I want to thank Alice and Briant for their amazing help with my luggage. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Their assistance made the process stress-free, and I really appreciated how attentive and patient they were throughout. Excellent service!

Very disappointing shopping experience I bought a suitcase here, but my shopping experience was very unpleasant. The salesperson (a blonde male staff member) was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. When I first asked about the suitcase size, he gave an answer in different calculation. When I asked how many inches it was, he said, “The company never taught me that, so I don’t know.” — Isn’t that supposed to be basic knowledge for a salesperson? He only checked after I stayed silent for a while, and even then, the information he provided was incorrect. Later, when we were about to pay, he did not wait for us to decide which currency we preferred and chose USD without confirming with us, even though we wanted to pay in AUD. Is this really the standard of professionalism expected from a brand that sells premium luggage? After the purchase, the salesperson didn’t even say thank you. He just walked away to organize other items, completely ignoring us. Is this how your company treats paying customers? I am truly disappointed — not only with the staff’s attitude but also with the brand itself.

A huge shout out to your amazing team member Dika at the Samsung store at Sydney International Airport on 1st October 2025. I had locked our luggage ahead of flying out and then realised I couldn’t unlock it when we needed to remove something before checking our bags in. Dika was amazing at assisting us so we could access our belongings and get on our way to begin our trip. Thank you for the wonderful service Dika

I was at Sydney airport this afternoon to see my cousin who was going on a trip to Europe. While waiting for her to arrive I entered the Samsonite shop just to look around and checked on the suitcases that I’ve been wanting to buy. At first I just bought 4 of the Money Belts for my incoming travel with my family. The lady who served me was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. Her name is Anne. After my cousin went in, I came back to the shop again to buy one big suitcase and one of the smaller one. I’m so happy with my purchase and the helpful lady who served me.

Briant had been a great sales throughout the whole shopping. He is very friendly and considerate, he doesn’t force us to buy expensive items but takes care of our needs, and made a very beautiful luggage tag for us.

I was recently at the international airport on Friday early evening on 31/10 en route overseas and I needed a new in cabin travel bag . I was fortunate to be served by Brian T. He was so very helpful not only helping with recommendations within my budget but also by showing me how to lock my samsonote suitcase which I had purchased elsewhere and didn’t know how to lock . I then needed to unpack some of the items in the bigger samsonite that he showed me how to unlock to place in the in cabin bag I had purchased from him . He was so friendly and helpful I will b forever grateful for his act of kindness and going above and beyond with the customer service . Thank you Brian T.
