I won’t say the food is great, quite unimpressive, which is a shame because this is the best hotel in Hvar and the service, view and decor are superb in the restaurant, but the cooking needs creativity and improvement!

The best meal we’ve had yet in Hvar! The food at San Marco was absolutely incredible - every dish was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was our waiter Karill. His service was impeccable and he added such a warm, personal touch to the evening. Amazing food and even better service - highly recommend!

We ate here for breakfast and dinner during our hotel stay. The breakfast is amazing. Best Bloody Mary bar I’ve ever seen. Dinner service was excellent and everything you expect from a true 5* property. The food was really good. I would recommend everything we ordered: Octopus starter, Scallops, Lamb. We will rerun on our next trip to Hvar.

We were guests at the hotel and enjoyed a lovely afternoon on the pool deck with beverages. We didn’t have any food but can say that our server, Zvone, was very attentive and friendly. He was sure to check on us to see that we had everything we needed. It was a very quiet and low key atmosphere. A perfect way to relax after a morning of sightseeing.
