We visited Sandalford for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience exploring their new Spring menu. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
For entrées, the market-fresh oysters, house-smoked ocean trout, and Shark Bay bugs were all exceptional — fresh, delicate, and full of flavour.
Our mains, tiger prawn salad and market fish, were impressive. The fish fell apart, very nicely cooked!
Dessert was a highlight of its own. White chocolate and jasmine tea parfait, Valrhona dark chocolate mousse, and the flight of cheese with GF biscuits.
We tried one of the new cocktails, the Heat Wave, spicy and refreshing!
Overall, a memorable evening with beautiful food, attentive service, and stunning surroundings.
