Very disappointing shopping experience
I bought a suitcase here, but my shopping experience was very unpleasant. The salesperson (a blonde male staff member) was extremely unprofessional throughout the process.
When I first asked about the suitcase size, he gave an answer in different calculation. When I asked how many inches it was, he said, “The company never taught me that, so I don’t know.” — Isn’t that supposed to be basic knowledge for a salesperson? He only checked after I stayed silent for a while, and even then, the information he provided was incorrect.
Later, when we were about to pay, he did not wait for us to decide which currency we preferred and chose USD without confirming with us, even though we wanted to pay in AUD. Is this really the standard of professionalism expected from a brand that sells premium luggage?
After the purchase, the salesperson didn’t even say thank you. He just walked away to organize other items, completely ignoring us. Is this how your company treats paying customers?
I am truly disappointed — not only with the staff’s attitude but also with the brand itself.
