Sandals Montego Bay was absolutely amazing. Our butlers Antonio and Mel were outstanding. They anticipated everything we could have wanted and provided a ton of information that helped us navigate the week long vacation for our anniversary. From dinner reservations to special requests, Antonio and Mel were on top of it. The food was great. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed working with Uncle Dave our photographer. The room was clean and something special was always left for us at the end of the day. We planned several excursions which were great, but next time we plan to enjoy more of the resort because there was so much to do without even leaving the resort grounds. Oh, and the nightly entertainment was fantastic. The music, the singing, the dancers, the fire show were all top notch. We've already book our next trip back to beautiful Jamaica. Thank you for the memorable experience.

We had a 3 night stay in a club level room at Montego Bay prior to going to SC. Our club level room has a nice bar with multiple Twin Oaks wines. The room was nice but on the smaller size. The restaurants had great food. The main pool is small and more hotel like but this is a smaller resort. The staff around the main pool never let us go without a drink in hand. I wish I had written names down but the entertainment staff was one of the best we’ve seen at any Sandals. Lead entertainer and Kevin “awesome sauce” were super friendly, helped you get involved and had everyone laughing and having a grand time. The only con to Montego Bay is the airplanes right overhead throughout the entire day.

My husband and I went to Jamaica for the first time, and decided on Sandals due to hearing good things about it. We chose Montego Bay and had a wonderful time. We loved our Crystal Lagoon Swim-up ground level room. We lucked out and got the corner room with no neighbors for the entirety of our stay. Staff member Tamara found us one day, lounging next to the pool, and was amazing by bringing us drinks and going out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Just over a walkway was a the swim-up bar, and then the beach; the location was perfection for us, just far enough away from the main area but not so far that we walked miles to get to different restaurants. I recommend everyone trying the Jerk Shack for lunch, the Oleander Room and Bayside Restaurant for dinner, and Cafe de Paris for sweets. It's an absolute must to try the signature drink for each restaurant -- the Red Sun at Soy was our favorite. We were greeted each morning by the friendly staff as we made our way around the resort. We enjoyed our visit so much, we book two more trips to Sandals, one in 2025 (Antigua) and 2026 (St. Lucia). My husband and I appreciated the Club level experience with room service, and opted to upgrade our future experiences to the Butler level.

It provided an opulent, all-inclusive experience with first-rate service. The personnel made sure my visit was unforgettable; they were welcoming, careful, and enthusiastic about their work. The resort was ideal for both leisure and exploration, with its many activities, diverse eating options, and breathtaking views of the beach. The comfy and elegantly furnished rooms contributed to the overall opulence. The experience was excellent, with every need being taken care of, whether you're celebrating a particular occasion or just looking for a holiday.

We loved experiencing this Sandals resort as we celebrated the wife's birthday for the weekend! We enjoyed a butler suite with a balcony tub. Our butler team set up a few special requests for us and could not have asked for a better suite. We desired better weather: it rained over half the time we spent for the weekend, so we didn't risk scheduling some of the Dunn's River excursions. Finally, we enjoyed some great entertainment options, that honestly could bring us back to enjoy this resort again! Our single negative comment: this resort is located by the airport and we could hear every plane take off during the day.

First time in Jamaica and also first time staying at a sandals property and we were very impressed. Food was excellent, our favorite was the Caribbean restaurant. Service was very good with only a couple of exceptions. Beach is beautiful and feels very close to the rooms and resort. The resort entertainment was also good with some highly talented people. Bars are everywhere so your cup never goes empty if that’s your thing! ||We also went scuba diving for first time and that was an outstanding experience, however if it’s your first time make sure to answer NO to every question on the questionnaire. My girlfriend did not and we had quite the runaround trying to get a Dr note emailed over. Would also recommend watching all the videos and pre work before you arrive. ||We also enjoyed taking a bus over to the sister resort nearby. Vibe over there was quieter with a great pool bar on the island. ||There were some standout people that made our stay fantastic wanted to callout by name: crazy Kev and Awesome Sauce the entertainers. Terry the bartender in the lobby bar. Jonelle the waitress at the Caribbean restaurant. Many others as well, overall we loved all the staff; they were fun and welcoming. We would definitely go back and highly recommend sandals MB to any couple wanting a fun and beautiful getaway!

We left today from a 6 night stay. This was our first Sandals experience and we were blown away. It was a luxury experience all around and very relaxing. Oleander Room was our best meal but we also enjoyed Soy Sushi for dinners. Jerk Shack had the best lunch, particularly the fish in foil. Jamaican beef patty from Mariner’s is a can’t miss. Honestly we liked Oleander Room better than Butch’s and La Jardinier at the Royal Caribbean resort. We had a couple of small issues (concierge said they made reservations but nowhere to be found, bags late to our room on arrival, AC working but dripping a few times) but these were all quickly remedied. My husband and I did Retie the Knot to celebrate 12 years of marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The photos cost an arm and a leg but were very well done. Remember to bring cash to tip excursion drivers and other people outside of the resort. We highly recommend the Luminous Lagoon excursion. Had fun with tubing and kayaking. Bring a white noise app for nighttime because there is a native frog species that can be a bit noisy at night. Amazing trip overall and can’t wait until our next Sandals stay.

Zero star. Group of 25 from London / Georgia/ Maryland. My brothers birthday. We all spent a great deal of money for swim up suites and cottages. None clean or worth the price. We as a group has traveled all over the world and this was the worst trip ever. Food/ service/music was disgusting. Water and sun was beautiful. Sandals Montego Bay is not for folks like us, with melanin and well traveled. We deserved better because we paid for better. Never again.
