Sandbar at Jetties Beach Bar & Restaurant

Pictured is their grilled cheese with bacon. It was just a normal grilled cheese no complaints. However, we went there during a shift change. One individual with us got their alcoholic drink while the rest of us asked for water due to how hot it was. We then had to pay for our food before we even got it. Our food came out and still no water and our server had left. We finally got water from another server. Overall disappointed and will not come here again. Hopefully this isn’t the norm during shift changes.

Fabulous & Groovy Beach Bar! The best in Nantucket we really like the atmosphere ¨! The food was great but it was the ambiance that really did it for us. The ladies at the reception desk where particularly welcoming ;) My family enjoyed this place the music is great and they also had a nice little in house shop. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come again !

Nice location next to the beach and the bathrooms are next to the bar. Drinks are somewhat expensive! The beach, like many others, has lots of sargassum seaweed.

What can you say about this place, it's just hands down awesome, so much fun being out on the beach and hanging out at a place like this. The bar staff where we sat was fantastic, they hustle but they take care of you. The music was great and once the live band kicked in it was even more awesome. The food is standard for New England pub Fair with playing a choices, it comes out fast and hot and you won't be disappointed. They have a whole selection of fresh and frozen cocktails to choose from, and a gift shop just to the side of the outdoor bar. On a hot summer day this is the place to chill out.

Nice spot right on the beach, Food and Service were both decent.

I came here from out of town with my friends and family members and unfortunately our experience here was very disappointing. There was a total of 7 of us and from the moment we arrived and asked to be seated, we could sense that our group was being treated with irritation and disregard. The staff seemed very impatient and did not make us feel welcome at all. This made it difficult for us to enjoy our meal or the atmosphere. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for larger groups as the service was very dismissive and uninviting. The following day we chose another seafood restaurant at the pier and had a wonderful experience there. I hope the staff here learn to make guests feel more welcome.

Made a trip on our bikes just for the $1 oyster special from 3-5pm and was so worth it. Delicious, salty, and amazing toppings to really enhance flavor. The patio was shaded and all the workers were very nice. Amazing vibes and then getting to go check out the sandbar beach nearby was awesome. Cool gift shop too

This place is a staple on the island. Good food, unbelievable vibes and great spot for kids to safely run around.
