Samui Sunrise Villa what a let down from its description and pictures shown.|The following features were listed but were not there or inadequate |Free Airport transfers as listed but was told they haven’t done them for 12 months|Located in a secure 24 hour location , this was not the case and on speaking to people in there area it hasn’t been for a long time.|Pool is in a state of disrepair with grout and tiles missing making it very dangerous as well as the water colour after only a few days was green. This was probably because mould was growing around the edges of the water line.|Towels and mats provided were thread bear and a number of towels you could see through and had marks on them.|The listing said it provided a welcome pack of fruit, coffee , tea, cereal and milk which was not provided.|THIS REVIEW IS BEING DONE TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE AND IS NOT A PERSONAL ATTACK

We stayed in The Sunrise Samui Villa for 5 nights. The villa is lovely and in a quiet, peaceful area, with stunning views. It's just a 12 minute drive from Chawang Beach, and taxis were just a WhatsApp message away. There are some very nice restaurants about a 10 minute walk down the hill from the villa. It's quite a steep walk back though. The swimming pool could do with a little but of maintenance, but that's the only bit of dull feedback I can possibly find. Sterling met us at the villa and checked us out prior to us leaving, and he was very polite and courteous. We will be sad to leave Koh Samui, but staying here has been just wonderful. Thank you 🙏🇹🇭😎

Advertised as 24 hour gated security - there was none the building was abandoned, no welcome pack as advertised, no torch or candles for frequent blackouts as advertised (which we had a few times and no lights for us to see to move around) pool was disgustingly dirty and green and tiles were falling off creating a hazard for cutting your feet upon entry, bath towels and mats were threadbare and stained, a huge disappointment and Cord the “host” sent a sidekick. The photos on the website are HUGELY outdated. Advertised free airport transfer which was then not included and had to pay.

I was robbed on the second day of my stay. All our money was stolen. We are 3 people. The robbery was done without breaking a door or window. This means that the robbery was done by the villa workers. If it is not from them, this means that there is no security in this villa. It was the worst experience.

Large property but very poor facilities.|Pool was dirty and damaged.|Other promises and old photos resulted in a less than expected good stay.|Be careful.

WOW is everything I can say, the view, the beds and also any other equipments at the Villa were just perfect! I definitely would recommend for big Families ☺️

The villa was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea, not to mention a crystal blue top deck pool which overlooked the sea. The villa was clean, tidy and updated. Milk and water replaced everyday in the fridge which was great. Alan and his partner were delightful and most helpful, they advised us about the local area, where to eat, and even dropped and picked us up from nearby venues which saved us from taxi's. A memorable stay and if we go back to the island, we'll be back for more laughs with Alan. Thanks again for a special trip!
