Sandals Royal Caribbean

This was a true vacation. Rest and relaxation. The room was great, the people were great, the facilities were great. I cannot leave a review without giving a huge shoutout to some people. Butlers Kenrick and Paul were excellent, entertainment was great, special thanks to Malike, Caliandra(Callie), and Shemar(Dr.Smooth) we taught them Rocky Top, Christopher and Alexis kept us hydrated. Rolando was the ultimate professional. Many others made this trip great and sadly I do not know their names. But Sandals Royal Caribbean is a great spot. When they say “Welcome home” they make it feel that way. Cannot wait to return. Thank you for a great week. Last thing, when you visit, participate in the events. These great people work hard to make your stay awesome and they deserve your attendance and participation.

Highly recommend this gorgeous resort for a couples getaway. Everything was incredible and so easy from the moment we touched down to the moment we left. Our butlers Keno & Mel were AMAZING. Truly made the trip so easy and fun. The rooms were comfortable and the food was amazing.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are already planning to return! I have to start off with recognizing the service. Staff at Sandals Royal Caribbean is absolutely top notch! We were fortunate to get to know Terrence the lifeguard during our stay who worked hard to keep the beach beautiful, and, more importantly, had a really refreshing perspective on life. Patring, our server for our candlelight dinner, was a joy! Mark, Princess, and Garfield at Bombay Club were also incredible. Karrette, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless throughout the duration of our stay. Every individual we interacted with was fantastic, but these specific individuals deserve special shoutouts and really contributed to a memorable trip! The setting was tranquil, the resort was not sprawling like others I had visited before but never felt crowded, and the room was gorgeous! The temperature was comfortable in the room, the bed was great, and our mini fridge was always well-stocked. We loved the ability to stay here and take a short shuttle to Sandals Montego Bay, and proximity to the airport was a plus. The views from the beach were stunning!! The concierge was helpful with making dinner reservations, and we appreciated the tour prior to being taken to our room. We really felt pampered throughout our trip and loved the resort.

My husband and I have been going to the Sandals brand since 2018. This was our 1st at SRC. SOOO close to the airport so you begin your stay right away! Beautiful small friendly resort. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were good. Our butlers, Cooper & Rayo made our trip feel like we were royalty! They went above and beyond for us! Checking to see if there anything we need, brining us drinks, coconut shrimp and even a surprise of coconut lobster! |They were able to get us into Butch's restaurant at SMB twice!!|Our room was nice Romeo & Juliet suite, only hitch as the AC was not working however a quick message thru GINA and our AC was fixed within 45 minutes.|Our favorite restaurant on site was the French restaurant Le Jardinier, Spices was our second and the Mariner beach was tied with the Jerk Shack for 3rd. We did not try The Royal Thai or Bombay for dinner as we do not enjoy Thai or Indian food. I did however enjoy Bombay's breakfast.|The only restaurant we did not really enjoy was the Italian La Tavola, it is outside and they were short on waitstaff, sat over 2 hours sweating & waiting for the food and there was no relief from the humidity, food was okay when it arrived. |Piano bar & Cricketeers are a must.|We loved our stay and will be back

Really enjoyed the resort. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. All inclusive even the sailing. Various activities to do during the day. Rooms were ok. We had one issue where the water was off for several hours. Other than than I would definitely go back

This was our fourth Sandals resort visit and our third experience with a butler. While we always look forward to celebrating our anniversary at these resorts, our recent stay in Montego Bay didn't quite meet the high expectations set by our previous visits. We genuinely appreciate the butler service, as it greatly enhances our trips, making them both amazing and romantic. During our stay, we noticed there was no clear schedule of events, which led us to unintentionally stumble upon the silent party after dinner. We also encountered a small hiccup with our snorkeling excursion; unfortunately, we didn’t receive the boarding pass we needed. Additionally, we returned to our room without any surprises to celebrate our anniversary, which was a bit disappointing since past resorts have always shown such thoughtfulness. Usually, when we meet our butler, we are asked about our plans. However, this time we didn’t have that opportunity. We typically tip well, but this trip included a request for tips, which was a new experience for us. While some team members were friendly and approachable, we occasionally felt a general atmosphere that made us seem like a burden. On a positive note, the beach was gorgeous and is now my second favorite among all the places I've visited. We even decided to upgrade the couple we invited so they could enjoy the same experience, although it didn't quite match those of our previous visits. We truly appreciate the efforts made by the staff and hope to see improvements for future guests.

We’ve returned from our trip to Sandals Royal Caribbean (32 trips to Sandals, 5th time to SRC). Due to recent illness, we had to postpone our May trip, originally booked at a different resort. Shouts out to SSG for seamlessly rearranging our visit and the Concierge Desk at Royal Caribbean when we arrived as we.had questions about mobility issues and the room we had been assigned. They switched our room to another building which was extremely accessible and comfortable. ||We spent to week lounging on the beach just relaxing|. |Cooper and Rayo were wonderful butlers. |Mauvette and Seroya at Mariner were great. |Nicola gave an excellent massage. |We did not encounter any rude employees. ||I agree with some posts that we felt the food is not as good as it has been in past years, we enjoyed La Tavola.

We had the pleasure of having Paul and Demetra as our butlers and they were nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our trip relaxing, seamless, and truly unforgettable. Every detail, from the perfectly timed snacks and drinks to the thoughtful surprises, made us feel genuinely special. Paul brought such positive energy and professionalism to everything he did. Demetra’s kindness and attention to detail were outstanding. They were always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even realized them. Their service made our vacation feel effortless and luxurious. We are so grateful to have had them as part of our Sandals experience. Thank you, Paul and Demetra, for making our stay so memorable. We will see you again in August 2026!
