SANA Berlin Hotel

This was home for a week. Really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful rooms. Friendly and attentive team. Ideal position for exploring the city and a bit of shopping. The little pool and gym facilities are a nice touch. Loved the clean lines and modern design of the rooms. Strong recommendation. Not adding photos, as the website has it all.

Amazing Stay in Berlin – Perfect Location & Outstanding Breakfast! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at SANA Berlin Hotel for two nights and everything about the experience was simply excellent. The location is unbeatable — close to key attractions, great restaurants, and just a short walk to public transport, making it super convenient to explore Berlin. The room was modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is stylish and welcoming, with attention to every detail. But what truly stood out was the breakfast — wow! A delicious and diverse spread with fresh options, local touches, and a beautiful setup that made every morning feel special. The staff was helpful and kind, and the overall vibe made it a stay I’ll definitely repeat. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Berlin — whether for business or leisure.

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel this week for my fiancé's birthday. We stayed for 3 nights and found the room to be really comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were so polite and check in was quick and easy. The wellness area was a selling point for me, and the location was really convenient without being too close to the busiest parts of Berlin. There was limited noise coming from outside or other rooms, so we both slept really well after long days of walking/sightseeing. The shampoo, soap, shower gel etc. provided in the room claimed not to be tested on animals, which was a positive too.

We stayed in one of the hotel’s two-bedroom apartments, which was spacious, modern, very comfortable, well-appointed, and chock full of wardrobe space. The showers were incredible. All the hotel staff were really friendly, and the bar was a relaxing place to sit and have a drink or a bit of food. Lots of transport accessible locally, and some great coffee shops nearby as well. Really enjoyed staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at SANA Berlin hotel. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment within the hotel which gave us (a family of 3) plenty of space and comfort at a price that was very reasonable. The hotel itself was very clean and had a premium feel, and the facilities (lobby bar, pool, sauna, steam room) were all of an excellent standard. The staff were very friendly and professional and made our stay feel very special. The location is perfect, situated close to Berlin Zoo and within short walks to 2x U-Bahn stations. We will definitely be choosing SANA Berlin again when we next visit Berlin!

I would give this establishment zero stars if possible. I booked a six-night stay but unfortunately broke my hip and physically could not stay in Germany as I needed to go home and get treatment for my hip. I offered to provide the hotel with medical documentation and requested a refund. Instead of showing even the slightest compassion, the hotel insisted on charging me for the entire stay. Their so-called “solution” was to allow me to rebook only until the end of January 2026, a completely useless option given that recovery from a fracture takes far longer. This hotel has shown itself to be rigid, greedy, and utterly lacking in empathy. Any reputable establishment would recognize that this is a genuine medical emergency, not a change of preference. I even offered to pay for one night as a fair cancellation fee, but they refused. I will never book with SANA Hotels again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before giving them your business. If this is how they treat guests in times of crisis, imagine how little they value you otherwise.

An absolute wonderful experience staying at Sana Berlin. Their communication before we arrived was very helpful including detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel via public transport from Berlin airport. Once we arrive we were pleasantly surprised to hear our rooms had been upgraded to a junior suite. We also received a welcome plate of dessert food which was delicious. The service at the hotel is impeccable and I couldn’t recommend Sana Berlin more highly. If I come back to Berlin I will most certainly be staying here again

We spent 5 days and the hotel was great value. The staff were all first class. A very clean well presented property. The food in the hotel was excellent and really good value. Highly recommend Pete

Improved a lot recently. New pool layout is a huge improvement. You can now get late checkout for €10 per hour.

I've been to many hotels around the globe, but rarely was I so impressed as with the Sana Berlin! The experience starts at the reception desk where the staff is extremely friendly and immediately makes you feel genuinely welcome. The lobby is large and spacious, and the use of coloured glass in combination with dark wood already hints at the modern character of the rooms themselves. These are spacious, very contemporary and absolutely beautiful. Connections for laptops and iPhones are standard, the television is cleverly hidden behind a black glass wall. Big wall size curtains descend from the ceiling at the push of a button and add to the amazing hi-tech feel of the room. The bathroom is perfection. Instead of the usual dark corner, here the stylists used a glass wall and lots of mirrors to add the bathroom to the room, not separate it. The big walk-in rain shower is pure joy! The swimming pool, sauna and gym area are the next surprise. Up on the 7th floor, they have once again ceiling-to-floor windows with a fantastic view of the city. I think we have found our new home-away-from-home in Berlin here!

Nice hotel. Very clean. Good location. We could easily walk to the U Bahn and many restaurants. The shower was very nice, a sort of waterfall effect. I also had a massage while visiting which was lovely. There is a small pool and a sauna. I found the bed to be less than comfortable. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the facilities are very nice. Fairly noisy, you can hear people in the hall when they walk past. But we had earplugs so not really an issue.
