Sanctuary Palm Cove

As soon as we walked into reception at Sanctuary we were greeted like old friends with the warmest welcome from G the Manager. Our stay just got better from there! The world melted away as we relaxed in our luxurious apartment, swam in the incredible salt water pool and sampled the local food just 50m away. An exceptional place we will be returning too! Thank you 🤩

We had the most amazing stay at Sanctuary Palm Cove. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were well looked after with an incredibly well equipped huge apartment in the canopy of the trees, help with any trips & planning, a beautiful pool which made it hard to leave the resort each day and the option to rent a car through Sanctuary on a daily basis. The resort is a mix of residential and rental properties, so has an incredibly quiet and relaxed feel to it. The resort is ideally located, just a stones throw from the beach, shops and restaurants of Palm Cove and just of the James Cook Highway. You can be in Cairns or Port Douglas within 30 mins with the rainforest on your doorstop. if you are heading to FNQ, you could be hard beat to find a better option than sanctuary Palm Cove. We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing, the gardens so lush. 3 bed room was like a house of how big it was the layout and so comfortable. Only thing the beds were on the firm side (hard when you have a back injury ) The pool was amazing, biggest pool I have ever seen!! Beautiful for the hot weather!!

The 3 bedroom apartment with our own private pool was amazing, spacious and spotless, and there was so much room for a family. Kids' rooms were away from the main bedroom with great décor and a very comfortable bed with crisp clean bed sheets. And a smart tv in the main room. The shower was amazing. A magnified small mirror with light was helpful for makeup. Massive large deck outside with a TV on the deck was great. With BBQ. The private pool was very cold. so we made good use of the very large shared heated pool in the complex. Full kitchen full of everything you need to cook, baking, and entertaining. Big tv in the lounge room with a soundbar kids were able to watch a movie in downtime. The beach from the driveway would be less than 1 min walk. You can see the ocean, beach and jetty from the reception area. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you. We would love to stay again when we are in the area again.

A great location for a relaxing time out. We enjoyed our time at Sanctuary Palm Cove with its unique setting one block back from the beach. We were a family of four with an apartment set amongst native trees and a Lilly pond. Comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen meant we had everything necessary for a great time away.

This was a fantastic location very close to Palm Cove with all the amenities. It was wonderful spending time by the pool with all the necessary facilities and more, including a cold drinking water tap, showers, toilets, bbq, sinks, and fridge. The apartment was huge and lovely. Very nice.

Sanctuary is simply wonderful! What an incredible place to stay in Palm Cove. The apartments are spacious, clean, and have everything you could want or need. All the little things are taken care of (dishwashing tablets, washing machine tablets, coffee pods etc), so you are set from the minute you walk in. The pool is relaxing and set amongst the lagoon and gorgeous shady trees, and the service was top notch. Highly recommend, we will be coming back for sure!

We spent a week with our daughter and 2 grandsons at the beautiful Sanctuary apartments. We had a well appointed, spotlessly clean and spacious 3 bedroomed apartment with a great well equipped kitchen.
