Sandals Regency La Toc

We stayed a week at La Toc and had a great trip. Room was nice with an unbeatable view. Recommended the club level oceanfront with soaking tub for budget friendly that doesn’t disappoint. All staff were welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed the resort activities like karaoke, DJ’s, burlesque and fire shows, trivia, poolside games, etc. enjoyed excursions like jeep and zip line - highly recommend JoJo, he made the day fun and was so kind and accommodating, land and sea -Melinda and Sauce took great care of us! For butler service, Travis is the best. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed getting to know him. Food was great, drinks were great and you could get either at any hour of the day with plenty of variety for all tastes. Visited the two other resorts nearby. Shuttle service between the resorts was great and we liked getting to see what the other resorts had to offer. Really enjoyed the fire show at the pool at the grande. Overall, we felt the view at La Toc couldn’t be beat and our best meals were at La Toc. If able we would definitely return to St Lucia and choose La Toc.

My wife and I celebrated our 43rd anniversary at Regency La Toc and decided we would go back in 2027 for our 45th! The resort is exceptional in many ways. We had the opportunity to savor the spectacular views from the Oceanview Bluff Millionaire Villas and enjoy the extraordinary personal service by Donavan, Roger and Garvey. These Butlers were attentive without being intrusive, friendly and professional, helpful and accommodating. They truly made the experience memorable. The resort is clean with amazing landscaping and architecture. Staff are friendly and always say hello, many times we were asked 'all okay' and it was not perfunctory, they truly wanted to make sure all was going well. The restaurants are well staffed and each unique, making for a diverse dining experience during your stay. Buccan was a lot of fun and a nice way to get to know some other guests. La Toc is fantastic with a true Parisian atmosphere. Our chef at Kimonos (hibachi style) was fantastic and entertaining. Food was great and presented well and the drinks were well thought out and interesting, each restaurant having a 'signature' drink (which you should take advantage of). Frozen drinks at the pool and beach were delicious and refreshing! As information, Regency La Toc is a large hilly resort and it's best to use the 'public transportation' (golf carts) that the resort provides to get around. However, it is convenient and timely with short wait times.||I am always concerned about the 'upsell' at a resort, but that is not the case at any of the Sandals where we've had the pleasure of vacationing. They treat you like a favored guest or maybe more like family!

We stayed at the Regency La Toc for 14 nights in August this year.|And although some of the complex is quite dated, and some parts were under construction repairs, we had the time of our lives.|We stayed in the Emerald honeymoon Hideaway. The room was spacious, we had a mini bar, filter coffee machine, a kettle. We had wine, red and white, local beer, plenty of water and fruit punch in 2 different flavours. The room came with a very comfy king size bed well id say it was a super king, it was huge. Bath with a shower. We did lose hot water a couple of days running but the fixed it straight away. We had an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. A flat screen TV. |All in all it was very comfortable. |Now for the best bits. They have 9 restaurants. So plenty of food choices. And all the food was excellent. |It is quite hilly however they run a scuttle every 10 mins to take you wherever u wish to go on the 250 acre complex and the driver were so friendly. |The beach was beautiful the sea is warm and clear for some ways out.|They have 3 swimming pools. We stayed at the main pool because that's where the daily entertainment was. The entertainment crew were absolutely brilliant. All the staff were fabulous. Couldn't do enough for you. Made us feel so welcome. |We went on a couple of trips. To the pitons and to the mud baths. And did a heritage tour, and whale watching where we saw 5 sperm whales. It was incredable. |Would I go bk, absolutely I would. Ticked all the boxes for me.

Our stay at this resort was not terrible, but it definitely fell short of expectations. The room itself was a bit disappointing. The AC unit couldn't keep up with the heat and we found it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were also small ants throughout the entire room no matter how much we cleaned up. Another concern was that the complimentary toiletries were previously used then refilled; even after requesting replacements, we still received previously used bottles. The resort overall feels very outdated, and the photos online are quite misleading compared to the actual experience. The pool area was especially concerning as the tile surface is incredibly slippery. The pool tiles are falling off and the pool cleanliness depended on the day. Some days there was garbage floating around. Landscaping around the property was also underwhelming and did not have the "visual paradise" we anticipated. On a positive note, the food was fantastic! Additionally, the staff was very friendly and willing to help whenever we needed something, which we truly appreciate! For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard in both the upkeep and atmosphere, especially when compared to competing resorts where we spent less. While our stay was not completely unpleasant, the resort needs improvements to make before it can live up to the advertised experience.

We are staying at Sandals Grande but took the shuttle to Sandals La Toc for dinner. We had a delicious dinner at The Pitons. The food was 10/10!||Afterwards, I went to the Resort Gift Shop to look around while we waited for the shuttle. Brad was working and was so nice and funny! He is a great face for your resort! Even though he took all of our money, his great personality made it less painful! 🤣 ||Our time at the resort was short but the positive vibes we experienced will last forever!||Thank you!

We had the best time at Sandals Regency La Toc! Travis went above and beyond, bringing us lunch poolside every day with a smile, and Share makes the absolute best cocktails on the resort. Share always made sure we had drink and even delivered them to us poolside daily. The views, food, and atmosphere were all incredible, but it’s the staff like them that truly made our trip unforgettable

My boyfriend and I had an incredible time at Sandals Regency La Toc. It was our first time in St. Lucia and at a Sandals resort and we were blown away! From the airport pickup to check-in, the service was top-notch. Our room had a walkout right to the pool, which made reserving seats super convenient. The staff were amazing! Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there. We were especially impressed by how involved the managers (even the general manager!) were. That kind of attention and care is rare. The food was so good with lots of variety, and they always asked about allergies or dietary needs, which was really thoughtful. The bars were awesome too — the drinks were strong (not watered down!) and the bartenders were super fun and happy to make whatever you wanted. We’re already planning to come back to St. Lucia and stay at Regency La Toc again!

We just spent a week here at La Toc. We had a good time, but there could have been improvements. First, this was probably a nicer resort when they first built it, but it is starting to show its age. Also, I found that the resort caters much more to the preferred/butler visitors than the rest of us. The food was hit and miss, although there were some nice dishes. Jean Claude at the teppanyaki restaurant was amazing. The male servers at the bars were much nicer, and personal than the lady servers at the restaurants. Maybe if we were able to tip it would be better. Our room was the smallest on the resort as it was in an inside corner, it was basically a triangle. The much larger room next door was used for storage 🤷‍♂️. We did find the grounds were well kept and our excursion was amazing. At least it was nice to get away.
