The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
I expected good food, nice accommodation, and friendly people ,but the reality was the opposite.
We arrived late, around 1 a.m., and no one at reception spoke English. Even worse, when my husband asked the receptionist if she spoke English, she just parroted his words back at him. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
When we got to the room, the disappointment continued. We had paid for a junior suite but received an ordinary room with a bad, sweaty odor. There was hair on the bed and even in the bathtub.
At breakfast the next morning (around10:05), I asked for some melon since it had run out, but the staff member simply said they didn’t have any. I then asked for jamón, and got the same answer. It was obvious she just wanted to clear everything away quickly. I left , because I refuse to eat in a place where I don’t feel welcome, especially after paying for it.
I spent two days feeling uncomfortable, surrounded by unfriendly staff. This hotel has no idea about hospitality, treats guests rudely, and doesn’t even provide basic English communication at reception. Totally unacceptable
