Really frustrating stay, we were charged extra on arrival despite emailing back and forth about prices prior. Then my parents were put in a room that must have previously been flooded but not aired or treated properly it was riddled with mold which isn't safe for anyone to stay in lucky the were straight forward with switching there room. Lastly a sentimental hat of mine has gone missing, It was in my husband's suitcase the whole time. It's a shame as it's the best hotel that roxas has to offer if you do stay keep your things locked and make sure your not in a moldy room.

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay or having your vacation with peaceful environment with a chill vibe, this is the place for you. Just outside the resort you can see the beach shore and you can go for a sunset view and feel the cool breeze of the beach waves. The place is also ideal for dating with your wife or girl friend with an affordable food menus to choose from at the Cafe Felisa and also at the pool side with a lake view for kayaking.

Can't give a excellent rating. Facility has 2 structed pools. 1 Pool operational (near pond and good), but the other massive pool just in back of main building is CLOSED. Looks like this has been closed a very long time. Shame. If this pool was operational I would change my rating to being the best. I think the owners/mgt does not want to incur the costs involved to fill and maintain this pool. As its empty it is a eye sore. This is my own opinion.

First I'll mention it's directly across the street from Baybay beach as well as my favorite resto/bar the Canadian Beaver. The rooms are very clean, nice decor and beds comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast, didn't care for it and chose to eat across the street the second day on. Two of the 3 pools are closed along with the roof deck and the elevator is out of service. Once everything is completed it will be a nice place to stay. Yes, I'll stay again

Nice place to stay. Special mention to the housekeeping team who did an excellent job and making us happy with the everyday towel arrangements and maintaining the cleanliness of our room. They made our stay in the lagoon room a very pleasant one. Thank you. Jerome and Analee

Best experience while in Capiz. San Antonio atmosphere is very relaxing, from the lobby to the clean spotless rooms to the pool w a nice view of the lake..and the breakfast at cafe Felisa. But what's noticeably excellent is the staff service, specifically Jude from the font desk who attended to all our needs and concerns. So polite and friendly, Judy made sure that we were having a good time during our stay 👍. Ms Kim at front desk was also very helpful teaching us how to go around by tricycle to SM and so on. I appreciate the hospitality..Paul and Elaine from the restau were also amiable to guests, serving w a good happy smile. Kudos to the housekeeping who kept our room tidy during our stay. Nothing bad to say, as the whole time we had satisfaction and fun 👍 will come back for sure. 🙂

Yelp
This resort seems to be on a downturn in its fortunes. Well built backing onto a little lake and fronted by the sea on the devastated beach side across the Arnaldo Boulevard. The room we got was full of unnecessary small glitches: as usual in this country, little or no maintenance on services, and so the handyman had to come over several times to solve TV, shower pressure, etc. Too bad that a recent typhoon messed with their barkada huts, and that Covid-19 has been plaguing them just like the rest of us for 6 months now, as it's hard to get a good read on what their usual services are like... Their complimentary breakfast from the main hotel kitchen was only average and barely okay, but palatable. The spacious but smaller room was quite expensive at 2500 pesos, but better than most. Trying for 3-star hotel status is cool, but doesn't reach it: the grounds are weed-infested, and rust along the eaves tell the story of neglect for a long time. But we enjoyed our stay enough. The pool backing onto the little lake is very good. Clean and designed for families, it has 3 depth levels, and is pleasant enough. But the surrounding facilities - banquet hall, small convention area, playground with slides - all show more signs of long-term neglect. Cafe Felisa, a nice restaurant attached to the resort's motel-like wing is facing the highway, and is quite good. Their baby-back ribs with mashed potatoes and pasta were good, and the young man making the lattes and shakes is as good as any barista anywhere. Lucked out. As for other food venues, a few very good fresh seafood line the boulevard up the street: El Maria's has great fish, sea pod salad, oysters and angel-wing clams. The Indian and Korean restos were disappointing for different reasons, but you might like them. It seems that it's foreign-owned, as it's just too well built for most pinoy, but whomever the owner is, it's not looking good. Overall a good place to stay but next time we will try another beach strip hotel to see what is best for us... Check it out?
