We had a wonderful time here for our honeymoon! The staff were so great. Some of our most notable interactions were with our butler's Sherman, Garvin, and Philson. They were very attentive and the experience was seamless. Charlene took great care of our rooms and added little special touches. Vernisha at Neptune was such a sweetheart and we had a great time dining with her. Skye was so kind when coming to see if we needed anything from the bar while we were on the beach and would remember that we dont drink alcohol. He would surprise us with tasty drinks! Janiah had such a great personality and pulled me up to dance on Reggae night. They made the trip so much better!

The experience at Sandals Regency La Toc on St Lucia was absolutely amazing and don’t think that words can describe the accuracy of our experience. My wife and I stayed 9 days and 8 nights with a Butler suite. It’s the only way to travel now. Our group of Butlers (Delia, Glen, Ashley & Andre) took this vacation to another level. They made reservations to the wonderful restaurants, shuttled us around from the room to the locations we wanted to go with nothing but a warm smile and the chance to enhance our stay. They would take care of securing a spot at the pool or the beach with chairs towels and an ice chest with water and drinks along with Desserts and snacks delivered to our room nightly and always polite and professional. I don’t know if you can request certain butlers, but we will try for our next trip here. We also took advantage of the Red Lane Spa and got a couples massage from Justina and Renee which was completely amazing. The excursions we purchased through Sandals website were amazing themselves. The private boat trip to visit the mud baths and waterfall is a must in our opinion. Along with an exceptional spot for snorkeling was a true bonus. Our room was taken care of by Judith and the room was spotless each night we came back to the room from our time from at the beach, pool or from one of our three excursions we took. La Toc has multiple restaurants to choose from and the food is very delicious. No short cuts are taken and the entire staff have been wonderful.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Hideaway Suite, which was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations — the resort grounds, the atmosphere, and the service were all exceptional. A huge thank-you to our amazing butler team: Den, Trisha, and Kyle. Their service was truly top-notch. We never had to wait for butler transportation, and anything we needed was taken care of immediately and with genuine care. The special touches they left in our room every day made our honeymoon feel even more personal and unforgettable — it was those thoughtful details that really elevated our experience. All of our meals throughout the week were excellent — we never had a single issue at any restaurant, and every meal was consistently delicious. We also felt incredibly lucky to enjoy the beach for two of our days when the water was calm; it made the trip even more magical. Sandals Regency La Toc gave us a memorable, relaxing, and perfectly executed getaway. We can’t recommend it enough, and we are especially grateful to Den, Trisha, and Kyle for making our honeymoon truly extraordinary. We can’t wait to return! 🌴✨

Our honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia was nothing short of magical – an absolute dream come true! We stayed in one of the beautiful oceanview villas (the charming blue buildings perched on the bluff overlooking the stunning bay the resort nestles into), and the views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and lush hills were breathtaking every single day, especially at sunset. What truly elevated our experience to unforgettable was the incredible butler service. We were lucky enough to have Malcolm, Laban, and Miki as our butlers, and they were simply outstanding! These three went above and beyond in every way – proactively planning our daily itinerary the evening before with helpful suggestions on activities and dining, reserving prime spots for us at the pool or beach (complete with shaded cabanas and towels ready), checking in throughout the day to ensure we were comfortable, delivering refreshing drinks and delicious snacks right to our loungers, and escorting us to dinner reservations on time. They were always just a quick call away, attentive yet never intrusive, and made us feel like royalty. A huge thank you to Malcolm, Laban, and Miki – you made our honeymoon extra special! The food was phenomenal, with so many diverse options across the resort’s restaurants (and even access to more at the nearby Sandals properties). From fresh seafood to international cuisine, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. We loved the variety – no need to eat the same thing twice! Excursions were easy to arrange and showcased St. Lucia’s incredible beauty, but honestly, we could have happily spent the entire trip relaxing on the property. The beaches, pools, grounds, and overall vibe were pure bliss.

We had the best time. We were pampered all week by the best butlers ever. Garvey, Sydney, and Roger were absolutely great. Dana, our housekeeper was easy to talk to and so attentive to our needs. Everything about our trip was amazing, all of the employees were really nice and seemed to like each other and love their job. We had something to do everyday, either on our resort or an offsite excursion, all of our activities felt safe and the locals are funny and happy and make you feel at home. We have to plan our return trip to Regency La Toc, the grounds were so pretty and well kept and the rooms are spread out and felt so private.

Posting this from our vacation. There is a lot to recommend about this resort but there is one huge issue which would prevent me ever coming to a Sandals resort again. The pool lounger reservation system is first come first serve and it’s fine (even encouraged) to reserve loungers as early as possible and that as long as you are there by 11 that’s fine. This morning, at 6am all the decent loungers and nearly all loungers were taken. People need to be aware of this as I don’t consider it a ‘luxury experience’ to have to wake up pre 6am to get a lounger. Not something I’ve experienced at other five star resorts. If you are ok with that, the resort is very nice. The all inclusive options are excellent, food and drinks are great with a good variety of restaurants. Rooms are fine if getting a bit dated. Service is friendly if a bit overbearing for me as an Englishman! Everything feels well put together but don’t expect the Four Seasons. The pools are nice, beach is great but sea is quite rough so if you want to swim in the sea this won’t be the best resort for you. Overall, I’d recommend IF you are ok with the ridiculous pool lounger reservation policy and a 6am start.

We had such a great time at sandals La toc for our honeymoon. Our room was amazing, the resort offered wonderful food, and the views were gorgeous. We stayed in a butler elite suite, and our team of 3 butlers (Charles, Kalan, and Gasper) were beyond kind and so helpful. We highly recommend the butler suites, especially if you can be with these three. We were able to book excursions prior to our arrival with trusted vendors that sandals has which ensured that we felt safe. The airport transfer also was a great option for us!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning all-inclusive resort, we felt like we had stepped into a tropical dream. The lush hillside setting and dramatic ocean views make Sandals La Toc not just a place to stay but a place to fall in love with. The staff are friendly and helpful, though some might be going through a hard day. We stayed for Christmas and New years Celebration. It was perfection. Staff HIGHLIGHTS who made our stay better. 1. CHRISTINE- The Assistant Bar Manager, we meet her at Sunset pool. She is forever so bubbly and walks the whole property making sure she over-look her bars. You can tell she means well by her daily walks and interaction with guests. She would easily start a conversation with the line "Whatever drink she's having is on my tab". With her big white smile creating a welcoming atmosphere. She is very professional. She's also seen helping out in the bars when busy, especially at the Pavillion. This is an example of true Leadership. To the General Manager, she's one of the BEST keep her. She did mention that you were the BEST GM, so I hold her to that with her warm description about you. 2. SKYLAR- Although we didn't have a Butler, CHRISTINE made sure she got us a ride from Armandos restaurant with a call. We are thankful for your lift Skylar and everytime she saw us after, she would make sure say hi and offer a ride again. This made us laugh!! Skylar and Christine could be a great Butler team, their personalities blend. They seem to get along well with laughter- Great Camaraderie! 3. Jennine- Resort Shop Manager . She's always friendly and checking in. She helped us at the Shop. 4. Tisha- Bartender-Although her voice is loud , she is funny. 5. Cassandra- BEST pool server at Sandals La Toc. 6. Janelle- AT the Neptunes Restaurant was Exceptional. She makes sure you have a good dinner. 7. John- Bartender makes everything Fun. Although he serves some strong drinks ! Helps you ease your Pain on a Vacation. 8.Lerry- Pool Server, His always telling some stories to make you laugh. He does a good job both in the bars and on pool deck. HEYY !! We recommend the BOB MARLEYs..... Christine said LERRY IS THE MAN FOR THIS DRINK... HIS SPECIALTY.. Thank me later !! All in all, Thank you TEAM LA TOC and we will be back in December 2026.
