Samsara Ubud

Our experience at Samsara Ubud was nothing short of exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Musgi and Lia, who went above and beyond to assist us with every activity and request during our stay. Their kindness and attention made all the difference (especially when I was feeling under the weather with a bit of “Bali belly”) They truly pampered me with their special tea and an almost surreal amount of bottled water delivered to our room! The morning yoga sessions are a must , calming and beautifully led , and the rice field walk is a peaceful way to connect with the surroundings. Our villa was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and meticulously maintained. Having visited Ubud before, I can say that the level of care and attention to detail at Samsara is truly unmatched. If you’re looking for a serene, luxurious, and thoughtful stay in Ubud, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Overall, a great resort with kind staff — ideal for couples seeking a quiet and restful holiday. We experienced some noise issues, but the staff were quick to resolve them. Thanks for the prompt assistance. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our stay, which made the room quite humid and caused the bedding to have a slight smell. Breakfast could be improved — the fruits lacked flavor, and the bread was below average. But again, the staff! Exceptionally kind. The sauna was amazing; book it in advance.

Our experience at SamSara ubod was very beautiful, as there were many activities. One of them was painting, which was especially enjoyable with Mr. Boudi — we learned a lot from him.|In addition, the staff were very kind and cooperative. The place itself was very beautiful, and the food was diverse.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service at Samsara Ubud is truly outstanding – from the warm greetings every morning to the way the staff handled a noise issue from a neighboring room at midnight with incredible professionalism and speed. The coffee experience is a must-try, but the real highlight for me was the breakfast. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than many popular brunch spots. If you’re a foodie and appreciate top-notch hospitality, this is easily one of the best options in Ubud. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay! Staff are warm and friendly, service was excellent. Luh De and her colleagues were really helpful. The male staff at the restaurant were also really helpful and friendly. We were there for my birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday cake! It was so touching, and made us feel really special. The room was really comfortable, the bathroom area was very spacious. Water pressure was slightly low, but that can be expected in the countryside. Samsara has nice restful vibes. All the pools are heated too, so it's nice to dip inside without feeling cold! The weather was pretty wet when we went, but it was cool, and there were passing clouds outside the villa, which gives a restful feeling. Thee breakfast spread was very decent and tasty. We also ate dinner a la carte in the evenings. The food was surprisingly tasty and well-presented. It was an intimate and pleasant experience. We enjoyed it and will be back!

Samsara is the epitome of a luxurious private jungle oasis!! It’s a contrast to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak/Canggu where you can truly relax and unwind. The property is gorgeous and located next to a valley overlooking the jungle. There’s a beautiful infinity pool that takes advantage of this. The villa my mate and I stayed in was an oversized 2 bedroom with a private pool. The design of each villa ensures guests have total privacy! Beds were heavenly and I had one of the best sleeps ever on vacation! Staff are so warm, friendly and attentive. We also met the owner and learnt about Samsara’s journey! I would highly recommend Samsara for anyone looking for an exclusive yet accessible, private jungle retreat!

Our stay in Samsara was absolutely superb! My partner and I spent 2 nights there, very short but really worth it. The staff are all friendly and attentive, the food is amazing, and the in house activities which are offered add on to the experience of staying here. I especially enjoyed my Balinese massage whilst listening to the waterfall. I highly recommend staying in this place as it offers privacy and a chance to reconnect with nature A big thank you to the staff who made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable!
