Sam's Plaza Damansara

Been a while since the last I was back. Golden alluring non-oily wings are still juicy in the inside, the right crisp on the outside. Consistently good since the beginning of time. Chicken avocado salads is refreshing. Only thing, please use a ripened avo.. ----- Imagine yourself biting into golden crisp and tender in the inside wings..I'm in heaven especially pairing with always chilled beer. Always my neighbourhood pub. Especially nice to chat with super friendly Sam!

Perfect hangout place. The staff are friendly & attentive. Veg options are available. Their vegetarian mee goreng is excellent. So is the mee hoon. Another regular item is the pakoras. There is also the fried tofu. Having these food with a glass in hand is a perfect blend. Parking can be an issue occasionally.

Nice place for drink and food. Try fried chicken wings. There is a two man band upstairs bringing songs of yesterday years, both have good voice and sings very well. Located at Bukit Damansara which now has quite a few pubs and restaurants. This place is still crowded and favored by regulars.

One of the most genuine and relaxing neighbourhood bars around KL. Friendly and attentive staff, good food and a cosy setting. Outdoor and indoor seating. Try the chicken pakora with ice cold beer. Heaven.

Nice setup for a place to have a few drinks along with some bites. Sam's has another outlet in Plaza Batai but there seem to be some segregation in terms of menu and promotions. Beers were good, we also sampled some of the cocktails and they were good too. Bar bites are tasty with a good variety to select from. Service was good as well. We had a great time during our last visit.

Ideal happy hour location with open air seating. Promotion on edelweiss.
