"I’ve used New Europe’s free walking tours when I arrive — they run daily 2–3 hour tours that help you get oriented, provide local insight, and are a great way to ask questions and pick up insider tips; remember to tip your guide." - Matthew Kepnes
"I recommend New Europe for another comprehensive free walking tour option that helps you see Madrid's main sights, learn history, and get local insider tips — remember to tip your guide." - Matthew Kepnes
Had a wonderful tour in Brussels with Julie! She was a warm and welcoming guide that taught the group a lot about Belgian history as well as the culture of the area. She covered a good amount of the city center and kept the group moving at a good pace.
She spoke excellent English as she was raised in Canada and also knew French. She provided a good local version of recommendations for what to try in the area and avoid the tourist traps. She also offered a quick restroom break if anyone needed it. I think she did a great job leading the group! I’ve used Sandemans for tours all over Europe and I like that I can always come back to them for great experiences.

We had tour guide extraordinaire, Fraser, a master at his craft, passionate about his vocation his mom should be so proud. Grateful to his knowledge of Brussels, ability to bring the group together, make everyone reflect and laugh.

Adrian was an amazing host with a wicked sense of humour! I always rate a Sandemans guided tour. But Adrian took it to the next level. He was super knowledgeable, but wasn't just verbal vomiting dry facts at us. He is a true story teller. Engaging, tactful, hilarious, and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Fraser was knowledgeable and funny. He had a great, strong voice that anyone could hear. Covered all the city highlights.

We take a SANDEMANs walking tour wherever one is available and always have a great time, and this was no exception. Adrien was friendly and knowledgeable, had great "stage" presence, and was really funny (especially to our somewhat nerdy sensibilities). He apologised at the end of the walk that it took a bit longer than expected, but I honestly hadn't noticed and would have been happy to keep following him around.
