20 Best Bars in Mexico City | Condé Nast Traveler

"Bósforo is miles ahead of other mezcal bars in the city. It sources not just from Oaxaca but also from Michoacan, Guerrero, Puebla, San Luis Potosi, and other regions and producers that no one else is paying attention to. There’s also no pretense here, just affordable mezcal and a few snacks. There's no food to speak of, except for guava in fruit bowls scattered around the space. The restaurant next door serves interesting plates of traditional Mexican food with an emphasis on indigenous ingredients and of course, mezcal." - Scarlett Lindeman

Yelp
Once upon a time, San Luis Potosi was a gold and mining hub. It's now less traveled to reach central Mexico's more touristic destinations. It is quite a site with beautiful pinkish colonial buildings, historic landmarks and contemporary museums which line the streets of the old town. Next time we visit we'd like to explore the rural highlands that have lots of rivers, waterfalls and caves.

Yelp
My hometown!! This is a great place to have an awesome taste of Real México, it's downtown it might be on the prettiest downtowns in the country, great food and a lot of industry, is a city in constant grow! Is not as busy as other cities in Mexico like Monterrey,Guadalajara or Mexico City but for sure it has its gems that will make a lot of people fall in love with the place specially its locations what makes traveling around Mexico really easy in short amount of time!!
