One of the biggest Samsung experience centre which is completely worth a visit. The total experience of visiting the Samsung Opera House was awesome. The moment you step in, the ambiance feels world class modern, and very spacious. Be it home appliances, mobiles, electronic gadgets or luxury audio, almost all the Samsung products are placed under one roof. Special shout out for the well trained staff, they made us comfortable and guided us on the service complaint. It doesn't matter whether you are buying just exploring or getting support for an existing product, the experience is seamless. Overall experience was quite enjoyable..

Samsung Opera House, Bengaluru An amazing place to explore the full range of Samsung products under one beautifully designed roof. The Opera House has a fantastic ambience, and to make it even better, there’s a Starbucks inside, which is perfect while you browse or wait. I recently bought a laptop here, and the entire experience was excellent. Ramesh and Kamini deserve a big shout-out. From answering my initial phone call, reserving the item, following up regularly, preparing everything for pickup, and clearly explaining all the offers and discounts — they handled everything with true professionalism. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Just a small tip for visitors: there is no parking inside this building, so it’s best to park in the opposite building and walk over. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a great Samsung experience with top-notch service!

Samsung... I love the initiative. Bringing different small cultural events and also tech events in the heart of the city is really appreciated! Me being a samsung fanboy really felt the joy and satisfaction of how samsung is leading and being different that it's competitors.

Visited the Samsung Opera House on Church Street and it was an amazing experience! The place is grand and beautifully designed, with a welcoming atmosphere. I got to try out a wide range of gadgets, and the interactive setups made it fun. The staff were professional, kind, and explained everything patiently. A must-visit spot for tech lovers in Bangalore!

The service pager dont have any respect for customers, and the mobile keep for display on the first floor near the service center. Cant be used by the customers. Why is it keep there. And the guard takes it from the hand and says you can use it and not the place to sit . What else to do if its full on the other side of the seats. Management you really have to look into how to treat the customers. And have a workshop on how to treat customers for the staffs. You can look at the footage 7 Feb 2026 b/w 3:30pm to 3:50pm. Also he mentions 1hr or 2hr waiting time.

Visited Samsung Opera House for service and the service was smooth. You can select various models and house appliances such as T.V, Washing Machines, Fridge. Best experience for Home theatre, Gaming experience and many more .
