Sandals Negril

Our stay at Sandals Negril was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional - every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and there was entertainment every night with plenty to do during the day. We had booked our vacation before Category 5 Hurricane Melissa hit and briefly considered changing our plans. However, the resort reopened several weeks before our stay, and we decided to go - and I am so glad we did. Honestly, the only thing that was impacted was the WiFi, which was still recovering from the hurricane. Other than that, everything was fully operational. All restaurants were open, there was no construction happening, and the resort looked amazing. My husband and I truly needed this getaway. We never took a honeymoon, and 13 years later, we decided it was finally time - and it was absolutely worth it. If you’re on the fence, book the trip. You won’t be disappointed

This is our third sandals resort so far and we are completely blown away. We had such an exceptional time in Negril. From the beautiful beach to the variety of water sports, the wonderful service and delicious food, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Raymar from the first impression was incredible. He was kind and showed us around the resort, making us feel right at home. Britney from the coffee shop knew my order by the 3rd day, and always greeted me with a smile. She just lights up the room! Marlon from the piano bar was amazing and gave us a good laugh. Room service was exceptional and ensured we always had what we needed. The team members from watersports made sure we felt safe and understood how to use the equipment. Wilby was an amazing photographer and took the most beautiful pictures, all while making us laugh. Kamalee and the entire entertainment team were phenomenal and made the experience even better. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

Sandals Negril is truly our home away from home! The location is home to the beautiful 7-mile beach, offers breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. We’re completing our seventh trip to Sandals Negril. No need to change locations, because we’ve found everything we desire in this location. The staff is genuine and make it their goal to ensure complete satisfaction, and draw repeat visitors, (like us). You met your goal with us. Not only is this our seventh trip to SN, God-willing, we will be back here in 2027 and 2028–we’ve already booked it. Same bat time and same bat channel. We came to Sandals Negril for our 20th Anniversary. We stayed in one of the Sundowner Swim-out Butler Elite rooms. Our butler, Wadea, was TOP TIER and we are definitely planning to request her again on next year's Sandals trip. I enjoyed so many Jamaican foods and great drinks. Banana daiquiri was my favorite. There were so many different foods and restaurants to enjoy. I went shopping at the gift shop and got the opportunity to paddle board. It was my first time but I loved it. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the 7 mile beach was breathtaking. I wish I'd stayed longer and can't wait to return next December. We booked our next trip on location and got a discount (yay!). It was so relaxing, everyone was so warm, friendly, helpful, and positive. Jamaica is a beautiful country, the people are cheerful and kind, and Sandals resort is a must. They have our business for life.

My husband and I really enjoyed Negril Jamaica, from 12/23/2025-1/03/2026. From housekeeping to cooks and the photographs that get little attention was very professional. Greetings at breakfast, lunch & dinner speaks volume about our trip, oh let’s not 4get about Creamer shop (coffee). All staff were so friendly and respectful we felt like they were part of our family. Our butlers ( Damian & Makare) were amazing, they knew our every move, they knew exactly what kind of food and drink we enjoyed the most (professionalism). The activities were great. Christmas Eve and New Year Eve celebrations were wonderful. Overall never had such a wonderful and great time in a different country for the holidays. ONE LOVE 💗

Everything was great!! Room didn’t have hot water when we got there, but it was opening weekend after the hurricane. They fixed it very fast!!! All the food and entertainment was spectacular!!! Shout out to the star of the show Jodvian James “aka” king James!!! We got to know him over the week and now our whole group is friends with him!!! He was phenomenal!! Overall experience was immeasurable to any other vacation I have been on!!! Already booked another trip!

This is my second visit to sandals, first visit was Sandals Ocho Rios.This time we decided to visit the one in Negril. Once you enter the property you are created with infused wet wash cloth for your hands and a welcome drink you are not allowed to touch you luggage. Guest service is out of this world. Every team member grates you with a smile. The food and drinks are exceptional, entertainment every minute of the day. The managers take the time to meet and greet the quests. Sandals Negril is awesome we will be back soon.

This was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. It was so weird not being allowed to tip the servers and bartenders, which makes the hospitality at Sandals Negril even more special. It is genuine; they make you feel like family and are truly glad to serve their guests. Cereca was amazing! He recommended the best food items and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome in Jamaica and enjoyed our stay. Princess and Alicia in the spa were wonderful for our very first couples massage|The made us feel safe and comfortable. The water really is as beautiful as the pictures...honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. The water temperature is perfect and the sand super soft...when time permits, we will definitely be back.
