SANA Berlin Hotel

I went to this hotel in November to celebrate my 30th birthday. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming upon arrival! The cocktails from the lobby bar were so delicious and the service was 10/10. The bedroom was clean and beautifully designed! I had the most comfortable nights sleep every night! The spa facilities were always clean and was extremely relaxing! The only fault I have is that the steam room wasn’t working but that didn’t stop me having a fantastic time! I came back to my room and was greeted by complimentary bubbles and sweet snacks! It was the perfect touch! I will definitely be returning to this hotel and would 100% recommend. The location is so close to shops and great train links through the city.

Sana Hotel is an ideal place for CityBreak. Everything is perfect there. Nice and helpful staff who speak many languages. Spacious and bright rooms, comfortably furnished. Cleaning service without complaint. Towels changed very often, bed linen was changed daily. Hotel rooms with heated floors in the bathrooms which is extremely pleasant. Windows isolate very well and so little noise coming from the main street. Rooms warm, but not stuffy. Delicious breakfasts with vegetarian option, lactose-free. Fresh fruits, pastries and a large selection of yogurts. The hotel's spa is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. Both saunas were open during our stay. The dry sauna has a great view of the city which is impressive in the evening. I traveled with my dog - and the hotel made my stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. A bed, bowls, etc. were provided for the dog. The dog was welcome everywhere. There is a small square near the hotel where the dog can go for a walk. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe. The hotel has underground parking ( extra charge) which is extremely helpful.

I had a mixed experience at Sana. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there was a lot of noise from the street in the mornings, making it difficult to sleep in.||||I specifically chose this hotel because of the steam room, but unfortunately, it was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. The swimming pool was also small and often overcrowded, so it was hard to enjoy the facilities.||||On the positive side, the hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. With a few improvements, the stay could have been much better.

I had a great stay at the Sana hotel! The rooms are spotlessly clean and boast modern finishes that are rarely seen in European hotels, especially at such an affordable price point. The attention to detail in the design really impressed me. The breakfast was generous, offering a great variety of delicious options each morning. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality at a reasonable price. My only suggestion is to help make rooms a bit colder as they were a bit on the warm side and to offer a pillow menu for those of us who struggle sleeping in plump pillows.

Had a great stay at Sana Berlin. We had pleasant experiences from other Sana hotels and wanted to explore Sana Berlin for our stay. We had a connecting family room facing towards a back yard, which was a quiet location even on the second floor. ||The hotel is 2 minutes fom a subway station and it is quick and easy to get around. Breakfast is of high quality with very friendly and attentive staff.||Nice gym with a view on the 7th floor. The spa was nice as well, altough partly renovating while we were there.

This hotel was my FAVORITE in Berlin. The rooms were very luxurious and top tier. The service was attentive and very accommodating to any request that I had. The in hotel dining for dinner and breakfast was delicious. Make sure to take advantage of the indoor Pool/Spa/Sauna on the 7th floor. I enjoyed every moment here. Will def come back and stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sana Hotel. The room was not large but extremely functional. Breakfast had a huge range of options, and the staff were always extremely attentive. We would definitely recommend the Sana Berlin and will stay again if visiting Berlin in the future.

Not the best location. But they compensate with excellent service and offering modern rooms at a reasonable price. Will stay here again.

Improved a lot recently. New pool layout is a huge improvement. You can now get late checkout for €10 per hour.

I've been to many hotels around the globe, but rarely was I so impressed as with the Sana Berlin! The experience starts at the reception desk where the staff is extremely friendly and immediately makes you feel genuinely welcome. The lobby is large and spacious, and the use of coloured glass in combination with dark wood already hints at the modern character of the rooms themselves. These are spacious, very contemporary and absolutely beautiful. Connections for laptops and iPhones are standard, the television is cleverly hidden behind a black glass wall. Big wall size curtains descend from the ceiling at the push of a button and add to the amazing hi-tech feel of the room. The bathroom is perfection. Instead of the usual dark corner, here the stylists used a glass wall and lots of mirrors to add the bathroom to the room, not separate it. The big walk-in rain shower is pure joy! The swimming pool, sauna and gym area are the next surprise. Up on the 7th floor, they have once again ceiling-to-floor windows with a fantastic view of the city. I think we have found our new home-away-from-home in Berlin here!

Nice hotel. Very clean. Good location. We could easily walk to the U Bahn and many restaurants. The shower was very nice, a sort of waterfall effect. I also had a massage while visiting which was lovely. There is a small pool and a sauna. I found the bed to be less than comfortable. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the facilities are very nice. Fairly noisy, you can hear people in the hall when they walk past. But we had earplugs so not really an issue.
