went for my bfs bday and it was so fun! the staff was super helpful, nice, and quickly fixed any glitches that didn’t disturb the overall game. it was a workout for sure def coming back thank you!!😽

It was Exciting, Absolutely amazing.It was so much fun. We had an incredible time! Great stress reliever. We did a lot of screaming playing The Zombies.I would hope everyone would come out and play.It's just such a great place to spend some time with friends or family.

Anthony was very patient with our talkative group. He came in with assistance for one of our lagging devices. He was super attentive. We will come back for the shooting game he recommended!!!

We came to Sandbox to celebrate my birthday weekend with some Squid Games VR. When you first enter, you have to check in and complete a waiver. Each person under your reservation has to check in separately and complete their own. You're then brought to the back and given sensors for your wrists and ankles. After a brief discussion in the game room about what to expect, being told about the red line so you don't crash into walls, and how to communicate if you need help, you're immediately transported into the game once you're headset is on and your avatar is picked. As fans of the reality show, we were impressed by how spot-on they were with the graphics and gameplay. We enjoyed letting our competitive side come out during the various games, some unique to the show and others new. At the end of the game, they transported us to a virtual birthday room with cake and singing for my birthday. We then came out to the entrance and watched the highlights of each game and the results. This was truly a memorable experience I'm glad I did. Also, they email you video highlights of your experience which is really appreciated.

My daughter chose this place as a stop with her BFF for her birthday. I'm of a certain age, so this VR stuff is completely foreign to me. But, whatever makes her happy. It was easy enough to book the session.. and it came with a lot of reminders and suggestions on how to make the most of the time. We arrived about 15 minutes early, which is highly recommended to get the most of our your actual VR experience. It takes some time to register and get all setup... James was very helpful, even going to get chairs so we could sit right in front to view our kids. Another note, it gets really cold in there, they have many industrial fans to keep it cool.. so if you're anything like me, you're going to need to bring a sweater. It was pricey for only about 45 minutes of activity, but I guess you have to pay for all of the technology. They seemed to have a good time! Nice touch that you get all of your videos sent to your email for download.

This place is awesome! Great for date night, birthday parties/celebration and outings with friends. We were great by a staff member at the door. The place is very clean and didn't appear to be packed but you can't really see every single room they have there. We choose Deadwood Valley. It was great. I scream, laughed and felt like I had a workout once we were done. We can't wait to go back with friends. If you decide to book, be sure to watch the videos on the website for each game to see what you'd like. The site is easy to navigate and perfect if you're not sure what you'd be into. Shoutout to Iyana!! She was our host and she was so patient with us. She provided great customer service. We never felt rushed. At the end you get a video trailer of your gameplay and a selfie video.

Came here as a group of 4 this weekend. We made rsvp online the morning off. Most of the time slots we wanted was gone because it gets very booked and busy on the weekends. We ended up having to choose between 3pm or 10pm, we chose 10pm. I recommend booking as early as possible if you have a certain time slot you're aiming for. When we arrived, we checked into the kiosks. A staff person came by a few minutes later to inform us that everyone in our group has to check in and the person that made the rsvp has to show their ID and form of payment used to make the rsvp. Although, had an rsvp for 10pm, we still had to wait about 45 minutes to actually start playing. Again it was very busy. Once it was our turn the staff orients you into how to play, out on the equipment, and choose weapon. Key things to note: 1) it is VERY loud inside, people are screaming as they are playing 2) you are able To change the game you chose from your rsvp once it's your turn to play 3) you're not able to change your weapon of choice once you select from the ipad 4) it gets very hot under the eyewear. We loved getting the recap and highlight reel after the experience was over. All in all I'd definitely come back again to play another game.

Starting the new year off right I had an amazing time here. The staff were friendly the place was nice and clean. I also was able to feel like a kid again. We laughed, we sang, we danced and we had an amazing time. Wouldn't really try it again but it's great for a one time experience!!

The game was great but the process getting there was a bit difficult and annoying. The website wasn't really detailed on the type of game one would be playing in person. I really had no clue what I picked, or if I had a gun or not. I wouldn't have appreciated it if I ddn't have a gun lol. Upon arrival, the staffed seemed distracted which says they just needed more ppl there at the time. We felt under communicated with overall. Plan to return

First of all, this place is amaze balls. I took my youngn's here for a birthday surprise. I wanna say I didn't not initially plan to come here, but went inside to see if they took walk-in's. They checked the schedule and simply advised me to go online and book as they had slots available. And that's what I did. I paid $130 for 2 people and they had a blast. Initially they chose the Zombie game, but apparently this thing seems all soo real that one of them just couldn't make it past about the first 5 minutes. So we were able to get them switched to the pirates of the Caribbean game. This game was so much more tolerable for them. There are two VR rooms on the left, and 3 on the right. None of these rooms have doors so if you don't like a lot of noise be aware that there's a strong chance of others being here screaming and shouting during the game. I didn't mind it, and the youngn's were doing their own fare share of screaming and shouting. The staff here is phenomenal! Very kind and patient and helpful. Now, I didn't know that when you pay online you have to show the card you paid with upon arrival, so make note to have this handy when you arrive. And if you pay with apple wallet, or google pay or Samsung pay to have proof of the digital card you used. This is what worked for me. Overall this place is good! I believe there is a total of about 5-6 games to choose from. Should we return we will definitely see what the other games are like. The manager of this place should be very proud and take pride in this facility and it's staff. Very clean, well kept and enjoyable space.

The gaming experience I would highly recommend, however the treatment I received from one staff member named Kiwi, ensured I will not return to this location again. She was rude and distasteful I never felt so insulted or discriminated against. This could have easily been a 10/10 experience but she ruined that for me. I would like to thank Frank and Jose for coming to my defense and unfortunately had to instruct her to do her job. This is supposed to be a fun place and her energy was anything but.

Logan is amazing! Explained everything thoroughly and provided us with future offers for when we come back! Will be asking for her again.
