My wife and I had a lovely experience at Sanara Hotel. The staff were courteous, attentive and helpful. We came to Sanara Hotel, after spending two weeks in Cancun for our overall honeymoon experience. We enjoyed our nights in Tulum, and our room was well kept. Staff answered promptly, when contacted via whats app messenger regarding concierge, information, services on site etc. We rate the overall hotel 4/5 stars, as we felt it would of been nice for breakfast to be included and not charged. Be prepared to have additional charges if you opt in for laundry services, food on site from the beautiful restaurant the location has. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the beach, water, and quiet hotel stay. We plan to re visit for sure in the near future. Thank You Geraldine, Rosa, Joshua, Ricardo and every other staff member on site.

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sanara Tulum, and our experience can be described as exquisite. We found ourselves enveloped in an atmosphere that combined luxury and comfort, blending effortlessly with the hotel's prime beach location. The service was flawless from start to finish, with attentive staff who were not only professional, but also genuinely invested in ensuring our stay was as remarkable as possible. An unforgettable moment of their service shone through when they found and returned my girlfriend's lost sunglasses after a day at the beach - a testament to their attention to detail and exceptional commitment to guests' satisfaction. An unexpected delight was a complimentary bottle of wine we received on our anniversary night. This thoughtful gesture contributed to making our celebration even more special, proving again how Sanara Tulum goes above and beyond to create memorable experiences for its guests. There are so many more times where the staff helped us out throughout our time there- Our stay at Sanara Tulum was not merely a vacation, but a lovely space to relax, do yoga (Matthew's Power Yoga class was fantastic), and explore Tulum. The staff is unparalleled in service, unexpected surprises, and warm, genuine hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy retreat in Tulum.

We love this place! It is right on the water. They reserved the most special beachfront for the yoga studio which is spectacular. I was very worried on what to expect but if you love healthy beautiful food, ocean, sand between your toes and some yoga. This is your spot. I also had a divine craniosacral session at their spa and I’m still feeling it! We cannot wait to return! This location is much more peaceful then others in Tulum but it is still an awesome location. Walkable. I would even love to travel here with girlfriends. Lots of space in our room.

We visited Sanara last year for a wonderful day trip from Riviera Maya. We got day bed and had absolutely amazing vegan food at the restaurant and enjoyed the beautiful beach. We loved it so much we came back this year visiting Tulum, and while the menu is not fully vegan anymore, we were happy to see there are still plenty of vegan options! We had an amazing vegan lunch with 5 different dishes (vegan ceviche, tacos, tostada, dips), smoothie and infusion. The food and drinks were super fresh and flavorful and we had a wonderful time with amazing, attentive and kind Sanara team members.

Wow. We came on a girl’s trip to relax, rejuvenate, and eat clean. That is exactly what we got at Sanara! The room was fabulous and the staff was so prompt in getting anything/everything that we needed. The Real Coconut served fresh, clean foods (we all have strict diets due to health reasons) and we could relax knowing that we could eat every meal at our “home” rather than having to frantically google places nearby. The yoga instructor was phenomenal. The sound healing was so awesome that we booked a second one the next night! The spa treatments were top notch. The views and atmosphere were divine. We are already planning our return. We won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you!!

Great location and ambiance. A few suggestions: let people know about policy of dogs. Too many in restaurant and approached on beach for my taste. Great food but cheese did not melt. Our group found that unsavory. Room was lovely and housekeeper was the best. Overall Tulum ecological policy on use of toilet paper is something we found challenging. Not your fault. Owner was very friendly and a caring person.

Had the best time on a girls trip! You are steps from the ocean and surrounded by the most gorgeous greenery and softest sand. You feel very secluded and it has such a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere (not a party techno club vibe which was perfect for us and you can find this elsewhere for a day if wanted!). The staff and service was excellent- from the yoga instructors to the front desk and every waiter. Drinks and food were phenomenal! A nice perk was also having two cabanas on the beach reserved for us every day- no questions asked and no fighting for space on the beach. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and were cleaned daily with new linens. No limitations on AC either which I’ve read was an issue at other resorts. COVID test offered steps from the hotel for $32 USD and was very quick (less than 15 minutes) and convenient! Overall I highly recommend for anyone looking for a pampering oceanfront relaxing vacation! Thank you Sanara!

This is one of the finest hotels anywhere in the world. I’ve stayed at everything from Rosewoods and Four Seasons to smaller boutique luxury hotels and Sanara is simply perfect. This small beach front hotel is pure zen. The sound healing and spa were standouts. And, we are almost every meal at Real Coconut. If you want nightlife, you can walk or scooter but we found it refreshing to feel away from it all and secluded in a little slice of heaven. The staff is phenomenal and so are the owners. Bravo!
