I asked the lady working at the cash register for a new product from the warehouse, she told me that they were all new. I bought two suitcases, I saw that one of them was very scratched, I asked for it to be replaced, but a blond young man with glasses, who had never paid any attention to me until now, refused and said that he could not do it and called the security. The security very politely asked me to leave the place... In conclusion, a very bad seller, team, and a very bad experience for me...

Very poor customer service and bad communication skills , salesman busy on the mobile phone and became upset when asked about a product

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the store at 7:25 PM, while Google Maps clearly states that the closing time is 8:00 PM. However, the staff immediately turned off the music and told me they were closing at 7:30 PM. I had no choice but to make my purchase in a rush, which was really frustrating. If the store closes earlier than advertised, they should update the hours accordingly to avoid misleading customers and wasting their time.

We bought a lot of stuff and rely on this shop, the only luggage shop here and this day it simply didn’t work because of some technical issues. The only shop in this mall which didn’t work this day

Victor and his store manager Leo were extremely helpful and to the point. Definitely coming back next time. Leo and victor work very well together, in a small store and pack will customers, they are able to help us right away. With out hard selling like all the store I went to, they try to fine the luggage the fit is the most. In the end Leo show us a video of a truck run over one of his luggage call Cosmoslite, and the luggage hold up, Leo told us this is the lightest and stronger case in the market. We bought 6. Love the luggage. Love Leo Ana victor. You will not see any store manager like Leo anymore he set himself for example for his staffs. Amazing like everyone said.

Is amazing to see a small store is pack with customers. Leo is helping us today, and he sold us 3 pieces of luggage. We ask him why you working so hard? He told us as a store manager he always have to stand in the front to leading his team to inspire all his staffs. He is amazing like everyone Saudi.

We were in the market for a durable, attractive, lightweight luggage set that didn't cost an arm-leg-foot and hand, so we ventured out to the Samsonite Luggage outlet store with high hopes. Even though the crowds were crazy a sweet sales lady named Corrine did an awesome job trying to help us find the right set. The Samsonite outlet had plenty of options and a nice selection of styles to choose from but none with all three required features at an affordable price. There was a close contender with a new body style but the colors were limited to blueish grey or black grey, so our luggage search continues.

I had a wonderful experience with shopping at the Samsonite Outlet. The manager Leo was very helpful. I was in and out of the store twice and was very indecisive on my purchase. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I originally went into the store looking for new luggage because my old luggage broke its wheel. I ended up purchasing two pieces of luggage which I am very happy with and will also be bringing in my old luggage to be fixed. Although the store can be crazy at times as it was when I was there the service is remarkable and can really make the whole experience. I look forward to continuing to do business with this particular store.

Outstanding customer service and explanation of the difference in types of luggage. Left with two pieces at a discounted price with a free gift. Would go back in a heartbeat. Had son with me who touched everything and they were very patient and kind to him. A+ for me. Thank you to the staff there.

Really a 3.5. There is a reason why this store is full of people. These are great prices for the awesome quality of Samsonite. I just can't bring myself to pull it up to four from a three and a half stars is because they were offering a $50 coupon on your next purchase if you bought $200 worth of goods. AND don't think you can just hand off that coupon to your friend that you came with. You have to wait until next month to activate it and this coupon does expire. This reminds me of "UP rewards" from Rite Aid and I haven't stepped into a Rite Aid since because of those types of rewards. That's not a discount what so ever. HOWEVER, the amazing luggage is already SO DISCOUNTED within the outlet store anyway and I guess I should just be happy with that.

Manager is incompetent and can't handle servicing customers, cost me 40$ because she was in a bitchy mood and couldn't recall the return policy correctly

The worse experience I've ever had a store. The employees there are a joke. The girl is rude, the guys are just hanging around the cash register joking. One is wearing a Barbie pink backpack around the store. Very unprofessional, the blonde girl was by far the biggest issue. The way she responded to customers at the stores felt like she didn't want to be there and looked down on everyone... Excuse me but you are work for the customers you have no right to belittle anyone. I've always liked samsonite, I've used it since I was kid. Now to be honest after visiting this store I'm having second thoughts on ever entering another samsonite store again.

I don't generally buy much stuff at many of Samsonite stores near me, but I had to go in at least and see what this store was like. I kept seeing lots of people rolling travel bags around, and had to see what was really going on. While they advertised sales verbally, I believe there could have been a catch behind it. I definitely wasn't able to buy anything, but at least I know that one of these exists here. The store might be small, but smaller could sometimes mean better, and so could this attempt.
