During our quick break in Yamba, we soaked up the very relaxing French ambience and excellent food, coffee and service at Sandbar. The French owners, French chefs and excellent staff provide a truely unique French dining experience.
My husband and I savoured three exquisite breakfasts and a ‘to die for’ dinner last night.
For breakfast, we can recommend:
The Mademoiselle Benedicte, perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, asparagus…and the decadent choice of Crème Brûlée Brioche French Toast…yummm!
For dinner we enjoyed both choices of Oysters, Barramundi with cauliflower purée and sauce vierge, and Beef Bourguignon with silky smooth truffled mash.
We’ll be back to continue working through their menus!
