San Martino

Lunch or Dinner at San Martino is one of our favorite Italian Food destinations when we visit Pereira. I was pleasantly surprised not only at the quality and authenticity of the food, but also that the waiter was competent on wine pairings with imports from Italy. The owner is also Italian which means the recipes are strict to tradition - it's a cultural thing. For a fun experience - try San Martino, we plan to return again soon!

Excellent homemade food and absolutely outstanding service. A truly delightful and authentic little establishment to transport you back to Italy. I highly recommend the pastas.

Hands down best AUTHENTIC italian food in all of Pereira. Pizza dough is made in house and has a beautiful crunch to it. Pizzas aren't overloaded with cheese and the tomato sauce is the perfect sweet, acidic, and salty. Pastas are fresh and cooked al dente. Pasta dishes aren't swimming in watery sauces. The carbonara used real guanciale and egg yolk instead of cream. The place is place cozy and intimate. A really good family run spot. Thanks San Martino for always delivering.

The best Italian restaurant in Pereira by far. Everything is top notch: food, service and reasonable prices. The y know the meaning of a fresh salad. Big portions and incredible taste. This restaurant is a most see! Needless to say, I will return again again!

It is the best home cook Italian food in town. Their burrata pizza is insanely delicious! If you are craving authentic Italian cuisine you must try San Martino.

Excellent place if you want class. A small and exclusive restaurant that has the best class and flavor over all Pereira speaking of pasta. You won't find a better place over the city if you want a quiet and spectacular place with all the pasta flavors and all the wines that you can imagine. The service is 10 of 10 and the menu makes you feel like you are in an Italian history of flavors and experiences. You won't eat just a dish, you will taste a true gastronomical experience.

Really nice place for some authentic Italian food in Pereira. The owners are actually from Italy. I had the meat lovers pizza, and it was very good, but my friends had pasta and they said it was also very good. I'll definitely come back. It's worth checking out if you want a break from Colombian food while you're in Pereira.

Used to really like this place but we had the worse meal in Pereira last night. Maybe this place has a new cook and not chef. Portabello appetizer I used to love did not have wine it is supposed to have. Ordered second one with it. Chicken was chicken was like chewing gum . Poor quality meat. Looks like the cook used microwave to thaw the chicken which always destroys the microstructure of any meat. Had no taste . Looked like la plancha with sauce on top. Cold salad on very hot plate .??? No brain . No knowledge of cooking . Zero !! Disgrace to Italian cuisine. Will never go back again. Waste of time, energy n money .Staff was typical humble. The original Italian owner was not there first time. This place may have a new owner- not Italian . ? Who knows.? I do wish him good luck in business.
