Sandals Negril

This was our fifth trip to Sandals Negril, and once again, the location and beach were absolutely stunning. It’s hard not to fall in love with this resort — the vibe, the scenery, and the people make it truly special. Let me start with the highlights: the food was consistently excellent, and our renovated room was modern, comfortable, and well-appointed. |We were thrilled to be recognized by several staff members from previous visits, which made us feel like part of the Sandals family. Chris at the Sundowner bar is a standout — he remembered us instantly and delivered top-tier service every time. Michelle, Rochelle, and Aaron were fantastic servers, and Romain at Sandals Select was incredibly helpful in booking our next two trips. We also had a lovely dinner with the front desk manager at the Welcome Back event (though we regret forgetting her name). Seeing our former butlers Basil and Theda again was a heartwarming surprise when they immediately recognized us. A special shoutout to Emron at the dive shop — he’s an exceptional instructor and a true asset to Sandals.|There were a few minor hiccups with our butlers due to scheduling which left us not know who our butler was and even once waiting at Brava for a stand in butler that never showed up. Our 90 min couples massage was lackluster at best. |Despite these hiccups, our overall experience was still amazing. Sandals Negril continues to be a place we cherish, and we already have two more trips booked to La Toc and South Coast and hoping to be back at Negril in 2027 . We share this feedback with love and appreciation, hoping it helps enhance the experience for future guests and keeps Sandals at the top of its game. Thank you for another memorable stay.|— Jim

Sandals Negril is an amazing all inclusive resort for adults only. The beach is amazing, and they have rooms right in front of it. The sunset view is a strong reason for getting a room there. Food is good, slightly above all inclusive level. Entertainment is corny, but we didn't go there looking for it anyway. Rooms are nice, although a bit dated. They are renewing some of them, so it may be something they are addressing. There are great people working there. Andrea B., in the beachside restaurant, is one of them. The photographers are also all good and fun to work with. Special kudos to the diving shop team, I had a great time diving with them and getting my Advanced Open Water certification there (Emron is a very good instructor!). I hope to get back there, it's certainly worth coming back!

We had an amazing time on vacation. The staff at Sandals Negril was awesome. We had a room in the longshore building and we were happy with it. The mattress was too hard for our liking but the staff got us a mattress topper which solved the problem. The Club Sandals concierge was available to answer our questions and help with reservations. All of the restaurants were good and the food was great. We didn't have a bad meal on property. There are some vendors on the beach, but once you say "no thanks" they walk away. Shoutout to Ashlee- one of the servers at Barefoot and Crema (and Bayside) - she was great. Very funny and personable. The beach chairs right next to the ocean were usually reserved by butlers, but if you got up early enough, you could leave your towels there and have those seats. This was our first Jamaican vacation and it didn't disappoint. Can't wait to go back!

Third time at a Sandals in Jamaica but first in Negril. Loved this place for the relaxed vibe and beautiful ocean and sunset views. The food was all good and prepared well. The Sundowner and Brava were excellent. The bartenders were all very friendly, made excellent drinks, and would make anything asked of them. We especially enjoyed Chris at the piano bar. He provided quick service and made delicious drinks. He made my wife his own special drink called the crazy chris and she loved it. The staff were all kind and friendly even though there was an impending hurricane. As far as entertainment, I was blown away by the singers. They have incredible voices. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will be back.

The Sandals resort n Negril was really nice.. The beachfront rooms were lovely with a great view of the sunset. The resort was a nice size and everything within walking distance. The plants and flowers were beautiful. The garden tour was very informative.There was a good variety of restaurants with interseting food options. The entertainment was fun and varied each night. The art and jewellery making classes were fun.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Premium drinks were available but you had to ask for it unless they got to know you and your drink preference.Thankfully we got to stay at this beautiful resort just before the hurricane. Hoping that all the staff were safe.

Our experience here was excellent. As noted, the sunsets in Negril are amazing. Our view of the ocean was amazing. The service from our Butlers, Damion and Basil, was great. The loyalty and Island Routes team were amazing. We enjoyed our entire week. The one difference with the locations outside of Montego Bay is the drive to the resort.

I do not have enough words to describe the staff on this resort. They are professional, kind ,hardworking.. no words are good enough. We were here during the hurricane and the team members kept us informed fed and most importantly safe. They executed their safety procedures with military precision. This is a beautiful resort with minimal damage all things considered. If you come here and get butlers Dr G and Orlando you are in for a treat. Also bar tenders Trevelyn and Kyle always smiling always helpful. The lady in the gift shop I do not know her name but she is someone that is beloved by the guests and respected by the other team members. I will always come back to this resort to vacation when I am able to do so because of what they did for my family and I in a really horrific situation. We just got back from Sandals Negril, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The resort is absolutely beautiful — right on Seven Mile Beach with the most gorgeous turquoise water and sunsets that look like a painting. Everything about the place just feels peaceful, romantic, and perfectly relaxing. What truly made our trip unforgettable, though, was our incredible butler Orlando. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He reserved the best beach chairs for us every morning, surprised us with little treats and drinks throughout the day, and even set up the most romantic dinners. He somehow always knew what we needed before we even asked! Both butlers (Orlando and Gawayne) were warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We felt completely spoiled the entire time — and honestly, we missed them as soon as we left! The food was delicious at every restaurant, the drinks were always flowing, and every single staff member we met was kind and welcoming. You can really tell that everyone there loves what they do.
