Sandals Negril

We came to sandals Negril to celebrate two birthdays an anniversary and to just have a good time with friends. We really had the best time. between hanging out at the main pool to dining out at all the restaurants and everything in between we could not complain. As my first time at a sandals, I was highly impressed with the staff, the rooms, the drinks and all of the entertainment. We be friended King James at the pool with the rest of the entertainment crew and he became a 13th member of our 12 person group. He really showed us a good time and you could tell that he loved entertaining guests throughout their entire stay. You can tell the staff really cared about the cleanliness of the entire resort, the beaches were immaculately kept and so was the pool. We loved our stay so much that my boyfriend and I booked another trip at a different location while we were there for a discounted rate. The food was very good compared to other all inclusive that I’ve been to and I was highly impressed. To say that we had the best week at sandals Negril is an understatement and we can’t wait to return.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Sandals Negril last week. It was amazing! I highly recommend Sandals Negril! The staff is wonderful! Shout out to Orlando C. for his excellent service and making our trip even more special. He needs a raise! Orlando C, if you read this, we couldn't find you before we left. We had to cancel the cabanas because I wasn't feeling good our last day. You were amazing and we want to thank you so much for everything you did for us and making our trip special. ❤️ Vandam was super sweet and a great photographer. We bought mostly his pictures. Wilby was sweet as well. The server at Sundowner was great but we didn't get her name. A sweet girl singing in the main bathroom needs to be in the entertainment team and the other lady working the main bathrooms was very kind and sweet. We had a club room in the bamboo grove building and it was excellent. We had an amazing view and the tubs added to the room. I must admit I was eyeing the swimups below us. The beach is great! I will say they need a yogurt place like Beaches and better desserts for us sugarholics. 😂 Other shout outs are for the lady working Crema most days, Easton, the chef at our candlelight dinner (amazing chef), Nicardo at Barefoot and Sundowner, the server at our candlelight dinner and everyone, so amazing. We failed to get all the names so if we missed several, we are sorry. Everyone was great and made our trip so much better! Romaine the sales manager is wonderful as well! I recommend booking the candlelight dinner! Best meal ever! We hope to be back soon! 😘

We love it. We rented a beach cabana every day Orlando C was the attendant. He is simply fantastic. When you come to Sandals Negril (book it), make sure you see Orlando C for cabanas or snorkeling. He's great. The entire staff is great. It's quiet and adult friendly. My wife and I will return.

We’ve had butlers in the past who were great. These two far exceeded our expectations & made us feel special! Orlando treated us extra special on our anniversary as well. |At Barefoot Aaron and Nic are two exceptional and organized servers. We didn’t have to ask for anything and our order was always perfect. |Leo at the dive shop is also great! We went snorkeling and he was the first mate. He has an outstanding personality! We wanted to go on a private tour with him but unfortunately he was on vacation. Next time Leo!|At the spa Vanessa was amazing! I had a deep tissue massage and she was incredible. Her hands are so strong!|Chris at the piano bar makes a great drink! He’s very humble and charming to chat with. |In the loyalty office Romaine & Michael are the best. Romaine was very helpful booking our next vacation. We met Michael when we were there and every time he saw us on the resort, he greeted us by name and asked if we needed anything and how we were doing!|We never ate at the buffet, but one morning we wanted a mimosa. My husband went to get it and Keriann asked where we were sitting. We didn’t have a table, just a few chairs near the lobby. She told him to have a seat and she brought them to us! |Lastly, Vanessa in the gift shop. I didn’t buy anything there, we were trying to find someone to book a massage with and as she was walking by, I asked where to go. She told us to have a seat and went and got someone from the spa to come to us! |Everyone we met really went out of their way to offer and deliver excellent service! |We can’t wait to return because in addition the beach and the rooms we had were great!

What a fabulous resort. Spent 7 days. Had a swim up room. Perfect location. Breakfast/room service every morning. Perfect service. The staff at this resort was wonderful. Kamika, Chris, Adrienne, Orlando C, Toney Ann, Tovar, are just a few of the names we can recall. Didn’t do a lot of extra activities, just a snorkeling tour. Only 45 minutes. So perfect. We utilized our pool, and relaxing on the beach every day. Just the experience we wanted. |Food was amazing. Discovered Jamaican patties!!! A must. We look forward to going back.

Having previously stayed in February 2024, I immediately noticed the positive impact of new General Manager Melissa Clark and her team. The resort felt noticeably cleaner, the staff more attentive and genuinely friendly, and even the food had improved across the board. These changes didn’t go unnoticed and truly enhanced our experience. This resort continues to be the perfect choice for a romantic and stress-free getaway. From breathtaking sunsets to the soft, white sand beach just steps from your room, the location is unbeatable. You’re literally on the beach—it’s hard to find another resort with this kind of proximity to the ocean. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional butler service, which made our vacation feel completely effortless. Huge thanks to our incredible butlers, Felix and Damien, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We were treated to breakfast on our patio, daily treats like fresh fruit and champagne, romantic touches like a sunset soak in our tub, and seamless dinner reservations each night. While no place is truly perfect, this trip came very close. Sandals Negril earns a solid 4.5 stars from us—5 stars for rooms, service, and location. If you're considering a relaxing beachfront escape where you're truly cared for, I highly recommend Sandals Negril (especially with butler service!).

My wife & I recently celebrated our 48th Wedding Anniversary at Sandals Negril! We've been to Sandals many times, but we had never been to this resort. It was Great! The staff, food, entertainment, the beach, & the activities were absolutely amazing! Special shout out to Royno the Singing Chef at Kimono's! He's much more than a chef! His message of positive attitude & love are so inspiring (thanks to Natalie for helping)!

The rooms were beautiful, the service was amazing, house keeping would come daily and clean and fix up our room! Service was amazing, everyone was beyond kind from the moment we got here! All of the photographers were amazing and made taking pictures fun! The location was perfect, so much to do and see! This experience was beautiful, romantic and amazing!!! We had the absolute best time!
