I won’t say the food is great, quite unimpressive, which is a shame because this is the best hotel in Hvar and the service, view and decor are superb in the restaurant, but the cooking needs creativity and improvement!

We ate here for breakfast and dinner during our hotel stay. The breakfast is amazing. Best Bloody Mary bar I’ve ever seen. Dinner service was excellent and everything you expect from a true 5* property. The food was really good. I would recommend everything we ordered: Octopus starter, Scallops, Lamb. We will rerun on our next trip to Hvar.

The best meal we’ve had yet in Hvar! The food at San Marco was absolutely incredible - every dish was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was our waiter Karill. His service was impeccable and he added such a warm, personal touch to the evening. Amazing food and even better service - highly recommend!

Excellent meal worth every penny. We did a la carte to enjoy the larger portion sizes. Everything was so fresh even by Hvar’s great standards. Peter provided wonderful and FUN service. Hotel amenities also lovely. Worth a detour. Don’t miss the octopus.
