Samson Oceanfront Park is a nice open space allowing for free access to the beach. Restrooms and showers available. Multiple water fountains. The path to the beach goes right to lifeguard station 174.

Peaceful spot right by the water great place to breathe, walk, or reflect. The park stays clean, and the vibe is family-friendly with easy beach access. Perfect for morning runs, quiet time, or just clearing your head while the waves do the talking. Only thing parking can get tight during busy hours, but once you’re in, the peace makes it worth it. Nice and clean. Public toilets, vending machines, big covered space if you need to hide from the rain. Easy access and didn’t have a problem to park my big car.

I loved it!! Once you find it, its great! This beach park was beautiful. They had restrooms and rinse off showers. A little play ground and sitting area too. The ocean and sand was sooooo clean!!!! I was in beach heaven. It wasn't crowded at all either! Also a parking tip**** the parking for this beach is behind Walgreens there's a public parking lot. I had to call the park and ask because the GPS has you going to a private parking spot. They need to fix that. Other than that... I had a GREAT time at this beach!!!

I love this park and yearly celebration of Sunny Isles Beach ⛱️. I finally went to their event and really enjoyed it. Thanks to all staff for all the wonderful food, music, scenery. It was spectacular. Everyone was pitching in as a team. Love it!

Samson Oceanfront Park is a gorgeous 2.1 acre beach park in Sunny Isles Beach. It opened in 2000 as the city's first park and it was named in honor of Gilbert Samson, the first mayor of Sunny Isles Beach. The land for the park was acquired with grant funding from the Florida Communities Trust Preservation 2000 Program and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's, Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program. Note that this park does not have its own lot but you can park at one of two nearby public lots, then cross the street. Park amenities at Samson Oceanfront Park include beach access, shower, benches, boardwalk, pavilion with tables, restrooms, water fountains, playground, public art, sand volleyball court on the beach, vending machines, and life guard. From the park, you can take a short walk down the wide beach to see the Newport Pier where there is a restaurant and it is a fun place to take in all the beach, water, and fishing activities. I normally head north to go to the beach but Samson Oceanfront Park is so nice it could make a girl head south.

This is Samson Oceanfront park and it is a 2.1 acre park located on oceanfront land with direct access to the beach. Operated by the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the park includes restrooms, pavilion with tables, a playground area, benches, boardwalk, showers, water fountains, vending machines, bike racks, free wi-fi and an interactive kiosk. I have driven past so many times and must have blinked as I have never noticed it before.

Great park for locals, parking lot metered across street behind Walgreens. One star of for the restrooms being closed way before park closes. Kids pee in bushes. Located on the beach with four showers, toddler area and big kids. No swings, great ocean access.

Nice little park area, picturesque and direct access to the beach! A play park for the kids, benches to sit on and a shower house to wash all the sand away and to change after a long day at the beach. Great little spot nestled between million dollar hotel properties! :)

Cute little park that's very clean neat and tidy. I'm not sure who is responsible for maintaining this place but they do a damn good job at doing it.
