Sandbanks Estate Winery

I went with my boyfriend for our anniversary to try the 3 wines for $10, and it was the perfect plan. The weather and the setting were beautiful, and the wines were very good. The only thing I would change is that there was not much explanation. We were seated in a more isolated area, and I noticed that other people had different chairs and wine flights, while we were served one glass at a time. I wasn’t sure if there were different packages or what options were available. Still, it is a great plan to do with family, and even more so if you are a wine lover.

Visited in June 2025 for the first time. Awesome winery! We enjoyed some wine tasting outside on a sunny day. We didn't try the food truck, but it looked good. I really liked all the wines I tasted and ended up buying some (tasting cost is reimbursed if you buy three bottles). I thought their "make your charcuterie" is a great idea - they offer boards, knives, and napkins for you to use along with your purchase of cheeses, crackers, etc. We will definitely be back!

Susan was amazing! 10/10 experience talking about the County, surrounding attractions, the history and story of different wines.. I cannot wait to come back and indulge in this experience. Can’t miss this when coming to PEC! They had an event the day we were there and I got such nice dog toys… Love it Special thanks to Shae and Felix who brought our wine out to the car.

We did the 1 hour tour, which was lovely! The property is beautiful and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. While the wine wasn’t my favourite it was very enjoyable and I learned so much more about the wine making process.

It was a very nice experience finally visiting this estate. It's beautiful and you become a part of the operation where you can see the grapes being harvested and you can see them farming the grapes. We've wanted to come here since tasting the first bottle of Sandbanks years ago and it did not disappoint. Also a very beautiful space with very nice people. The grounds lawns and washrooms are all manicured so well waiting for your visit. Seating areas outside where you can have bites Al Fresco and sample some of their great wines. Definitely will visit again!

We had a great experience. Great selection for the tasting! Loved the late harvest dessert wine. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a lovely afternoon adventure!

We were in the area and one of our passengers suggested stopping at Sandbanks Winery. I already love some of their wine - purchase Baco and Baco Reserve regularly. So we stopped in without a reservation and they made room for us amidst some families and bridal parties. Very hospitable staff - Debbie and Susan did a wine tasting for us all and chatted with us, seemingly interested in our day's adventures. We loved a few wines in particular not available in regular stores. We purchased a number of bottles of wine, some lovely hand cream and a simply yummy maple cheddar cheese. We will definitely return when passing through.

We had reserved a bar tasting for three wines but ended up upgrading to a tour with Jacques that included 5 wines (Jacques, you owe us a steak dinner LOL). We truly enjoyed it and great that we were able to take our dog along. We also enjoyed an additional flight of wine and sat in your very festive seating area with great music. Lots of areas to sit for families (kids, dogs) which is nice to see. Great time! We also bought several bottles of wine to bring home. We will definitely come again.
