Sanctuary Palm Cove

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary Palm Cove. We loved that our room was so close to the pool. The location to the shops and restaurants was also amazing- just a short walk! The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend! Thanks again for having us!

This truly is a hidden piece of paradise. My only criticism was when we arrived our washing machine had old stale water in it that we needed to take care of prior to using it. That aside, the complex was impeccable, so much attention to detail throughout the entire complex, security was second to none, the pool area was sensational, walking distance to the pier, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Couldn’t recommend higher!!!! Fantastic, large apartments in a great location and beautiful setting. Very family friendly for all ages. Full kitchen, stocked with everything we could need to cook our own food with basic pantry staples supplied making it super easy with small kids. The pool way amazing for toddlers with different depth areas. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful for anything we needed during our stay and gave great recommendations for local bookings and activities. The onsite hire care was super convenient for day trips too, with car seats supplied!

Amazing family run business. Beautiful facilities. Amazing 5 star property only steps to the beach and restaurants. Everything you could need so peaceful and restful. Apartment was beautiful and clean. On-site pool was great. The place is a must if you want a quiet restful tropical break surrounded by nature.

We had an amazing experience staying at this charming, family-run service apartment. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the hosts made us feel right at home. Their personal touch and genuine care for guests truly set this place apart. The studio itself was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the huge smart TV — perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring, as well as the complimentary coffee pods. One of the highlights was the beautiful grounds, a tranquil space teeming with wildlife. We loved spotting wallabies, butterflies, and a variety of birds right outside our door, a real treat for nature lovers. The large swimming pool and spa were also fantastic. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. Just a short stroll to the beach, pier, and a selection of excellent restaurants. Overall, this place delivered far more than just a place to sleep. It was a peaceful, memorable escape with a heartfelt touch. Highly Recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Celebrating a 70th birthday brought the whole family of 8 adults and 4 children to Sanctuary Palm Cove staying in three apartments in the green wetlands setting for a week. It was perfect. Each apartment was spacious, and well appointed. We opened the sliding doors on two sides of dining room to enjoy the warm weather and hear the birds - fantastic . All our apartments were close together - great ! We used the bbq by the pool twice for dinners. The children loved the pool, which had a spa plus a shallow area and a deep area. The resort is one block from beach - and is protected from winds . We could easily walk to restaurants and the beach. |The staff were friendly and helpful. Thoughtful additions like wifi in pool area, bbq tools in pool area, and supply of basics like oil and glad wrap etc, beach towels etc

Had a lovely week stay in Appt 9. Everything our family wanted. Staff very helpful. Wife a clean freak would have liked a clean or new linen half way through, but hey being a typical male i didn't see any problem. Let us stay around the pool after checking g out as we had a late flight. Very close to beach, pier, shops and restaurants but also very private. Thanks, we will be back.

The Sanctuary is simply stunning. From the grounds, to the wildlife, to the rooms, everything is spot on! The apartment is luxurious, and perfect for relaxing, with the doors and windows open allowing the warm afternoon breeze to blow through. The pool is warm and clean, the staff friendly, and the location about as good as it gets. Well worth the stay.
