It was worse experience of all time. The manager and stff was rude and not at all cooperative and we were devoid of all facilities that was listed : - The room did not have wifi connectivity. You have to literary sit in their front reception area to access internet! -No room telephone or phone signal to contact reception for any need - Room was dirty and was not cleaned properly - Bathroom was untidy and shower wasn’t working - Owner denied helping us to get our luggage from jetty and mentioned it’s afternoon time so no staff is available and its his nap time so if we want anything we can come later and get from him. - Also for food, we clearly order veg food and requested to not use fish oil and after asking them to replace the meal we were told by the staff and manager to not come to restaurant from next day and find food somewhere else. Such type of behaviour should really spoils the overall experience. I hope my review help people to NOT CHOOSE THIS STAY because its not worth money and experience. HORRIBLE

It was okey for the price the poeple how work in the restaurant don’t like to work there but for the rest it was okey. One thing you need to know you dont have wifi or a provider so be aware off that 😊

The room looked very clean, but there were cockroaches almost every day during my stay. No hot shower in the room. Easy access to the beach. They also had a restaurant so getting food was easy.

Our room last min changed by boss said that somone wanna extent 1 more night and ask us to change room. Hell no and we got back our usual facing the sea rooms. The chalet is old. 1 room with only 1 socket with no kettle and cups. Aircond also trip. Doesn't care to do anything. We took the 4days package. Specky guy at the counter is the boss..not a friendly and attitude boss. Food was ok. Dinner time I feel its bit late at 8pm but they always not punctual on time serving dinner too. We wanna order extra dishes, order from him and his attitude to us was like angry and saying this is not order from him! Seems like is not his job to receive any orders??! Our departure boat timing also suddenly changed from them..from 10am became as early as 8am. We were affraid too rush but the lady boss was friendly..told us still can take our time cos only sending us back to jetty. But the day came to depart..his nephew(the boatman) was angry and rude..keep rushing us to go off faster cos he need to pick others. And not even ask us to wear any safety jacket while on the boat.

I recently booked a chalet with a sea view and had a mixed experience. The room itself was good enough and clean, which was a positive aspect. However, the service was just standard and didn't go above and beyond my expectations. One thing to note is that I stayed in three different sea view chalets during my stay, and they were all different. So, if you're considering booking a sea view chalet, be aware that each one may have its own unique characteristics, especially the air-con, room 99 the aircon is directly facing to the bed, and it seems the controller didn't work in all function. I had to wake up every hours to adjust the coolness or turned it off. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of service consistency and ensuring a more enjoyable stay for guests.

Good location at Pantai Teluk Dalam area. They have chalet facing directly to the beach. The room was in good condition and tidy with air-condition. The only downside is the restaurant service. They have closing time during lunch and dinner hours as the reason stated by the staff is "they need to focus cooking for package group". I think they should treat all guest equally plus ala carte customers might end up paying higher in total bills each time ordering compare to tour group. Other than that, you can consider this chalet as the area is calm and peaceful to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Writing this review on behalf on my friend. His room are in extremely bad bad condition. He got bitten by insects and made a complaint to room service. A guy came with a bugs spray and told him this is normal. And expect my friend to continue stay in the same room fulled of insects for 4D3N, can you imagine that. My friend then asked his manager but the manager reluctant to attend this matters, so irresponsible. Conclusion, please rethink of this place if you ever want to stay here. You probably ended up being bitten alive while sleeping 😂 Thank God I was staying at Arwana Perhentian, room was perfectly clean and tidy. Even the staff were friendly and helpful. 2 thumbs up to Arwana Perhentian.

I’ve booked with boat trip, meals and snorkeling and i found they have the cheapest among all. They served the food and the qty given is a lot too! I had a good time with fam here. The water consider shallow and i am not worry when my children snorkeling here. They had clean beach and quite peacefull too. Twice visit and still satisfy for budget staying. Will definitely come back here for longer trip and i like quite and calming beach.
