Sandals Montego Bay

This was first trip to a Sandals resort. We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. I especially loved the entertainment each night. I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I did, so that is something I will definitely look for in future travel resorts. The staff members were very courteous, helpful, and polite. We did appreciate the variety of restaurants at the resorts as well. I do wish there were more menu options for in-room dining for the times we just wanted to relax in our room and not go out to a restaurant. There was construction going on in a lot next to the resort (next to our building) that was bothersome at some times. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and the amenities that the resort had to offer. We will definitely be back for future Sandals vacations. Thank you for a wonderful trip for our first Sandals experience!

I will start with negative. Humidity is off the charts. Beds could be softer. Need more trash cans setup. Now positives. Entertainment was off the charts. One name we remember is Super Mario he was incredible. Made you feel welcome and appreciated. To the gal that did omelettes she called me Santa Clause she was great. To the lady that did the pastry, coffee shop she was great. All front desk ladies very helpful. Candle light dinner for our 50th anniversary was memorable. Blue Mountain Coffee on my can’t say enough.

This was our 9th Sandals Jamaica vacation but first at Montego Bay. We can’t say enough nice things. We arrived on an early flight and were at the resort by 07:50 am. ||We did have a butler room. Cassandra was our perfect butler. She put us poolside in a pool bed since we were early. We had breakfast and by 10:30 we were upgraded and our room was ready. They put us in a Beachfront Butler Villa (OBV). This was a one level upgrade (already in a butler room). This room was next to the Jerk Shack and the smaller party pool.||The resort has 2 pools. The larger one is not impressive. The smaller one has the swim up bar and is the party pool. If you like pools you will be disappointed. However, the ocean is fantastic. Best beach we have had in Jamaica. Water was perfect. ||The restaurants were great. Room service for breakfast was perfect. We had no real complaints. ||I will say that our Butler Cassandra stole the show. She has a great personality. She was attentive, friendly and took care of us like family. We have been disappointed in the past with butler service but Cassandra was the best. ||After visiting Royal Caribbean twice, south Coast three times, Negril twice and Dunns River once, we have to say that Montego Bay is our newest favorite. Enjoy the planes, the water, the amenities, and the food. You will not be disappointed.

We are so happy about our recent trip to Sandals Montego Bay at the beginning of August. This is our 2nd Sandal's trip. Each resort has its own flare and what we loved about this one was it felt more intimate with things not being so spread out. It wasn't overly crowed so we had no issue trying all the restaurants with little or no wait, and doing the water sports. The property is well kept up and maintained, especially when you keep in perspective that it was the 1st property. No issues getting chairs at the pool or beach. Also, there was something to do almost every night, which was fun and a good way to meet and hang out with familiar faces we saw on property. ||What set this stay apart from our past was the staff. So friendly, kind, and accommodating. They all work very hard to keep the grounds clean, guest taking care of, and making people feel welcome.The entertainment team was so fun, kind, and entertaining! ||Daphne is a gem!! She has such a warm spirit! She would check in on us at the pool throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She let us know what was going on around the resort property for entertainment, talk with us, dance and sing with us, and helped us tie dye our tshirts. She has a beautiful voice and we so enjoyed hearing her, Ramon, and the rest of the team perform. Ramon has the perfect personality for keeping the fun going at the Piano Pool with games and making sur peopleare having fub. We loved hearing him sing so many beautiful songs on the Broadway night. Truly talented!||Karell in banquet servering was our server for our candle light dinner. She enjoys her job and it shows! I have a food allergy and she was on it to make sure I had no issues. She was so friendly, easy to talk to and truly joyful!||Adain made us feel so comfortable taking our pictures on the beach and captured beautiful moments for us to bring home. ||Ronaldo was our server at Butches and had us laughing all night. He made for a memorable dinner.||Kevin took us snorkeling and wind sailing which was a lot of fun! We appreciated his knowledge and fun.||Sherine in house keeping kept our room beautiful and we are so thankful for her attention to detail during our stay.||Aswaana at the Front Desk greeted us with kindness and helped us when we had some questions.||Michelle at Bayside was also very welcoming and took great care of us.||We hope to be back!

We had an amazing first experience with Sandals Montego Bay! Best entertainment staff! Davia aka Daphne is a beautiful soul! She went above and beyond for us! We loved to listen to her sing and dance and cheer the crowd on! Also, want to give Rinaldo at Butch’s a shout out! He made our dining experience hilarious and so enjoyable! Lastly, Ramone and his singing is amazing! Broadway night was a fav! We are sticking with Sandals from now on! Thank for you all for a great 10 year anniversary trip!

We had the absolute best butler experience. Our first visit to Jamaica and it won't be our last. Everyone was so friendly and we were very cared for. Our butler Marvin went ABOVE and beyond. Our excursion was canceled but he sat with us until we realized it wasn't coming and helped us get a discount for our next one and helped us schedule it. Truly a great person! Cant wait to come back and bring him something from Texas! Give the man something special, he alone made a 110% difference in our stay

To me this is by far one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at and the best so far in Jamaica. The room was flawless and the entertainment was excellent. I would love to go again but I will be trying the Dunns River resort next.

The diddles are back from 9 nights in mobay.||Wow, one of the best resorts we have visited. Food is very good and the staff are excellent.||We stayed in a millionaire butler suite at the end of the resort. The roo. It is a few steps from the beach and amazing. Our butlers were great and sorted out a shady spot for us with a cooler, brought us snacks and generally just looked after us.||Amazing drinks and food. Went to butch's twice at night as it was that good.||The resort was spotless and the staff do a great job of keeping it thst way.||We were a little worried about the plane noise but it did not bother us at all. We went to royal caribbean one night and thought the noise was more intrusive there ||Final.shout out to sean and the entertainment team. The energy those guys bring is off the charts.||We'll see you again mobay. Peace and love
