Samsonite - Changi Airport Terminal 2

Joanna and Kokfoo were so helpful. Our old luggage had broken so we were looking for a new one. Not only did they help us pick the right size, Joanna helped us fully unpack and repack the luggage, folding and showing us how to make everything fit!

Carmen is superb! She opened my locked bag within seconds that no other samsonite store could. Thank you for having such good and friendly staff!

Had a great experience at the Samsonite store in Terminal 2, Changi Airport! The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me. They were attentive without being pushy and made sure I found exactly what I needed before my flight. Truly impressed with their service—it made my travel experience even smoother. Went into the samsonite store at Changi Airport T2 this morning trying my luck for someone who can advise how to open a faulty luggage lock. Joanne who was tending the shop was so amazing providing me help and managed to open the lock for me. This despite the fact that the bag I had was not a samsonite! Really grateful for the generous service. Even though I haven’t purchased as samsonite in years, I just might given the amazing experience and help I received. What an incredible asset to the store she is!
