Terrible service by a middle-aged Asian woman wearing glasses. Asked if I was a local and proceeded by saying “locals won’t do this” after I tried on a backpack. You work in an airport dealing with tourists and you only want to serve locals. Told her Australia has much better service and she snorted. Horrible stuck-up attitude and she should not be working in the service industry.
