Samsonite

I had to RMA 2 suitcases with damage and Nick could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was in/out in less than 5 minutes and didn't even complete the forms in advance *Nick did everything for me except name and address. Going to purchase any and everything from Samsonite from this store specifically for their service 🙌

They are always helpful when I stop in. The warranty they have on their suitcases is a lifesaver. I fly weekly so I am sending a bag out for repair at least 1 time a month. Aside from a few bucks for shipping, there's no cost to me.

Terrible customer service. I asked the young man his name and he said “Derek D E R E K. Derek” spelling it out while clapping his hands. Then came back over, continued the conversation being just as useless and unhelpful. The other gentleman who I assume was the manager was busing himself around the store with Casper while this occurred. Had the manager been more attentive considering we were the ONLY customers in the store he would have witnessed how rude his associate is. Absolutely unacceptable.

Buyer beware. This store will not accept returns nor remedy faulty equipment. My brand new bag had stictching falling apart. The manager wouldn't replace and told me once a piece is purchased it's the buyers. Any repairs were responsibilty of buyer and required to shp , and pay for shipping to Samsonite manager beyond rude. F F F f. . Horrible stay away.

Very nice staff informed me of the luggage that would work well for my needs. It is always nice to shop at a store where the associates take the time to detail the customer on the product.

The staff were very nice and love the fact that dogs are welcomed. The store was immaculate.

Walked in to look at a style I had seen online. They did have it so I could examine it. They had one left of the style in a different color on clearance as it was the last one. I ended up purchasing that one. And then asked about the lightest carry on luggage. Was shown the style which weighed 4 lbs and made in Europe so they fit the international allowable size. Purchased some travel accessories because of their sale. Will be back for the luggage if I end up deciding that style is what I want. Ellen was attentive and helpful.

We brought a suitcase in that had been damaged by an airline and left feeling pretty frustrated when the employees didn't greet us, didn't offer to help us find a new suitcase, and seemed really annoyed that we were even in the store. We had to ask the lady if she even worked there, asked about the warranty and she was really short with us, didn't offer to show us anything else even though we had planned to buy something and then got annoyed with us when we kept asking questions. She had short grey/blonde hair, glasses and was the only woman working around 6pm on 8/22/25. We intentionally decided not to buy something because of her and her attitude...

Service was knowledgeable and efficient. Although the shop did not stock what I had seen online, there was a comparable product available in a color I liked better.

Michael was super helpful! I had my suitcase for about a year with heavy traveling. The zipper on it was not staying together and he helped me get it sent for repair with ease! Thanks Michael!

Warning: do not buy a light colored bag. You can not exchange once beat up. They did not mention that at purchase. I wish they would have or would exchange. For this price I could have had a nicer suitcase, now I have a scarred one with a ten year warranty. This is after only one trip. I am unimpressed. I guess I should have known. I will share as FYI.

Returned a backback for an easy refund. This was after I bought a suitcase and two backpacks at the Samsonite Outlet in Lakewood, CO, and tried to return one of the backpacks several days later. The salesman there said it was used and argued with my wife (it most certainly was not used). The manager I spoke with several days after that was cold and not customer-friendly. Contrast that to my experience in Castle Rock. Kudos to Castle Rock.

Came in today to buy 4 large checked bags for an upcoming vacation and we (nor the people who walked in behind us) were greeted or acknowledged at any time while we were in the store. The sales person was more interested in her phone so even though we found bags we liked we will be taking our business elsewhere

Despite the past reviews I've read, we were treated REALLY great. Super helpful staff on duty who was patient and kind and provided all the info we needed to make a good decision. She wasn't pushy at all and checked back in with us often. She was really educational about the different quality options and features without feeling like a hard sell. We feel great about the purchase and quality. Great buying experience.

I walked in with the intention of buying luggage ! The two sales associates totally ignored me and then three minutes later a blond lady walked in and was greeted very nicely by the blond associate and asked if she could help her! As she looked right at me making eye contact and didn't say a word to me I'll take my money elsewhere......rude rude rude...

Normally this is a pretty decent store. Sometimes there are employees that don't acknowledge you at all when you come in but others are super great. Today I needed to come in and get a new checked bag as my daughter ran off with mine somewhere. We fly out tomorrow. Just easier to come here and get another one. However, the sign on the door states the new temporary hours are 11 to 7. However, it's closed. There is no sign to indicate that they're closed. It's just dark inside and nobody answers the phone. Now I have to go look for another Samsonite store up in Denver. That's quite a haul for me. Would've been nice to know or have a reason.

They are charging upwards of $200-280 a piece.. For it to be a deal, they would have to be giving like 60% off. But they aren't. Given that you can get 3-piece sets of identical Samsonite luggage at Costco and Sam's Club for under $150, I can't understand what the point of this store is.

Absolutely terrible costumer service. If you're considering purchasing luggage, I would not recommend this place at all. After finding a problem with my suitcase when I got home I decided to bring it back the next day and get a replacement, but they were hesitant to even give me a new one. I had to threaten calling the manager to even get them to consider giving me a different suitcase. They raise their prices all the time, and because of this they were going to charge me more for me to get a replacement of a suitcase I had already paid for.

Overpriced! Similar options were found at the department stores at Park Meadows mall - don't waste your time here unless you want to pay at least $50 more to interact with a worker with a poor attitude. I travel every week for work and it was time to invest in a good spinner wheels carry-on suitcase. I headed to the outlet mall thinking I would be able to find a good deal, even if the suitcase models were a little old, I assumed it would still be worth the time/effort. I was extremely unimpressed with the service: I had to track down the guy myself and ask him questions while he responded with a bad attitude that made it clear he didn't want to be there - thus making me not want to give him any of my money - but I got past that and found a suitcase I wanted. When I asked about their return policy he said that there wasn't any - so if I bought it, I was basically stuck with it even if it didn't fit overhead. Don't bother here - it was a huge waste of time, poor customer service and far too expensive.

Great service and great products. Jimmy helped us with such a great attitude and a great smile. Would recommend for all of your lugagge needs.
