Its hard to describe the best vacation ever. The staff at sandle castle is absolutely amazing!! Number one is Josh he greeted us with open arms and checked on us daily. I feel like I inherated a new family member. The out side was so clean someone was always sweeping sand away , cleaning and being so nice and friendly. The rooms were the best extra clean. The resturant was delicious. Last but not least Chaney was the absolute best bartender. She is also super friendly and I believe she cares about how her coctails taste to guest. I cant wait to go back. I miss you

We absolutely love it at Sandcastle on the beach! Fell in love with it 12 years ago on our honeymoon and have been returning as often as possible ever since. This was an especially sweet trip, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and happy with special gifts to make up for the pool being closed. The staff were great overall as usual, and Josh and Brad made us feel especially welcome and taken care of. Josh has an exceptional balance of professionalism and warmth. Brad is extremely attentive to detail and anticipated our needs before we could ask.

The wife and I are here on an anniversary trip. This is the most amazing hotel. It’s quiet, clean, and peaceful. I can’t thank the staff enough for the wonderful experience I’ve had. From the beginning we met Josh. He was extremely welcoming and helpful. We’ve met one of the owners (forgive me I can’t remember his name) who also wanted to make sure our stay was the best. From everyone who served us at their restaurant (which is absolutely amazing) to the staff we have met on the beach and in the hotel lobby, I want to say how amazing you are! I hope that I can make it back here in the next few years. 100 out of 10 stars. You won’t regret booking a trip here.

Our stay at Sandcastle on the Beach was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Chris and Ted welcomed us with such warmth — you can tell right away how much care and heart they put into this resort. The staff was equally amazing, making every detail feel thoughtful and personal.||The resort’s location is unbeatable — right on the beach with gorgeous views, perfect weather, and a peaceful vibe. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and made us feel right at home. We spent a lot of time researching different places, and Sandcastle stood out from the rest — and honestly, it couldn’t have been a better choice.||If you’re considering a trip to St. Croix, you won’t regret staying here. We made beautiful memories and are already dreaming about returning!

Standout is the service and staff. They made us feel like VIPs and I observed the same treatment to the other guests, too. The property is clean and tastefully done with a beachfront nothing short of paradise. The overall vibe of the hotel and the bar/restaurant is Mediterranean meets Caribbean. The food in the restaurant was delicious with quick turnaround. The entire staff were great, but I have to give a special shout out to the owners for their classy hospitality and to Eric (our frequent server on the beach) for his friendly, excellent service. |We plan to make this a regular vacation spot going forward and we are already planning our next trip.

Google
Best vacation spot ever! If you are looking to get out of the rat race and just chill in a beautiful location, this is the place. Easy ride from the airport, we were greeted at the front desk by JOSH!!! He checked us in, gave us a rundown on the hotel, its amenities and offered great spots to check out. The hotel is not a luxurious high rise, it is a quaint, clean boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a nice stay. Small kitchens made it easy to make a little sandwich to take down to the beach, or they have a nice little restaurant that was delicious. The beach was perfect. They had chairs and towels and snorkeling equipment for the guest to use. This is now our favorite vacation spot and already booked our visit next year. I would give 10 stars if I could.

It was our first time to St. Croix & it did not disappoint. The staff are so very friendly and treat you like family. We LOVED Josh at the front desk! The food and service were also amazing! The beach is only steps from your room and the staff wait on you on the beach. Eric was our server on the beach & he was FANTASTIC! We will be back for sure!

This was one of the most amazing vacations to date. When we arrived we were greeted by Josh at the front desk and he gave us all kinds of information and help. I could go on and on about Josh, I wanted to bring him home in my suitcase. Back to sandcastle. It was the perfect boutique hotel experience. Anything we needed was there. Small kitchenette, coolers to use for the beach. Chairs, towels and snorkel equipment there for us to use. The restaurant was great and there were a lot of local hot spots pretty close as well. We always have traveled to Mexico for our beach vacations but we will now only travel and stay at Sandcastle on the beach. We have already booked for next year. Counting down the days!!!

Yelp
Friends, this is a review of our relatively limited experience visiting the resort while walking Dorsch Beach. We did not stay at the resort, but utilized the beach facilities on a day pass. Marjan and I stayed at the Fred boutique hotel during our stay, and as that property did not have the best beach access, we traveled a couple of miles to Dorsch Beach, walking the public access area. As we passed Sand Castle, we noticed that day passes were available, so securing passes from the very friendly office staff, we spent the afternoon at Sand Castle beach facilities. Sand Castle is a contemporary boutique resort, adult only. Walking the property to the office, we were impressed with the verdant plantings, the meandering walkways to different areas of the resort. Marjan even had opportunity to feed the resident iguana, the reptile leisurely walking round the patio and through the tended gardens. There is a restaurant directly overlooking the beach, with full bar facing the seating area. The essence of the property is extremely well maintained, pleasantly designed, with welcoming atmosphere overall. Of the beach proper, this is one of the best swimming beaches we could find...we visited Cane, Rainbow..decent beaches, but completely without food, drink, umbrella, lounger amenities. The beach fronting the resort offers rows of loungers, tables and umbrellas, serviced by waitstaff making rounds from the bar area at the restaurant. The service was prompt and attentive without being intrusive. Should one desire, floats, kayaks etc are available for rent. We stood in the calm crystal waters, standing as if in a swimming pool, taking occasion to snorkel. There are no coral reefs on this beach, but rocky structure did reveal fishes of different species, pecking the sand and surface of the rocks, passing singly or in shoals of fishes. We realized that this resort was often frequented by locals, visiting on day pass, cementing the reputation of the resort and beach as one of the better to visit. We did breakfast at the restaurant, sharing delicious lobster benedict and Bloody Mary, while enjoying the ocean view just yards away from our table. The day following, the day of our departure, we returned for light lunch of shared burger and fries, again with the Bloody. The offerings: very enjoyable. The rule here is excellent customer service, welcoming and friendly throughout. So, based on our experience, we rate the beach amenities and the cafe/restaurant overlooking the beach an unqualified 5 stars. We were delighted with this unexpected gem of a discovery. Would we return to Sand Castle? Definitely! We plan a future stay at the resort to take full benefit of all that it has to offer! Enjoy!!

Yelp
We were walking along the beach and happened upon Sand Castle on the beach. You have to get a day pass to use the deck chairs. We had a couple of drinks at the bar, which is open to everyone. This is a great place to watch the sunset. They serve dinner and have specials.

Yelp
Visited this month on a Monday as a day trip from our cruise. Got there a bit past nine and signed up for four day passes for my hubby, adult children and myself. Was quick and easy. Everyone we met was SOOOOO helpful and pleasant. Immaculate property. We enjoyed the day on the beach with chairs and umbrellas, has access to bathrooms, changing areas, all included. The pool was lovely as well. Day pass came with your choice of ANY beverage from the drink list - alcoholic or non - some were quite unique! Food was available but we did not eat there - looked yummy though. Highly recommend arriving early as an alternative to a formal excursion from a cruise. Cab from cruise to and from was about 20 buck each way. This is not a wild crazy place but perfectly chill! Hope you visit - was lovely day!

Yelp
Very nice atmosphere. On the water restaurant with a concentrated menu of delicious seafood dishes. Price are moderately higher than some other nearby restaurants but the prices matches the quality of the plate. Our server was extremely courteous, friendly and attentive. We dined right by the beach and listen to waves crashing against the sandy beach. When we come back to the island this will be our go to spot! Big Fan

Yelp
This is the gem of the island! Chris and Ted have curated a lovely destination to call home where you are treated like family (the good kind). Spacious and quiet with daily room services. Liz, Rose Marie, KT, Josh and Jordan were exceptional staff/hosts. There isn't a store convenient by foot for necessities but a quick ride to the market will help you get sorted for your stay. Towels were provided for the beach/pool which was a big plus.

Yelp
The best property, owners, and location on the island. We've stayed here three years in a row and have already made reservations for next year.

Yelp
Yummy drinks, delicious mahi bites, and a clean welcoming space right on the beach. And Ted the owner is fantastic, so helpful!

Yelp
Absolute gem of a resort!! My wife and I were lucky enough to get married and honeymoon at this resort which we lovingly call our "Gay Paradise". The owners are very hands on and extremely kind, genuine, attentive, hardworking, and just an absolute pleasure to be around. This resort has everything from gorgeous views, every amenity you could want, amazing AC, updated/clean rooms, snorkeling right in front of the resort & one of the absolute best restaurants on the entire island of St. Croix! My Wife and I will most definitely be coming back to visit again in the future! The owners & staff made our wedding & honeymoon better that we could have ever imagined!

Yelp
There are not enough superlatives to describe this wonderful property. In all of my 66 years, and over 1.5 million miles traveled, never have I felt more welcomed and appreciated. Obviously a spot on the most beautiful St. Croix Beach is a great start, but Sandcastle is way more than that. Clean, attractive, well laid out, and inviting Sandcastle welcomes you with open arms and hearts. It all starts with the owners Chris and Ted, who, unlike so many owners, are willing to work alongside their employee family to create an unforgettable experience for their guests. This is not a big box cookie Cutter resort, it is a piece of heaven in paradise.

Yelp
The best! Literally the best! Restaurant attached so that's handy. Gorgeous views no matter what day it is! The owners and staff are wonderful and friendly as all get out! One owner from Russellville KY and a desk employee from Lexington Ky, where I came from!

Yelp
This is a hidden gem! Small, quaint and well cared for. Right on the beach. Being renovated to make it even better. Chairs and beach service for food and drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Yelp
I have stayed many places on St Croix and I prefer Frederiksted for the beautiful beach, water and sunset. Sand Castle on the Beach is my favorite place to stay. The rooms are great. Working AC, ceiling fan, mini fridge, hair dryer and I never heard 1 rooster! The staff is amazing. Helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the on site restaurant. Great food and great service. And the beach and views speak for themselves. There is a live beach Cam you can check out on the website.

Yelp
First time in St. Croix with so many positive experiences. The scenery is of course amazing, and the island is know for some of the best food in the Caribbean. Check out the Sands Resort and eat ANYTHING off the menu; you won't be disappointed. The owners (Chris & Ted) are fantastic and will ensure you have the best experience ever. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Stay at the resort, eat like royalty and enjoy the most amazing views on the Island ever! #IslandLiving!

Yelp
New ownership and upgrades from last year! First time here during the day too. Highly recommend for brunch.

Kimberly W.

Yelp
This is a beautiful location and as locals we love West shore beaches, but we've visited this restaurant for the last time after last night. We were ignored for 2 hours and after asking about our food it was brought out cold and had to be remade. We missed our movie even though we took our order to-go after wasting that much time waiting. The owners often walk around and socialize with their friends while other patrons are ignored and the wait staff are discourteous. It's a rude environment and we'll be dining elsewhere from now on since the food isn't that good for that kind of hassle.
google avatar

Yelp
The Queen Burrito was so delicious!!! Great service and amazing views! I highly recommend the brunch on Sunday's!

Yelp
We arrived late Saturday for a quick bite. We had the beet salad with a pork chop on the side. The salad was quite generous and more than enough fir the two of us to split. It was tasty, we had blue cheese and their vinegarette dressings on the side. But the huge pork chop was so perfectly cooked and seasoned, it was the best pork chop I've had in years. Juicy throughout, even to the bone. We had three mixed cocktails, all delicious. The service is excellent and the owner welcomed us. Great place. Will be back for another pork chop and round of cocktails!

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it to all , especially LGBT guests. We met several guests who return here regularly. The owners are very friendly and on the property to help with any questions . Tip : reserve a rental car ahead of your stay . They are in short supply on the island and getting around by cab is cumbersome and expensive .

Yelp
It's more of an Inn then resort, but that I love about it. Low key, quiet, small beach front. Listed as no children under 16 yet there were several families with small children swimming and using lounge chairs since we've been here because they sell day passes to outsiders not staying here. Listed continental breakfast, which consisted of coffee And green tea and apples, sliced cheese and scones. Their fruit juices were Capri suns. You cannot drink the tap water but you only get a bottle per person of water when you first check in, unless you get up and go to the cafe which opens at 10/11am and buy more. It is beautiful here but what was advertised isn't matching up with what's actually here. The cafe is yummy, friendly staff but The prices don't make sense, 12$ BLT, 14$ for a burger, 19$ for a chicken quesadilla.. my sisters a vegetarian and order veggie Alfredo .. they charged her 35$. The drinks are either served in 16oz glasses at the tables, or if your on the beach or pool, it's 12oz plastic cups but same price. The bartender Were all amazing. No breakfast except Saturday's and sundays, otherwise straigh to lunch starting at 11am. We were told everything is upcharged 2$ to serve on the beach, but then was told that the 2$ charge was included gratuity... no one at the hotel or front desk told us to make reservations for the Fourth of July, as far as eating at the beach side cafe. Mind you there's nowhere else to eat over here in walking distance. So people in the hotel and day passes made reservations and there's no table available for breakfast or dinner, thankfully the staff was able to squeeze us in for breakfast. We're preparing what to do for dinner. The front desk came off a little uptight. It started pouring raining while swimming so we ran back inside from across the street and were immediately and very snippy told to put our masks on while we're soaking wet drying off on the stairs real quick.. mind you the entire downstairs is an open space with no door or walls.. It is beautiful here, well manicured and tropically decorated but some things don't add up. Saint croix is beautiful itself all in all.

Whitney R.

Yelp
This beautiful boutique hotel is paradise on the most beautiful beach! The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! The staff were the best I have ever encountered. The owners were onsite and they were striving to provide the best vacation experience! With the best restaurant right on the beach it was truly a unique and wonderful trip! Looking forward to going again!

Yelp
You know how they say that first impressions are everything? Well, this couldn't have been more accurate for Sand Castle on the Beach! It was simply moments after speaking with the lovely Barbara, at the welcome desk who had given us our room number and key with a smile, that we were whisked away by Ted, one of the owners of the resort. Instantly, we felt at home. With his warmth and cheerful smile, he led us to our room and gave us a complete tour with instructions on how to use the fan, air conditioning and tv. When was the last time you visited a resort and felt like part of the family?? It was breath of fresh air....fresh and gorgeous ocean air!! Our room was extremely clean and welcoming. The accommodations we chose were modest, as we planned on spending little time in our room....Adventure Awaits! There are opportunities at the resort with grand views and more space, but we were completely happy with the room we chose. Upon touring the facility, we immediately felt immersed in the paradise that is St. Croix. This resort is in a perfect location for those who prefer peace and tranquility as opposed to the hustle and bustle of tourist traps. The lovely walkway leads to the crystal blue pool and beachside patio seating. Trust us when we tell you that the sunsets from this location are nothing short of breathtaking!! There was plenty of seating and absolutely no feeling whatsoever of overcrowding. Our fellow vacationers were friendly and simply added to the feeling of happiness...this speaks volumes to the customer service offered here because everyone was having a wonderful time. There is opportunities to rent snorkels and kayaks for no extra charge and we can tell you from personal experience that the snorkeling was nothing short of amazing. The Caribbean blue waters are an instant de-stresser and the sound of ocean waves crashing softly beckon to us even now, as we sit back at home dreaming of our return. We are quite sure that the area simply must have many amazing places to eat, but why tamper with perfection?? We ate every meal at the Beach Side Cafe at Sand Castle on the Beach and sampled a different menu item and exotic drink each time. And don't even get us started on the RUM cake!! Sigh...so good!! We both agree that we had some of the best food we have ever had here. We took plenty of pictures so that we may return in spirit to this our new paradise. We have even been visiting the webcam they have placed to view that beautiful beach and sunset. Chris, Ted and the entire staff were nothing short of amazing and we just can't say enough about our time spent here. We truly appreciated their suggestions for our thirst for exploration and their hospitality during our stay. We dream of our return and will 100% stay here again!!

Yelp
We got off the Grandeur of the Seas early and grabbed the shuttle. Purchase round trip tickets 2 people $12 to sandcastle resort. To the right facing land with ship behind us. Short drive 5-10 minutes. Greeted at the door by owner and for $10 pp you get a rum punch or bottle water and chairs and umbrella. Nice guy. Very friendly. Clean bathrooms and pool. Buckets of beer and restaurant service available. Beach was excellent. Walkable beach. Clean water. Snorkeling from shore to the left facing the water. Decent. My wife enjoyed the lovely pool after snorkeling. We grabbed the shuttle back. A bit of a line but we were on bus soon. I highly recommend this place. Very little selling stuff. No thanks and a smile works. It's a great way to spend a beach day. I thanked the owner for doing this for cruise ship. He was very gracious. This keeps him in business. Very reasonable. Other places charge exorbitant fee for day passes. This place is wonderful!

Yelp
We are so sad to be leaving this lovely boutique hotel, and we cannot wait to come back. Thanks to Chris, Ted and the entire team for making us feel welcomed, keeping us well fed, relaxed and smiling all week long. We are so happy to have come upon this gem in the Caribbean. Beautiful location, we love to to swim, and this was perfect for us. Comfortable accommodations, great restaurant on the premises. We cannot say enough positive things about the staff, everyone helped make our stay relaxed and enjoyable. If you're new to St. Croix as we were, or you're looking for a new place to try, I highly recommend Sand Castle on The Beach.

Yelp
Great food and wonderful service. Okay he view is priceless. They also make great Bloody Mary's!

Yelp
Stayed here for five days while visiting St. Croix and wow!! Great beachfront location with an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The cafe overlooks the beach and provides lovely sunset views in the evening and postcard perfect scenery the rest of the day!

Yelp
Great place to stay. Beach is gorgeous, staff friendly, and view was stunning. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Room were clean and modern. Loved it!

Yelp
We stayed at the Dolphin Villa for two weeks and we absolutely loved it. The owners Chris and Ted were great, and everyone there was so attentive and helpful. A very relaxing vacation. Umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach, the pool, breakfast snacks, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We had a great time anD will definitely be back. This beach was perfect! Waking up everyone morning steps away from the sand...just heaven. Can't say enough about this place We definitely recommend!!!!!!

Yelp
Nice little hidden gem. We got off the cruise ship looking for a peaceful piece of beach with some amenities. Sand Castle was recommended to us by the folks at Polly's on the Pier coffee shop. You want good travel advice - find a local coffee shop and make some inquires. So for $25 you get two chairs on the beach, an umbrella, use if the pool, patio and two rum punches. There is also a full bar and restaurant. Sand Castle is a boutique hotel on the beach. What it is not... Sand Castle is not an over priced loud and obnoxious piece of beech with bad music and rude tourists bantering about. It is a great value and great place to relax. If you are getting of a ship, walk down the pier turn right, stop at Polly's for an iced latte... Then keep going until you find Sand Castle! Eat and Play Local!
google avatar

Ryan C.

Yelp
Went here on a day pass while on a cruise. Beach is nice and the beach attendant "Kareem" was a nice kid. $25 is a good price for 2 chairs, 2 rum punches, and an umbrella. Unfortunately the beach becomes very busy because it's so close to the cruise port and the facilities aren't expansive enough for the crowds that come. The restrooms are very rustic, be prepared. If you're looking for a place to use Wifi be prepared that the coverage here is limited to the lobby and the speeds are quite slow.

Yelp
I can't even begin to say enough about this place. We had a bit of a travel hiccup and luckily were able to grab a room as a result of s last minute cancellation. I'm so thankful because it made the week incredible and erased our travel woes in the blink of an eye. We were here in 2015 before the hurricanes and before the current owners Ted and Chris owner the property. Let me tell you they alone made our trip incredible but luckily for them they have great staff surrounding them. Not to mention maybe the best beach on the island. They are making so many great upgrades to the facility. Our room was quaint and had a little sink, fridge and microwave but if you spend your time inside you are missing out. Tyrone was one of the staff members and probably one of the hardest working people I have seeen since being here. Ted and Xhris are always present. Walking around to see if everything is ok, if you need anything. Fixing anything that comes up no matter what time of day or night. We felt such a sense of joy and comfort here. They have updated the pool area, the beach is quite simply breathtaking. It is not packed and allows for good snorkeling. We were able to walk to Frederiksted every day. They had a continental breakfast and coffee which shocked me. You don't get much of that in STX. They also had a welcome rum punch was we truly appreciated after traveling. We will be back and miss it already.

Yelp
We had a fantastic 8 days at this resort...This was our 2nd trio here.. The new owner Chris and Tim are FANTASTIC and made our trip extra special... It is a great place to go and relax!!! A great crowd of locals visit everyday and it was nice getting to know them... The staff there are so great and friendly... We will be back!!!! Thanks for a great week!!!!!!

Yelp
The best beach ever! Not only is this resort located on a gorgeous stretch of beach, the owners give you much more. Shaded restaurant, a bar that makes great summer drinks. If you aren't staying at the resort, you can use their pool, beach chairs, bathroom facility, shower, and snorkeling equipment for the day.....all for very small fee! The beach at Sand Castle is the place to find sea glass....all along the shore ( No worries, all edges dull from being in water so long.) Bring a water bag to put it in. Once you. start, you won't want to stop! See attached pic.

Jim G.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my time here. The beach is wonderful. The owners are super friendly, as are the staff. The rooms are cozy, but who wants to be in your room when the beach is right there? One quibble... the shower head in my shower seems to have been designed for children. I'm 6 feet tall, and navigating the shower is tough. Sometimes, music and noise from outside interferes with the quiet of the surf, but the overwhelming beauty easily overcomes these minor issues.

Little J.

Yelp
Prior to the new owners, we were able to stay here and enjoy the beautiful property with our son. Since it's been bought out, children are no longer welcome here. Very sad as we were regulars. I just can't fathom how someone could discriminate against kids (well behaved I might add!) When they ask not to be discriminated against themselves.
google avatar

Jo C.

Yelp
This is a charming and romantic little beach hotel is off the beaten path on a long stretch of beautiful secluded beach more popular with the locals than with tourists. The room was a bit small, but clean and had its own private pool and grill area! The hotel had nice gardens and numerous pools and hammocks steps away from the beach. The staff were really friendly and helpful- Mona at the front desk even went into town and brought us back a pizza when we arrived late and starving (no delivery around there). The only downside of this hotel is that its further away from town and a rental car was necessary to get anywhere (walking is not recommended since the nearby town of Frederiksted has some crime). The hotel itself is a little oasis- the garden cafe offers live music and delicious fine dining (although with limited hours).

LaRana S.

Yelp
Love this place! I stay here every time I came to town. Service is excellent! Bartenders are very attentive and food isn't bad. The chef has changed so some of the food prep styles and menu have changed so for the better some... needs work... but it won't keep me away... it's beautiful next to the beach... sunset tables... and has awesome security!! Traveling alone I've always felt safe and welcomed!!

Yelp
I wonder if I'm giving this place four stars because I was on vacation on a gorgeous island and this was a great location. We ate dinner at the restaurant and while the food was delicious, I thought it was overpriced. But then, for the record, most food on the island is overpriced. I loved the local...VERY ROMANTIC. We ate dinner overlooking the ocean as the sun set in the horizon and hoping to see the green flash...didn't happen for us. I do recommend because for mood and romance, it would be hard to beat this one!

Yelp
We really relied heavily on Tripadvisor when making the decision to book our stay with Sand Castle in St. Croix for our Christmas Holiday. We appreciate the reviews from those that actually stayed here (not the day pass cruise people). The staff, especially Irma, was so helpful and took great care of us. We feel like we made friends we look forward to seeing again next year, since we have already booked our trip back!

Yelp
Worst service and overall restaurant I have experienced. I'm a F&B Director and am usually pretty laid back and cut many places a lot of slack but this place takes the cake. Was with a couple of locals so we scored the best table with view. And let me say, this place has an amazing view and ambiance. That's where they went off the reservation. We sit down, 20 minutes later they finally take our drink & app order. Never receive water in the glasses sitting there begging for it. Our drinks come 20 more minutes later and they bring Pinot Noir instead of Pinot Grigio ordered. We were still ok and drank the red wine. Then 30 minutes later our apps finally show up. 2 apps for a table of four. No share plates are offered. The wings come with no ranch or blue cheese. I get up to ask for those and by the time I get back to the table my friends had tasted the the ahi tuna app and were choking at the table because of the taste. Meanwhile, the owner has been sitting at the table across from us grinning and having a good ole time with his friends. Keep in mind I'm an F&B Director so I notice everything. All other tables around us were experiencing the same. Upon seeing my friends choking on the tuna, I had enough. We got up and left. I looked at the "owner" and told him he should be ashamed of himself. As we departed the owner ran after me and asked what was wrong? I looked at him in dismay and said everything! And he should know that! Have him details as he was clueless and we left. I wasted 2 hours of my vacation at a place that doesn't deserve 5 minutes of my time. We went to a pub called Lost Dog and had an amazing pizza and salads. Don't waste your time or money at Sand Castles Beach Side Cafe. It sucks! And for the record, the locals we were with were happy that I said something as apparently no one ever says anything to them. Hopefully they actually do something as the place IS BEAUTIFUL!

Yelp
First off our flight was delayed 4 hours and we didn't arrive until 2:00am. Ted (one of the owners) was sitting out front and greeted us on arrival. I knew then this place was as good as all of the reviews I Read. Ted and Chris have owned the place since December and truly know the value of good service trust me I work in the hospitality industry in NYC and have high expectations when I spend any money. We stayed in the Dolphin Villa and is more than enough room for my wife and our 3 teenage daughters. Place was larger than I thought. The beach was beautiful around 50 ft from the villa. They provide towels snorkel equipment and lounge chairs as well as bar maid should you want a drink or eats. We were beginner snorkels but we're addicted to it our entire stay. There are several structure areas very close and Ted shared some other spots down the beach. We had dinner with 11 people since my sister and her family were in. They asked if we would like to set up a table on the beach which they did. We had incredible meal, as service and ambiance were perfect. There is no doubt in my mind that this place will become more popular and it is on its way up. Ted and Chris put there heart and soul into this place and you can tell. Great job guys thanks for making our trip so enjoyable.
