fish balls, chicken meat, pork kidney, etc. It's similar to Kim Ky, but the food quality was not as good as Kim Ky's, and their soup broth was not as flavorful. The shrimps were fresh, though. It was lacking flavor overall.

Yelp
The "House Special Noodles" and "Filet Mignon Cubes" are popular items on the menu and recommended. House Special Noodles with soup included on the side were pretty bland by itself for my taste. I added their housemade XO sauce or shacha sauce from the condiment caddy on the table and it was so much better. Their Pan Fried Chives Cake was delicious! Sam's Noodle Station specializes in Chinese regional Chiu-Chow/Teo Chew noodles. Specifically Chiu-Chow- Vietnamese. Noodles and Appetizers are what I like here, but there are other dishes you can try to see what suits your palate. This place has a second location called: Macky Noodles in Monrovia, Ca. CASH ONLY!

Yelp
This place is getting better . Now house special noodle soup more flavorful and loaded with meat and fish balls. Green chili is better. Great friendly and attentive service.

Yelp
This is still a go-to stop whenever I visit California. The service is so wonderful. When we were there to dine, they were offering a special where you buy four dishes and you get one for free. The green tea iced was free as well. Just so many great deals when you go during the lunch hour. It's a small restaurant but there's plenty of seating. It can get busy during lunch time because everyone is here to eat. The food is still very tasty and delicious. I love the bo luc lac with the red rice. Super tasty and delicious. I've had several other items from their menu from noodle soup to fried turnip cakes. And they've all been delicious.

Yelp
This place used to be really good back in the days, but not anymore. The food quality isn't as good as Kim Kee Noodles House, especially the broth. We ordered the Shrimp & Pork Vermicelli with Round Yellow Noodles and Fish Balls & Seaweed Noodles Soup. Both were okay, but not great. Definitely lacking in flavor and the prices seem to be slightly higher than the other noodles ship. Service was fine. Also, a negative part is this place is CASH ONLY, but they didn't disclose that on their counter or at the door.

Yelp
This is one of my family's go to noodle restaurant for Trieu Chau / Fujian noodles for many years now! They always have quick and friendly service and never disappoints with their freshly made, piping hot bowls of noodle soup. My go to dishes are the Fujian special noodle soup (with the rice vermicelli and thick egg noodles) and dry egg noodle with shrimp and kidney. We also love their fried rice flour cake with egg, which is similar to Vietnamese bot chein. Restaurant is in the smaller side, but definitely gives a cozy vibe as there are a lot of regular customers that come by. Parking can be tight and hard to find on the weekends.

Yelp
We ate here for lunch and it was great service! The dry noodles w soup on side was my favorite, everything was yummy and big portions! Our server was rlly nice and made sure to check up on us a few times. We will come back again for sure!

Yelp
I had saté beef and it was not good at all. I should have stuck with house special noodle soup as recommended by the waitress. There are many choices around so not sure if I will be back. The wait staff is friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Buy 4 get 1 free Ordered diced filet mignon with macaroni, 2 wonton noodle and 2 house special noodles. I loved the filet mignon and the macaroni. I always preferred Mac over red rice. They give you sate and vinegar with jalapeños for the soup as well. The packaged the soup and the noodles separately so that it doesn't get soggy. The soup and noodles were still very hit even after the 30 minute drive. When i can to pick up the order the lady was really friendly. went to pay and she said it's by 4 get 1 free. Asked where did it say that?? and she said no where and laughed. But yeah if you order 4 you get 1 she was also kind and put everything in a box and helped opened the door so that the food wouldn't spill

Yelp
We always enjoy their noodles. We get the seafood noodle and the fishball noodles. Good portions. Similar to Kim Ky but without the long lines. Seems like they have a dine in special.

Yelp
he food here is consistently tasty and satisfying! I especially love the bò lúc lắc with red rice, it's super flavorful and always hits the spot. I've also tried several other items from the menu, like the noodle soup, chow fun, chow mein, fried turnip cakes, and everything has been delicious. This place never disappoints!

Yelp
Still my favorite spot for teowchew chiu style noodles. Everything is good. Can't go wrong with house noodles.

Yelp
Ordered the been cubes with pasta. The beef was well seasoned and tender along with the pasta had great flavor. The sauce they use for the pasta was delicious. Really enjoyed this dish. This was $20. To go service was quick and easy. The place looks clean. Parking was fairly easy.

Yelp
Sometimes McD, Carl's, IHOP, Denny's, Shakers, Pepe's just ain't gonna do on a chilly morning. So, I came to Sam's Noodle Station. At first, I thought I would just get my plain porridge but then.... I ordered their House Special noodle, with wide/thick noodle. This just hit the spot!! First, I love the fact it was not salty. wayis way, you can add all the other seasoning as you determine necessary (i.e. soy sauce, pepper. Hot sauce, chili oil...). Then, the house special noodle came with LOTS of stuff: hickeb, beef, fish balls, shrimp, ...etc. It was a very filling and awesome vbreakfast, not to mention the restaurant opens super early so you can get your hot bowl of something before work and whatnot .

Gerald L.

Yelp
My favorite stop for Chow Fun. You can't go wrong ... everything is good. Excellent service.

Yelp
The menu is overwhelming but gracias a Yelp for helping narrow down some of the favorites here! We tried a couple flat noodle rice dishes here and for around $12 each- my goodness what a great value and taste for that price! Noodles and ingredients were fresh and the broth (which we asked for on the side) was subtle and not salty. The dishes paired well with the table-side hot chili peppers and fish paste. Sam's reminds me of the best of SGV- a well priced Vietnamese /Chinese noodle shop filled with locals with minimal ambience but friendly service. Recommend that you stop here if you're driving down Valley blvd!

Yelp
Sam's is a staple in my rotation of restaurants because it always hits the spot. It's one of those restaurants I go to with my family but also by myself. As with any Chinese restaurant, you don't come here expecting great service but the food is always consistent and they're fast. My go-to is either Shrimp & Pork with thick egg noodles or filet mignon cubes with egg noodles or macaroni. Don't sleep on the filet mignon cubes at Sam's! Mix the egg noodles with the filet mignon cubes and the satay they have at the table and it's soooo good! Cash only. I would avoid ordering online, there is an up-charge. Call in to order or just order at the restaurant for to-go. They're very fast

Ooo

Yelp
Food is decent but very bad service. There was an old lady, not sure if she's the owner, but she was being very rude to the customers. If you are craving noodles, go somewhere else, not this place. Stay away at all costs.

Yelp
I've always heard stories about people going to an Asian restaurant and getting yelled at or having rude encounters with the staff. Well yesterday was my lucky day! This was the first time ever that it had happen to me! Walked in with my family and the lady immediately sat us right next to another family sitting side by side. I requested to sit it he back booth where we'd be at a more comfortable distance from everyone. The staff told my family sternly and loudly that we needed to sit right there and look at the menu before fixing up that table for us. We were all taken aback like what the heck... everyone was now looking at us weirdly and I felt uncomfortable and prefer to get up and leave however my family chose to eat there. 5 minutes in and she moved us to the back booth. She was really hotheaded with us and our food came out staggering. We did not dare ask when I'd receive my meal after about 25 minutes from everyone else's food arriving. The complementary broth was good. My cousin ordered fried rice and a noodle soup dish. I ordered crispy chow mien with beef. Food was okay 4/10, and pretty pricey. I will suggest other options next time my family has this place in mind.

Yelp
Ngl I expected more, yes they speak canto and viet. I thought prices were gonna be fair but now they're somewhat expensive. Sure you get a large portion but my bowl cost $18 total after tax, and I got charged $2 more for 2 kinds of noodles. Service is fast and there are a ton of locals that come here. Parking can be a nightmare tho as I had to park at the back of the supermarket in the same plaza and walk over. Overall a decent experience and ok food. I think there are better places that serve hu tieu for cheaper.
google avatar

Andrea S.

Yelp
The rice noodle soup here is a great comfort food. The food here is consistent. Their fried daikon flour cake isn't my favorite here, but I will be coming back for the rice noodle soup for sure.
google avatar

Allie L.

Yelp
CASH ONLY!! We both got the number one Teochew/Chiu Chow assorted meats and noodz with your choice of noodz. I got the round yellow noodles because I like them chewy. Fiancé got the wide rice noodz for the silky texture. Both of us got soup on the side. Left this place stuffed! Lots of classic Chinese/Vietnamese comfort foods on their menu. Looking forward to try the other items.

Yelp
Strip mall parking is terrible, but the food is delicious. It is a homey style small noodle shop, where the kitchen staff take smoke breaks out front. I got the beef cubes with red macaroni and everything was cooked excellently, it's a bonus on how large the portions are here. You can make two meals out of it, if you aren't a hungry hippo like me. The beef was so tender and came in a generous mound. The macaroni was soft but also had good tomato flavor, you don't expect al dente when it comes to Chinese and pasta. The pan fried turnip cakes were on the greasy side but filling. Tea was weak and watered down, so I was okay with not being offered a refill. I felt service was sufficient as we happen to be the only patrons when we placed our order as I went during late lunchtime.
google avatar

Marc N.

Yelp
Came here because Kim Kee Noodle Cafe never has pork kidney for me :( but it was disappointing as this doesn't compare to that restaurant. I would still give it a measly 5/10 though as it wasn't that bad, it just wasn't good. I'm not sure what it is but it tasted too plain and I didn't really enjoy it as much as the other place.

Yelp
The menu is kinda overwhelming for any 1st time customer i.e., ME. Thanks to the wonderful server, Anh who was so efficient, hospitable and EFFECTIVE! She recommended me try the House noodle and offered me the flexibility to choose any noodles I like. I ended up having both the rice noodle and yellow noodle. I mentioned that I will not be able to finish all and will need a to-go box, Anh got everything ready for me at once. I had the original, tasty House noodle (dry) first and then added their signature "Sha-cha" sauce on the table. Anh was so amazing that she even gave me the extra broth to take home to try so I can have the same dish but with the noodle soup style. Food wise, the noodles are refreshing and delicious. Light flavored and feel free to add any sauces you like. I can't wait to try out other items on the menu soon! Ambiance - The restaurant is clean and sanitary. Service is fast and customized. Reasonable pricing with good quality of appetizing "Chao Shan" cuisine.

Yelp
One of my friends recommended this Chiu Chow restaurant and I was like "huh you can actually place an online order on their website and pick up in person." The ordering process was relatively easy and I got an email stating my order is ready for pick up 15 minutes after I had received an order confirmation. Please note that #85 has several options - chow fun (flat noodle) or chow mein (thin noodle) & gravy or dry. I never heard of gravy style so that was what I ordered, but personally I would recommend dry instead of gravy style. I got to the restaurant and told the only waitress that I am here for pick-up. Somehow I ended up waiting outside for another 5-10 minutes and had to walk back in again to ask for my order. *** #1 Assorted Meat & Shrimp W/ Rice Noodles (Flat Rice Noodles, $9.95): It was an excellent noodle bowl - flavors were on the point and I was pretty satisfied with this order. #85 House Special Chow Fun (Gravy Style Chow Fun, $13.05): Not exactly what I was looking for because it did not look like the one shown on the front page of their website. I mean gravy wasn't all that bad, but I was totally expecting some shrimps and seasoned chow fun cooked via gravy instead of both chow fun & broth getting separated. *** Convenient online order process, inefficient pick-up process, and relatively tasty food. This chiu chow restaurant seems to specialize dry style chow fun and that's probably what I will stick with if I do come back here again. P.S. - Outdoor seating is not available.

Yelp

Yelp
This used to be my go-to place for pork kidney and shrimp with egg noodles but it's no longer good. Ordered some today except they messed up the order and did not include shrimp. The flavor was off. The noodles just tasted salty and had a slightly bitter aftertaste. It had none of the aromatic flavor that I used to taste. The kidneys used to be cooked to the right cooked level where there's a faint hint of pinkness left but in the recent years it's usually overcooked and tough. Seems like a waste to overcook the kidneys if it's really bought fresh. The flavor was so bad that my family had to quit eating it half way through. Very disappointed. They used to take credit card but just cash only now. Not sure if it's a hint that there's a change in ownership or management especially with the change in food quality.
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
This place is cash only so be prepared. As all good authentic Canto noodle place, service is horrible. They are always mean and nasty. As you walk in, they will say "what you want? sit down and let me take your order" Please have an idea of what you want to eat before you go in. I just get the house noodle and you can pick what kind of noodle you want. There's pictures for it so don't worry, I prefer the thin flat white rice noodles, but it's really your preference. I would stick with the noodle if it's your first time. If you like it, then come back and get more creative with your order.

Yelp
Usually come here for the bo luc lac with red rice or red macaroni! The rice/macaroni is stir fried in tomato based sauce and the entree comes with a side of hot soup! Great quick lunch spot and the iced tea is free (unsweetened). Had their hai nam chicken before it's meh not the greatest I would go to either Ipoh or else green zone!

Yelp
The food is alright. Nothing special in terms of flavor. The price is actually expensive for the portion served. The service though is EXTREMELY BAD. The lady was complaining about my son when he only touched the spoon and chopsticks container. She spoke in Cantonese that the kids would make a mess and how annoying to bring kids to restaurants. So she put all the sauce containers and everything on the table away without asking us if we needed or no. She had this disturbing attitude towards us even though we didn't even make a mess or anything. When we paid with card, she agitatedly said "no card sorry" and as my husband walked out to get cash out, she stared at him and then she stared at us until my husband came back. Bad experience! Never coming back here ever again!

Yelp
I remember eating here when it was at the other location on valley. I always see this restaurant near Lee's Sandwich. My mom was craving dry noodles so I figured she should try it from here. Lots of parking spots available. Cash only. I got diced filet mignon, assorted meat with shrimp rice noodle and chives cake. Diced filet mignon is so so. Nothing special. I added fried onions on top of it when I got home and enjoyed it more. The noodles here is great and it's probably best to order noodles here. As for chives cake I usually prefer them to be crispy and has more flavor. Here is soft and a bit bland. These also came with soup which is hot and just right (not salty). Overall it's not bad but I don't crave for these all the time. I'd be back again when my mom wants dry noodle.

Yelp
Date of visit: 7/10/2021 First time my family and I trying this place and we like it! We only ordered: - chiu chow assorted meat noodle with soup on the side: ORDER IT! - Bu Lo Lac: ORDER IT! - Yu tiao: it was just ok. We always eat our noodle with Yu tiao and that's why I ordered it Overall a positive experince so will definitely go ack

Yelp
My wife wanted to try the sea cucumber noodles. I had the deep fried chicken leg with red rice. Both were pretty good. The sea cucumber noodles was over $20 but it came with like 6 sea cucumbers which is not cheap. My got three meals out of it. Friendly service.

Yelp
The old lady is rude & even raised her voice to me when I asked her something. The other servers are ok only this old lady. She never smiles always grouchy. My husband is just nice to leave a tip, I would never tip rude servers. I'll make sure to tell her off if she gets rude again.

Yelp
I ordered House Rice Noodle, and i asked the soup/brooth on the side. Woww it was sooo good. I have to added some more vinegar tho to adjust my taste. Oh it reminded me of my hometown taste. It was very good, i just wished their chilli sauce would be spicy. I put so many chilli sauce ans still didnt think it spicy enough. But i love their menu so so many options and all kinds of noddle. Food came out in good timely manner. Restaurant get full and pack on the weekend.

Yelp
first off, the food is great. there aren't a ton of chiu chow noodle places around so I usually cherish and try to support every one that still exists, but I'm tired of the older lady who usually runs the place being just an outright asshole. I'm used to curt, to-the-point businesses but she's just awful and has never once not been a dick for a simple transaction. sorry i'm bothering you with business. hope you get that stick out of your ass someday. hit up tam's for better service and equally good noodles.

Yelp
Very authentic Cantonese noodles with huge portions! Delicious clear broth with pork and shrimp. I picked the combo with rice noodle and egg noodle and it was super delicious. The rice cake omelet was also amazing and dipping sauce was so bomb. Highly recommend this place. Service was fast and efficient.

Yelp
I was driving down Valley Blvd. on the way home and I was famished so I just decided to pull into this small plaza to see if there might be a place to grab a quick bite. I picked Sam's Noodles and I'm glad I did. I ordered the Assorted Meats, Shrimp and Egg Noodles soup. It was pretty good. Nice clean tasting broth with good flavor. Lots of meats. A couple of plump shrimp. But, a lot of noodles. Most places I've been to give me a good portion but Sam's gave me a giant portion. I love it! So these 3 things were the qualities that separate Sam's from many of the other Chinese/Viet noodle places I've been to: - Giant portion of noodles - They cleaned the table after the patron was finished, but they also moved the table and mopped the area around that same table----they win the "Cleanest Chinese Restaurant" award in my book - When I took my leftover portion of noodles and soup home the owner gave me a to-go container, but she also gave me another small container of extra soup broth to take home for free. Who does that? I'm very impressed! Big thumbs up for Sam's Noodle Station!
google avatar

Yelp
Was looking for a light lunch and decided to come to Sam's for a bowl of their seafood noodles. I ordered the House Rice Noodles with half thin egg noodle and half flat rice noodle. They gave a good amount of meat and more noodles than I could finish. All in all, I had a satisfying bowl of noodles, quick service, and wouldn't mind coming back since I live within walking distance.

Yelp
I really wanted to try Kim Ky one particular weekend, but all the locations were closed. Ended up going to my second and third choices, but lines were crazy! So ultimately ended up at Sam's Noodle Station, the restaurant that took over an old Kim Ky. Sam's Noodle Station has a sister location - Macky's where it seems to cater to the younger crowd. Here, there's a lot of regulars and older folks who already know what they want to order the minute they sit down. Since we came on a holiday weekend, the line was actually pretty long. My dad and I had to wait for around 15 minutes before we were seated. Restaurant isn't too big, tables are a little cramped together but food is served quickly and customers don't usually sit and chat for long. I ordered the House Rice Noodles $9.35 with the flat rice noodles. Actually should have gone with the stick noodles because those were much chewier and what I was actually looking for! The overall noodle dish wasn't bad. There was a fairly good amount of noodles in the bowl along with a bunch of various seafood and meat toppings. The soup was a little bland, but you can add pickled jalapenos, etc. if you want to flavor up the dish. I can see this hitting the spot when it's cold out or when you're under the weather. There was a lot of toppings to the noodles, which I really appreciated. My dad ordered the pork kidney with half stick noodles and half flat rice noodles. There was a good amount of both noodles in his bowl, and that allowed him the chance to try more than one type of noodle. I'm not a fan of kidney so I didn't try it, but he downed it pretty quickly. Had more than enough to take home and make another meal out of, so portions are not on the small side. A lot of customers ordered the dry noodles, which looked good. They also have fried rice, porridge, and other appetizer dishes. They don't accept card so make sure you bring cash. Located in the Lee's Sandwich and market plaza; parking is really busy on weekends so beware. There's a ton of other small shops in the nearby vicinity, so if the wait is too long, you can always pop over to another restaurant.

Yelp
Pretty good location for hu tieu. This used to be a Kim Kee before they rebranded. Perfect place for some hot noodle soup with complimentary hot tea on a cold day. Their soup is light and perfect for drinking all the way in my opinion. Their's has less salt/msg compared to other Kim Kee/Ky, it seems their ingredients are always fresh and aromatic. Their hu tieu portions are just right; soup or dry, they're all alright. Their satay sauce is pretty good here and not overly spicy. The pork kidney dish here is not bad, they do use a lot of oil for their scallion topping. They also put cabbage on the bottom, which I just find okay. Their soy sauce for this is actually tasty. Turnip cake here is good too, but I'm not the biggest fan of red vinegar/soy sauce combo (I prefer black vinegar). They do put a lot of picked radish and stir-fried green onions on top which is a nice touch for flavor indeed. I like this here; I'd order it from time to time.

Yelp
Same foods served here as in Mackey Noodle in Duarte. The foods are mostly Chow Zhou style cooking which means a lot of noodle items and pan fried turnip cakes. Since we like the fried rice noodles at Mackey, we ordered the dish here along with fried turnip cake. Both were good and delicious. But the flavors at Mackey is more stand out. I can taste the wok Hei in Mackey's noodle.

Yelp
CASH ONLY! Yikes, It's 2023 seriously! I tried their House Special noodles and yes there was plenty of meat but it was okay. I really didn't like the taste of the 2 types of fish balls - the texture was very tough and weird. If this is their best, I'm afraid to try other dishes.

Yelp
Located in the same plaza as Lee's Sandwich! The plaza itself has ample parking but parking is not so great when people are going to the market. Came here one night because I wanted teo chow noodles! There were two staffs working the first time we came. It was kind of slow but they were pretty attentive. I was just a bit disappointed in the food that we ordered because the soup was a bit bland compared to Kim Ky. Although I really like the option of getting the beef variety because I like the tripe-y stuff! Also, the fried fish cake was named fried fish roe or something so I assumed it was the golden fish ball but it was not. It was't bad though. Would love to come back to try their other dishes because their dry egg noodles looks good!

Yelp
This lady in the photo is so rude. She always looks like she doesn't want to work at the restaurant. Whenever people ask for something, she gives them a glare before giving it to them. As for me, she always slams the food and drinks on the table as if I am forcing her to giving it to me. Isn't that what waitresses and waiters are suppose to do???
