Sandbanks Estate Winery

There's a food truck that opens from from Thursday to Monday. No restaurant on site. The winery do offer wine tasting with food pairings. Very relaxed atmosphere, we enjoyed our wine tasting in a covered cabana. There are lots of outdoor cabanas that are spaced out adequately for wine tasting. It's a very cozy experience, didn't feel crowded at all. Also a wine tour is available.

Susan was amazing! 10/10 experience talking about the County, surrounding attractions, the history and story of different wines.. I cannot wait to come back and indulge in this experience. Can’t miss this when coming to PEC! They had an event the day we were there and I got such nice dog toys… Love it Special thanks to Shae and Felix who brought our wine out to the car.

The setting was breathtaking: nestled in the heart of Prince Edward County, the barrel room and vineyard provided a romantic and intimate environment that was family friendly. The attention to detail was evident in every corner—from the beautifully arranged prep and ceremony spaces to the elaborate and delicious charcuterie spread that made the day feel uniquely ours. I went with my boyfriend for our anniversary to try the 3 wines for $10, and it was the perfect plan. The weather and the setting were beautiful, and the wines were very good. The only thing I would change is that there was not much explanation. We were seated in a more isolated area, and I noticed that other people had different chairs and wine flights, while we were served one glass at a time. I wasn’t sure if there were different packages or what options were available. Still, it is a great plan to do with family, and even more so if you are a wine lover.

Visited in June 2025 for the first time. Awesome winery! We enjoyed some wine tasting outside on a sunny day. We didn't try the food truck, but it looked good. I really liked all the wines I tasted and ended up buying some (tasting cost is reimbursed if you buy three bottles). I thought their "make your charcuterie" is a great idea - they offer boards, knives, and napkins for you to use along with your purchase of cheeses, crackers, etc. We will definitely be back!

A great spot for a wine tasting. Likely the busiest of the area, they offer a wide selection of wines, including the rarely seen Marsanne varietal (at least in this region). Our group walked away with a number of those bottles as it was a winery exclusive. The Big Red was also a favourite. The staff was excellent and offered a outdoor semi-private area for our group of 10. Well done!

It was a very nice experience finally visiting this estate. It's beautiful and you become a part of the operation where you can see the grapes being harvested and you can see them farming the grapes. We've wanted to come here since tasting the first bottle of Sandbanks years ago and it did not disappoint. Also a very beautiful space with very nice people. The grounds lawns and washrooms are all manicured so well waiting for your visit. Seating areas outside where you can have bites Al Fresco and sample some of their great wines. Definitely will visit again!

Stoped in mid-September for a tasting and to use our Wine Club coupons. The atmosphere was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
