This was our fifth trip to Sandals Negril, and once again, the location and beach were absolutely stunning. It’s hard not to fall in love with this resort — the vibe, the scenery, and the people make it truly special. Let me start with the highlights: the food was consistently excellent, and our renovated room was modern, comfortable, and well-appointed. |We were thrilled to be recognized by several staff members from previous visits, which made us feel like part of the Sandals family. Chris at the Sundowner bar is a standout — he remembered us instantly and delivered top-tier service every time. Michelle, Rochelle, and Aaron were fantastic servers, and Romain at Sandals Select was incredibly helpful in booking our next two trips. We also had a lovely dinner with the front desk manager at the Welcome Back event (though we regret forgetting her name). Seeing our former butlers Basil and Theda again was a heartwarming surprise when they immediately recognized us. A special shoutout to Emron at the dive shop — he’s an exceptional instructor and a true asset to Sandals.|There were a few minor hiccups with our butlers due to scheduling which left us not know who our butler was and even once waiting at Brava for a stand in butler that never showed up. Our 90 min couples massage was lackluster at best. |Despite these hiccups, our overall experience was still amazing. Sandals Negril continues to be a place we cherish, and we already have two more trips booked to La Toc and South Coast and hoping to be back at Negril in 2027 . We share this feedback with love and appreciation, hoping it helps enhance the experience for future guests and keeps Sandals at the top of its game. Thank you for another memorable stay.|— Jim
