Staff Member Jeon Hyeon O was very helpful and forthcoming. Spoke limited English, but made everything very clear to 2 people who know almost no Korean, including translating on his phone when confronted with complex information (which he could have easily skipped - again, very forthcoming). We made purchases but did not use any repair services. The Starbucks was a nice bonus - Korean Starbucks is vastly superior to any other I have used in Europe or America. If you like floral flavours, try the Bergamot Cold Brew - very unique.

They left our country with no agent, then they monopolised to a repair company that abuses from their monopole I hope you will contact me, an entire flat of my hotel is closed because of your ac, here in Lebanon the repair company did NOT honor the repair call, and your Jordan office also never honored their promises to follow up and solve it

The service is great but the price of repairs steep. I have a Note 8 and my screen now has cracked 4 times and all 4 times have costed me in excess of 200,000 won. They seem to purposely drive me to buying a new phone.

A Samsung service center at Daechi-dong mainly geared for mobile devices. U can pick up mobiles 1 or 2 hours after handing in devices to engineer, hence, a half-day service being a norm in most cases. In this regard, Samsung can not be too highly praised for warranty service.
