The venue is spectacular and the service was awesome. All our waiters were knowledgeable and attentive. We had a 5 course degustation that was up to expectations. My Personal preference would be reviewing having 2 vegetables as entrees before the main. I understand cost cutting but…hence why we ordered the Octopus out of the menu. Other than this, would definitely be back and highly recommend!

We visited Sandalford for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience exploring their new Spring menu. Every course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. For entrées, the market-fresh oysters, house-smoked ocean trout, and Shark Bay bugs were all exceptional — fresh, delicate, and full of flavour. Our mains, tiger prawn salad and market fish, were impressive. The fish fell apart, very nicely cooked! Dessert was a highlight of its own. White chocolate and jasmine tea parfait, Valrhona dark chocolate mousse, and the flight of cheese with GF biscuits. We tried one of the new cocktails, the Heat Wave, spicy and refreshing! Overall, a memorable evening with beautiful food, attentive service, and stunning surroundings.

Our family loves exploring and indulging in fine dining experiences, especially during life’s special moments and milestones. We always make it a point to savour these occasions together, creating lasting memories. Sandalford never disappoints — it consistently exceeds our high expectations with exceptional service, delicious food, and stunning views. This year alone, we’ve celebrated two meaningful occasions there: my husband’s birthday and Father’s Day. Each visit has been nothing short of memorable, leaving us with cherished moments as a family. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the quality of the food is outstanding. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

After visiting several Swan Valley wineries, Sandalford Wines clearly stands out as one of the most established in Perth's oldest wine region. Founded in 1840, this iconic estate is an expansive vineyard set amongst sprawling lawns and manicured gardens, all just a 25-minute drive from the city. The wine tasting area blends sleek, elegant style with a distinctly warm ambiance. In addition to the stylishly presented wines, the space features a curated selection of meticulously displayed accessories for sale. It was simply the best winery we visited on the day.

Though it’s on the costly side, it's definitely worth it. Every dish is full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service is top-notch, and the staff are very attentive. Definitely coming back! :)

Bethany's warm, friendly and knowledgeable service was most appreciated. 4 of us had a lovely meal with recommendations from Bethany. Gorgeous restaurant, chefs are extremely talented, especially with vegetables and we were very satisfied. It was a lovely lunch and having a wait staff with such passion in customer focus, was a bonus. Thank you.

Beautiful setting , amazing service and delicious food . Definitely a place to go to celebrate special occasions . Highly recommend . Desserts were all very delicious ( didn’t manage to take photos in time ) For wines lovers this is a must visit winery.

Sandalford Wines is our ‘go-to, home away from home’ for all things food, wine & an exceptional time! There are all the typical cliched comments of a good restaurant review which I won’t use, as Sandalford far exceeds any of them. So here goes… There’s a genuine warmth and honest hospitality amongst the Sandalford Family (the word ‘staff’ does not adequately describe the beautiful individuals whose sole responsibility it is to ensure that your experience is second to none!) An atmospheric embrace wraps around you like a warm hug throughout your dining experience and this combined with the rustically curated decor, truly embodies and reflects the heart of the Swan Valley. Seasonal Symphonies of Culinary Alchemy see simple ingredients transformed into extraordinary dishes that challenge traditional pairings and ignite a true umami experience. (the title of ‘Executive Chef’ does not truly describe Alan Spagnolo. I prefer to think of him as a Culinary Maestro leading a number of brilliant virtuosos in a gastronomical dance) Wines that display nuanced flavour profiles and textural elegance & cocktails that are a sensory adventure.
