I have been a regular customer of this store for years, today I met their dark side… We bought a backpack, Bernadette was awesome, as usual, she saved the day, the other little employee working there, she has a problem, and the store has a problem having somebody like her

Long time shopper at this location because of their good deals but I wont be returning. There was one employee when I walked in, very unfriendly and was watching YouTube. I had questions and asked her but she just yelled short answers across the room. I had to yell a couple times to get her attention again. Very unprofessional and unhelpful! She wasn't knowledgeable of any of the luggages and kept getting the prices confused. I asked if I could see the inside because I know they're anxious about customers scratching up bags but she said you do it, you can open it, use the table. And went back to watching YouTube. Not shopping here again.

I would not recommend at all, the worst customer service i’ve experienced in my visit to the states. I was completely ignored & offers no assistance, once i was finally seen to, they weren’t interested in helping at all. take your business elsewhere is my advice!!

Horrible experience! Arrived at store 15 minutes before closing time, door was locked. Employees were inside looking at us. They didn’t even care. Went to Bric’s Milano and spent thousands more for luggage. They lost out. Will never buy Samsonite again. Poor management.

As already written unfriendly personal, I asked for backpack and for carry on suitcase, and she was disinterested to help, but was helping other people who were actually not prepared to buy anything. Than I was standing there and checked on my own, waited,if she would come back and she completely ignored me, than I decided, well no service, than they don't need the money. Will rather leave money somehwere else by samsonite. Also they don't have many choice, not very good samsonite store and discounts were not special for black friday.

Very unhelpful and rude gentleman manning the store. When we asked for some help, he just said it’s all there so you can figure it out. Worse deals than on Amazon on the same set of suitcases.
