"“You’d be forgiven for mistaking the city’s most beloved market for a giant Zara, which occupies the front of this shopping center. But enter on the other side and you’ll find two floors of greengrocers and fishmongers, alternating with stalls that sell fresh pasta, breads, flowers, and food to go, always bustling with the city’s well-heeled gourmands. The market maintains a busy event schedule, so any given weekend you’re likely to encounter an artisan market or live music.”" - Sarah James
Beautifully renovated historic market place in the center of Old Town. Many gourmet shops and fish stands. Basement had a good supermarket

Nice market but…very small. I don’t know what I expected. But certainly something bigger than this. There are two floors. The ground floor has like 10-15 small shops for groceries and a few snack bars. Downstairs you can find a very nice super market with plenty of local specialties.

Was an amazing experience seeing all the fresh produce! A lot of stuff seemed to be on the pricier side but a lot of selection.
Side note! We went downstairs to the supermarket and found the best crisps ever! Would recommend for everyone to try if you like iberico ham!

Amazing market where you can get all sorts of fresh produce. Well worth a visit if you're a foodie. There is also a really nice supermarket inside too.

Nice place. Right by the promenade. It's surrounded by neat restaurants and places of interest. It's got beautiful gardens too. It's the ideal starting point for a 3 hour walk back and for from one end the the other of the shell.

Pricey but a really nice mercado. The bakery on the ground floor offers great coffee and croissants
